Door dash is awful. I can't order drinks with my orders because they don't get delivered and multiple times I don't ever get my order. I will start only using Uber Eats. I have never had a problem with them. Can't attach a photo of nothing.

Door Dash charged me three different times for the same food but I only ordered one and only one shows proof of delivery. They are refusing to give me money back on the two that were not actually ordered which is over $60!!!

They keep messing up my order I ordered 6 monsters from Wawa to day the only showed up with one and it wasn’t even the favor I ordered and then the other day I ordered two bacon and cheese pizza the brought me to pizza with olives and cheese and two slices missing I have yet to get a refund for these don’t use your money on this

They gave me someone else’s order of 4-5 items, I ordered 23+ items spending $160 on groceries and they declined my refund after proof of pictures. When the delivery driver came he never told me he arrived, he just left it at the door and took off ! DoorDash will not refund me my money, this will be my last time. I will continue to post this so everyone knows this company SUCKS

I will never door dash again. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with a shamrock shake and the only delivered sauces and thrn charged me $11 for 2 sauces. When I called to grt it fixed they told me there was nothing they could do about amd would not give me my money back. Very poor customer service!!

A simple order, ordered 7 lots of 6 waters, delivered only 1, when asked where the rest was, he looked confused, payment has been taken out, when spoke to support, we were expected to chase the issue, BAD SERVICE!!!

I truly value the support they provided, as they handled my withdrawal issue efficiently and with great professionalism. The entire process was smooth and free from unnecessary stress.

I don't know why they bother giving a delivery time when they will move that time up several times usually before they deliver it. Sometimes up to 30 minutes. They also charge extra sometimes days after you have ordered something, I believe just to make a profit because they don't think anyone will notice five or $10 missing here and there.

I placed an order for alcohol on Saturday. Originally the Dasher told me the items were out of stock and asked me for substitutions. When I attempted to reply, he told me never mind. I found the items. Then I noticed at checkout he charged me for triple the amount of items I order. He told me it was a typo and that he was going to have support fix it. Finally I got a notification for DoorDash that the Dasher had arrived. I went downstairs to meet him with my ID and he never showed up. I called and messaged him multiple times and never heard back from him. Then he marked the order as undeliverable and I was charged $35! I reached out to DoorDash and they told me it was just their policy and there was nothing they can do about it. I tried to explain to them that the evidence was on my side, and I had to call and message log history that I could prove that I tried to reach out to him, but they said there was nothing they could do. Do NOT ever order alcohol from DoorDash. Their policy is so corrupt and allows the Dashers to steal the alcohol with no consequence.

Driver dus not have his ID and I had to go get it when I ordered delivery so what was the point of me paying for delivery when I had to go to the gate to get it

I purchased 1/2 dz. donuts from Dunkin Donuts this morning and requested pickup. Door Dash deducted the amount out of my account but never delivered the donuts. I called requesting a credit since i never received the donuts and I was told they couldn’t issue a credit. The reason they gave me made no sense whatsoever. I am waiting for an email tomorrow as I disputed this. Hopefully they can resolve this but for some reason they said they couldn’t because the transaction was already put through.

You know looking at all these reviews I have to say DoorDash needs to be boycott because the last two times I’ve ordered has been really bad service and from the looks of it …it seems as if this company does not care about there customers especially with kids so that really tells you there not a family oriented business so from here on out I’m exploring other food apps and stop wasting my money with DoorDash….

Didn't used to be as bad, now with all the double dashing they do, ya never get warm food! Then they won't even give you all your money back for the bad food. Not to mention all the price gougin. Way cheaper and faster to just go yourself!

Our driver left our food on the side of the road. When we tried to ask customer service to speak to a manager they disconnected our chat twice! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I am a senior and am being charged $10.49 per month for some time now for a DoorDash subscription that is not mine. I have called customer service and even spoke with a supervisor who told me he knows who's name is on the account and it isn't mine. He said even though it is my visa card Doordash takes the money from each month, they can not cancel it nor will they tell me who is using it. I thought maybe one of my grandchildren put an order in for us one day and subscribed. I have asked them and they do not have any DoorDash accounts with my credit card. One of my granddaughters has her own account and showed me it. The Supervisor from DoorDash basically told me the only way I can stop the DoorDash MONTHLY CHARGE is if I go to my bank and cancel my visa card and open up a new one. Friends and family are so upset about the way I have been treated and we are looking for other avenues to hold DoorDash responsible for their actions. It is my visa card and they know that, however, they will not tell me who's name is on the account and they will not remove my visa card number from their files. I do not want to cancel my visa card that I have had for such a long time. I am a senior and DoorDash is taking advantage of me and continuing to charge my credit card monthly. It is unfortunate because a lot of seniors can be taken advantage of this way especially if they don't want to tell anyone what is happening to them.

Doordash does not allow you to remove your card information. If you do try to remove it you are forced to add another card on the account. App is not even compatible with my phone. I am trying to delete my account so my card information is not floating around and it won't accept the verification code. I only set up an account because I got a gift card from someone So basically I'm stuck with a doordash account.

they deactivated my customer account, refused to give any explanation even when I called them, and insisted there is no appeals process to even try to find out what I supposedly did wrong
