Ordered food through DoorDash. First driver waited and withdrew from delivering my order. Second driver picked my order up and canceled my order. I was issued a refund immediately thankfully, but I had waited an hour for my food. I called the restaurant and they confirmed that my order was picked up so I couldn’t go get it. I contacted DoorDash for assistance and she just restated that I was refunded and the driver canceled my order. I do believe I was issued an express delivery for my next order but all I wanted was food delivered now.

Placed an order and Doordash brought me a completely different restaurant than what I had ordered. Simple mistake, I'm sure the driver brought me someone else's order. Spoke with management and waited for a return call for 5 days and I was told my money will not be refunded

every time I order from Uncle Remus in Chicago it goes through door dash and every single time I never get my food and then when I call for refund they say ok but then put it on an account. It has taken me 7 calls in 7 days to get them to refund my money back to my card. I will never ever use door dash again!

had an outrageous experience with this company today... After waiting over 45 minutes extra for this order (over 20 watching the driver drive back and forth on my street) I never got my food. I received a photo of a delivery I never got. The driver never answered my calls or texts while I waited. then the company has THE NERVE to credit me 5 measley dollars of my almost 20 dollar order. I don't want your lousy credits, I want a refund so I never have to use your app again. also, worst customer service I ever encountered

Door dash has someone working with them who stole my cousin social security to work with them at their company I added their company it’s sad I tried emailing them to let them know below I posted his picture

Ordered from Taco Bell through their App. Door Dash delivered the wrong order. Called Door Dash to get the issue fixed and my order resent - after 45 minutes on the phone w/ customer service and waiting for a supervisor that never got on the phone; I was pretty much told it was my issue and I needed to deal directly with Taco Bell. I advised Customer Service that it wasn't Taco Bell's mistake - it was their Door Dash driver's mistake by not confirming that he had the correct order & he was supposed to deliver it directly to me - but chose to leave it at the front desk so I wasn't able to check the order before he left. BAD SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND ! ! I've deleted my Taco Bell App and will NEVER USE DOOR DASH AGAIN.

I placed an order for food to be delivered to my husband at work and notice the address was to my house. I canceled the order and placed another order for food to be delivered to his job. Only to find out the they will not give me a refund for the first order because it was confirmed at 10:18a 1 min before I canceled the order at 10:19a. There policy is if it's confirm it can't be refund. so I'm out of money and did not recieve the food...NOT TO MENTION the food I ordered the second time the dasher delivered the wrong food and told my husband sorry I got to go just take it. My husband has allergies and can't eat certain food that were believed. This isn't the first time. Dasher are just grabbing anything and delivering it. Strick three lost our families business.

The prices are just fine, returns and refunds are absolutely terrible, and the delivery is also just as bad. I ordered something right down the road from me. Only one traffic light. I told the guy exactly where I was and he still kept going around the building for 30+ minutes. It's the worst service I've ever had. And it's not even the first time it has happened. Terrible service, and terrible dashers. My food is always cold or melted. That's unbelievable.

I just ordered some PandaExpress here in TX. When the DoorDash system sent me a txt msg about the order I realized that I got the delivery address wrong on the order, which is my fault. When I called the number in the txt from DoorDash to reach out to this delivery person with the correction, the person who answered didn't speak English and could not communicate with me. So I lost $40 worth of dinner. And the part that burns is apparently the delivery driver handed it off to someone else (who gladly accepted it, apparently) AFTER I attempted to reach out, thus giving my family's dinner to someone else for free. And to think he got paid for that. I then reached out to DoorDash itself online and after a bit of digging ended up on their live chat with someone called Rahil. I attempted to explain the situation, and this individual then attempted to deflect by telling me to call PandaExpress. Which obviously wouldn't work since it was well out of their sandbox after the DoorDash employee had already picked up the food. I then asked if DoorDash hired people to work in the public sector who don't even speak the language or was the phone number incorrect. After a few minutes of silence Rahil finally responded that DoorDash doesn't discriminate based on language, and then IMMEDIATELY sent a second message saying that since I hadn't responded in a while he was closing the chat. In other words, he hung up. I'm now left with the distinct impression that: A) DoorDash does NOT give two-rat's about their customers. B) DoorDash hires illegal aliens. I will be boycotting DoorDash from this day forward. I'd rather drive to the restaurant and pick the food up myself than support illegal aliens or any company that hires them.

I'm an employee at a large grocery store and a liquor store in the state of Texas. I daily deal with door dash at the liquor store. 98% of the employees with door dash do not speak English and I find it very suspicious that door dash employees don't have a Texas identification card, a driver's license or a passport from their own country!?!? Which leads me to believe that they are here illegally and are employeed by door dash and insta cart.

DoorDash should not have ratings as it hurts the drivers when sometimes it’s out of the drivers control. Everything is blamed on the drivers! Customers get mad and blame it on the drivers and give them 1 star without any reason and DoorDash won’t tell you why. If you make a mistake you would like to know why so it does not happen again

These people did a background check on me from checkr and they recieved it back saying that I failed to complete my BDI so I sent them copies of that I took my BDI last year in October. So I called them and they said that I have to wait still 10 days but yet they had the proof of me taking my BDI the support staff is so stupid they don't care and I was the best dasher out there never ever denied an order they just did me wrong but it's okay that's why I'm working for UBER EATS and they treat you right.

DoorDash is the absolute worst delivery service and they genuinely could care less. We have continued to have issues with their service and when you contact them they push it off the business you order from to avoid any responsibility. I wish someone would investigate this company for fraudulent services.

My driver, Carrie, in Fort Pierce, Florida, brought me a delivery order from Subway and didn't bring the drink with it. I had been charged for that drink. She did not offer to go back and get it. She simply told me to call Subway. Then I call Subway and Subway tells me to call DoorDash. I tried calling DoorDash and I get a freaking main menu number. And it is like pulling teeth to get Subway to give me a refund. Bad service. Bad service. DoorDash needs to work on that.

I will never use DoorDash again. They Stole my money. I made an order and it was delivered to a random address and after requesting a refund they refused. Door Dash Is GARBAGE and i will never use them again.

Spent 25.00 on an order and was tracking it. The tracking said 20 minutes until delivery. Well it was stuck on that for over an hour. Finally Dasher showed up and gave me someone else's order. By the time I realized it he was gone. Tried to contact him but never answered. Contacted Door dash by phone and they denied my appeal for a refund. As far I'm concerned they can go straight to hell and kiss my white a##!!!! I'll never order from these crooks again. They are a half ass company and totally a scam. It's better just to order something by their app and go pick it up. Cheaper that way and you can make sure the order is right before you leave the store. Nothing pisses me off worse than stupid ass people and nowadays that's most people it seems. I have contacted the BBB and the US District Attorneys office along with the Consumer Protection Agency. I'm not done yet. They messed with the right one this time. Rest assured I will be compensated by the time I'm done.
