“Ordered 80 dollars worth of food ....came at wrong time ...never left any food ...refuse to reorder my food won't give me my money back for a min of five business days”

“I give up... orders typically don't show at all or are missing items if it does arrive. I dont know how they stay in business bc it certainly cant be from repeat business.. its too frustrating to keep trying. They'll even contact to say they're on the way, send a picture of the food and never show up.”

“I would not even rate this experience one star. I had always considered DoorDash to be a reputable company that values its customers, but my recent experience proved otherwise. My order was delivered to the wrong address, which is clearly evident from the photo uploaded by the Dasher. The house number in the image does not match my address, and the difference is obvious even without a detailed investigation. What’s more disappointing is that the Dasher did not attempt to verify the correct address, and the support team denied my request after their so-called “investigation,” claiming the delivery was correct. This could have been easily resolved by simply verifying the location on Google, as the delivered house and my actual house are visibly different. Overall, this experience reflects a lack of accountability and poor customer service. Very disappointing.”

“I will no longer order they door dash they have you pay your hard-earned cash for something that you did not receive and it's has happen multiple times they do not reimburse you give you credit or refund your money and I feel like it is not fair”

“DoorDash is terrible the driver left my food at the building next door, even took a pic of wrong door and door dash refused to refund me and my food was just gone. A representative told me to “go check” crazy $42 dollars gone. Immediately closed door dash acct, never again!!”

“Unfair app! The app pays you with the customer's tip, because they pay only $2 or $2.50 per delivery, the rest is tip. Orders with little value and many miles, even having a platinum account. A support that doesn't help at all. I don't recommend it 👎🏻”

“I order from Door Dash about 3 times a month and lately the drivers can’t follow instructions or directions because they can’t speak or understand English. Why is Door Dash hiring people who haven’t mastered the English language? If you’re going to work in this type of field then you should learn the English language. I will be canceling my membership with Door Dash.”
