Twice in one morning, the Dasher left my food outside without knocking on the door... my dog barks EVERY TIME there is a knock at the door. We are a hearing impaired family. I wanted a refund since it happened twice. They refused asking for evidence. How do you provide evidence of the negative? You cannot prove that something didn't happen. It is unacceptable! Hearing loss is a disability. There response showed a complex disregard for servicing a customer with a disability. I order from them frequently throughout the week. I will try UberEats from this day forward. Total disrespectful response to a hearing impaired family.

Was given a delivery time estimate. Kept changing times adding other deliveries that had to be delivered first. Complained about late delivery and cold food and they said it was less than 30 minutes late. It was more than 30 minutes if they went to the original time. Had to tip to a greedy driver that kept taking orders to get a bigger tip.

I had a very disappointing experience with this order. The food arrived in poor condition and was not good quality at all. On top of that, the delivery took much longer than expected—it took over 30 minutes for the driver to leave the restaurant, and my total wait time was around 45+ minutes. I paid $35.21 for this order, and it definitely did not meet expectations. The delay and food quality were unacceptable. I also reached out for support, but the response I received was unhelpful and felt dismissive. I was told to wait hours for a resolution, which is frustrating when the issue is clear. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I would not recommend ordering like this again unless improvements are made.

I placed an order today I placed an order today. It was an alcohol order so I was expecting the person to wait at the door so that I can show my ID. However, the individual didn’t come to my door. Stayed at the end of my driveway and tried calling me. After five minutes because I didn’t know he was there my order was canceled. I followed up with customer service and they advised me that I cannot get a refund even though the DoorDash has returned my alcohol to the store. I explained what happened that the individual didn’t even come to my door to confirm delivery and yet they said I’m sorry that was their answer and asked me if that addressed my concerns. I’ve used DoorDash a number of times, however I will not be using them anymore. I got charged a delivery that I didn’t even receive. And they stated that they can’t return my money. However, when you order alcohol, it says actually the DoorDash will come to your door and you need to be able to show ID. My delivery person’s name was Gagan.

I placed an order from one of my favorites restaurants. The price of the meal was $24 DoorDash charged me $44. I called to dispute. They lied to me, saying the Restaurant charged the extra $18. I called the Restaurant & they denied that claim & said they charged $24 for the meal. When the meal came, part of the order was a mistake. They refused to talk to me. I was a Premier customer.

Yes I have bad experience with DoorDash .they love to charge you but if you cancel they stay with your money $ 21.90 they own me is not fare that they take your money like that

I'm getting tired ofplacing an order then door dash keep just pushing the time then saying the order was on time. I placed a double dash order at 630 and the food didn't get here til 830. So it said there waiting to be picked up for an hour and a half and the the other half didn't show up til 930. When I messaged them they basically said it was on time so no refund or anything. Obviously our food was cold. Rediculous.

2 good friends gave me a DoorDash gift card. Never used them, but heck, I'll give it a try. Downloaded the app and added the gift card. I ordered pizza from the app. I called the pizza place to make sure I ordered correctly and I did. An hour had passed and no pizza. Then I called the pizza place back to see if DoorDash picked up my order. No, DoorDash had canceled my order. Why would DoorDash cancel my order?

Drove around with my food after just under 2 hours then canceled the order after saying the food was “no good to deliver” and got absolutely no refund from it. Ridiculous cause they damn well knew what to do since I had no record of the order to even report it afterwards.

The driver was late and went to the wrong place to drop off my food. My food was cold and old. Door dash only offered me 6.00 out of 26.00

As a paying customer. Working your hard earn money only to have a company like DoorDash refusing to refund for there incompetence. I ordered Popeyes for dinner after a long day of work only to have DoorDash show up and deliver Pizza Hut to my door!!! I called the dasher and he said that he mixed up the order, and the other customer are calling him to find out what happened and he flat out refused to let the company he’s working with knows that is made a mistake and how can they resolve it. Not only did he not do so he flat out said he has another pick up to do and he’s not going to do anything. He told us to figure it out. I called customer service and they said there’s nothing wrong and there is nothing they can do. How is this fair??? I’ll be submitting a complaint with the BBB.

Don't use door dash!!!!! If they screw up they won't fix the problem, and they won't refund what they screwed up on. Then they blame you for reporting the issue, and nothing gets fixed and everything is way over priced...

First time ever getting door dash and the driver Deniko kept my $5 drink. I called Bob Evans they said they made it and handed them my whole order. I'm never doing this again and will never recommend it I'm disgusted.

Missing items and was not compensated! This will be a class action lawsuit in the near future, I am sure of this. Donna the representative and Andre the supervisor was not helpful. If I can give zero stars I would.

DOORDASH is always getting my orders wrong and refuses to compensate me. This has to be the fourth time in less than 3 weeks that they have messed up on my orders with no compensation. It is truly unfair for those of us who are disabled and can’t physically make it to the stores so they rely on apps like DoorDash. They are supposed to make your life better but they just make mine worse.

The customer service is the worst on earth. The service cannot be much worse. They are not helpful and really do not know very much about their products. I am still trying to decide if anything doordash does anything good??

Very disappointed with DoorDash with my delivery service for a BJ’s order. I received a noticed the my order was being delivered. Then within several minutes I received a cancellation of my order. I immediately call BJ’s and was told that the order was canceled because the DoorDash delivery person’s car wasn’t large enough for my order. It was 3 cases of water, some paper plates, aluminum trays. (It all would have fit in my car). So I had to stop what I was doing and rush over to BJ’s to get my items. When I asked the BJ’s customer service rep to remove the delivery charge, he told me I had to take that up with DoorDash. I don’t even know how DoorDash got into this. Apparently, when you request delivery BJs hands it off to them. I am equally disappointed with the employee at BJ’s for his lack of customer with the inconvenience that this caused.
