Ordered a pizza from papa johns, they contacted me when their driver was 50 minutes late and I refused the order because papa johns was making another pizza for me. They asked if I wanted to cancel my order and I was confused so I said "um.. I didn't buy anything from doordash" and she said yes but you refused the delivery and I said papa johns pays you so you should confer to them. Lady hung up on me, just straight slammed the phone down XD As If I didn't help her with her problem and accept her call. This is the high quality of doordash staff. The arrogance and ineptitude is unreal lol
