“I placed in water at 7 o’clock received notification from two different Dashers that they were waiting for the order. First one all of a sudden dropped off second one then said that my order was picked up by the first Dasher never got my order. Third Dasher went and picked up my order and again was told that my order picked up so my order got canceled. Got the runaround Still at 9:20 at night had not received any food so ended up ordering from a different restaurant thankfully for that Dasher I got my food. I would never everDoorDash in my area sweetwater, Tennessee. When I spoke to the girl at Bradley’s barbecue She offered to bring me my food when the restaurant closed at nine so kudos to her. The second order that I placed what I really wanted The driver delivered it to the next-door neighbors. I text him. He did come back and he redelivered the food to the correct address. I spoke to customer service solution was to give me a five dollar credit hour and a half after I order my food. I finally got to eat my dinner at 9:40 at night.”

“There have been numerous times where doordash will not give a refund when my food is not delivered. Stay away from doordash use GrubHub or someone else.”

“DO NOT order anything from here. Twice my orders have been picked up and never delivered and door dash refuses to refund or replace anything! I've been waiting over a week for a simple refund, due to their dasher stealing my food order ! Today, another order was stolen from me!”

“Doordash charges $2-$3 more per sandwich. I get that part. That's how they pay their drivers But I ordered food from McDonald's last night and it was trash. McDonald's said it's not their problem it's doordash's problem because I ordered it through their app. Doordash said it's McDonald's problem because it was their product. I won't be using doordash again. I will pay for a cab to deliver. The driver was courteous and timely. This is not the fault of the driver in anyway. I always have had great drivers. This is about the company and their awful way of doing business. .”

“In ordered an 80 dollar sushi combo meal and only received 1 sushi roll and 12 pieces of sashimi. There website shows a lot more items than what I ordered. There 30 dollars dinner combo is 1 roll and 15 pieces of sashimi. I’m missing half my order!”

“Door dasher David T is horrible he didn’t deliver my food and wouldn’t answer my 2 calls I made to him. This is the first time I’ve had a problem with door dash. Customer service was great and got me refunded (thank you) If you see the name David T don’t plan on getting your food.”

“I ordered from Popeyes which totaled a little over $25. The driver delivered the wrong order, NOTHING compared to what I ordered! They provide a number to contact the driver, but he kept ignoring my call. Popeyes said to contact DoorDash so I dog and they didn’t do NOTHING! I’m just out of $25! They didn’t even contact their driver and have him correct his mistake! They do not care about customer satisfaction at all and that’s sad! Very bad business!”

“They delivered my food by leaving it on the ground out side my door. They didn't knock or in any way contact me that it was there. The specific delivery instructions were on the receipt. "hand the food directly to the customer" I'm reporting their bad business practices to the appropriate Government agencies and hopefully get this company to comply with health and safety issues.”

“Horrible I don't like ordering with door dash. Some establishment are delivery thru door dash which they don't tell you. Refunds are a nightmare. Have not gotten any of my refunds and in some cases I never received my order. Avoid door dash”

“The past three times I have ordered from DoorDash the drivers did not speak any English at all; this is unexceptionable if they are lost and cannot find your address or communication effectively with the customers for directions. They must be able to speak English in this line of work. Luckily I was able to get the guard at work to translate over the phone for me and the other time I actually was at home and had to use Alexa to translate in Spanish for me. Each time my ordered arrived cold. So for I have not been pleased with DoorDash and will start using a different delivery service going forward when placing orders.”

“Doordash will send you whatever they want and take your money. You won't have a way to talk to anyone more than once. When you have the chance to talk they'll say the case needs to be reviewed, then they'll say nothing and block any contact with you.”

“Ordered a pizza from papa johns, they contacted me when their driver was 50 minutes late and I refused the order because papa johns was making another pizza for me. They asked if I wanted to cancel my order and I was confused so I said "um.. I didn't buy anything from doordash" and she said yes but you refused the delivery and I said papa johns pays you so you should confer to them. Lady hung up on me, just straight slammed the phone down XD As If I didn't help her with her problem and accept her call. This is the high quality of doordash staff. The arrogance and ineptitude is unreal lol”

“I NEVER received my food and they WILL NOT give me my money back. I am beyond p****d off. They are stealing from me (probably others)!! Thieves running a business. The dasher didn't take a picture of her (Rebecca) no last name provided. I will NOT be using their services again. Like before I didn't receive all of my order and they wouldn't fix that as well. I don't have a picture, bc I DIDN'T receive my food!! Let me add AGAIN they said I can't get a refund. I have been calling since last night, just to get an email stating they won't issue me a refund”

“Really should be 0 stars. Got someone else’s order, not what we wanted. Contacted right away. Received a decline for refund. Used “chat”, sent pictures was declined again. Called customer support, sent pictures again said I would hear within 12 hours a reply, after 16 hours still nothing, called again they are redoing the “appeal” and I’ll hear within another 12 hours. Why is this so difficult? I received the wrong order. My order was food for 2 people, order we got was for 1… plus all the aggravation. Not good!”

“A summary from a comment I left to the customer support.... I am disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. The store was closed, and I had to travel more than 6 miles only to find out I couldn't get my order. Now I have to wait 3 to 7 days to get my money back, and that's being called compensation? It's ridiculous. This is why people prefer Uber over DoorDash - because of the customer support. The employee I spoke to was rude and arrogant, not even offering an apology for the inconvenience. Now I'm left hungry, stranded on the road, miles away from home, with gas prices at $5.50. It's really disappointing. Shame on DoorDash for this experience.”

“This is the 2nd time the driver with a phone number from New Jersey was a no show. This person should loose there job. I did get a refund.”
