Food totally cold so we had to put it in oven for another 20 min after the hour and 10 min for delivery. We ordered deep dish pizza and all the toppings were over to one side, regular other pizza we ordered jumbled and folded on itself.

I was a DoorDash customer for over 10 years, a dashpass users from the very first time it was offered as a service, most months spending between $1500 to $2000 per month, and having a VIP account for almost 8 years. Their customer service, dasher training, and overall support have become almost non-existent, very difficult to use, and very rarely helpful. You can no longer adjust the dasher's tip if they screw up, they have made refunds very difficult, and no longer off re-orders or replacement items. I even setup and maintained their Palo Alto HQ network as a consultant. I gave up 3 months ago... deleting my dashpass, my doordash account, and have vowed to never use this company. If they ever get back to a customer focused company I may try them again.

This company is absolutely terrible to deal with - they are scammers - BE AWARE!!. Their driver STOLE $400 of Pizza (we had a kids party) - their automated system sent me a message that the pizzas had been delivered. I then couldnt get hold of the driver. We went up to the restaurant and they were horrified. I cannot get a hold of anyone to lodge a complaint. DO NOT USE DOOR DASH!@!!

The delivery people are terrible. They lie and are rude, high, and the app is busted so you can't message them. It's awful. The customer service on chat is appalling. The phone support is slightly better. Doordash you have to train people or have rules. It's not fair to anybody. My Dasher lied and said there was a strange man in my stairwell and I had to meet them outside. That's a security issue and I was going to call 911 but I thought better of it because hey, this is Doordash after all. Turns out there was NO ONE there. I met the Dasher who was in their car and obviously had issues. I said I hope you are telling the truth. They didn't say I am or of course but the tell tale - why would I lie? I didn't say this but the reason is that: BECAUSE clearly you've been lying a lot and that's how you do things.

Let me tell you something, IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT SUBSCRIBING TO DOOR DASH PASS, BE FOR SURE ABOUT YOUR DECISION BECAUSE IF YOU DO THE TRAIL, AND DECIDE ITS NOT FOR YOU, DOOR DASH WILL ABSOLUTELY ATTEMPT TO CONTINOUSLY COLLECT $4.99 FROM YOUR CARD EVEN AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM AND LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR DASH PASS SUBSCRIPTION. YOU ALSO MIGHT POSSIBLY BE TOLD THAT THE REASON THEY KEEP TRYING TO CHARGE YOU 4.99 IS BECAUSE IT TAKES THIRTY DAYS FOR THE REQUEST OF CANCELLATION TO GO THROUGH WHICH ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. OR YOU MAY BE TOLD AFTER YOU ARE CHARGED 4.99, THAT THIS IS JUST A ONE TIME COURTESY BECAUSE TECHNICALLY THEY SHOULD ONLY BE REFUNDING HALF OF THAT AFTER YOU'VE ALREADY DONE YOUR PART AND CALLED TO CANCEL THE TRIAL. MORAL OF THE STORY, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THE TRAIL UNLESS YOU ARE ALREADY LEANING TOWARDS BECOMING A SUBSCRIBER

They left my pizza on the dirty floor even after I complained to Doordash outside the apt twice UNDER THE LIE THAT I MADE CONTACT!!! Lie, bum, liar, I'm at home waiting and I'm at home! Pizza came wrong twice! THE WORST, They didn't give me a refund but a credit! ABSURD COMPANY! I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE IT. TRASH TRASH TRASH

I item was missing gangura Gongura Chicken even after cotacting DoorDash for help they declined to help or support with this issue Im so disappointed with doordash and decided to discontinue with doordash and use Uber eats instead. The worst thing is to put your trust in someone and he betrayed you

You need to hire English speaking people, this is America. My DoorDash guy couldn’t read my text in English, He kept saying he couldn’t find me, he was lost and my food was over an hour late. DoorDash gave me the message that he couldn’t find me, and gave me his phone number but when I text him he had no idea what I was saying because it wasn’t in Spanish.

A local restaurant forgot a minor $5 side item. I called the restaurant, theY apologized and said I needed to contact DoorDash for a refund. I contacted DoorDash and they refuse to refund due to "their updated policies". DoorDash is flat out criminals who don't enable local restaurants to provide refunds and make it nearly impossible to obtain refunds via their "support". Absolutely overpriced and trash offering

I'm a Dasher Before but the problem is the Doordash app, And the doordash tried to scam the dasher because of the pay and tips of the costumer for the dasher they took it, most of the time they bring us far away like 20mins. for $8 or $9 is not enough for the dasher...

Door Dash is completely untrustworthy. They sent me someone else’s order. I have proof via photos of the food and the receipt that very clearly shows this was the wrong order, time stamps, etc. I have spent over 1.5 hours on the phone speaking to customer service reps and supervisors who agree with me on the phone and say they have to escalate it to another department who then denies the appeal. I am out $43 for food I never received and I have lost time in my life, while experiencing considerable frustration and stress. I will never order from DoorDash again and I encourage you not to either.

Order breakfast this morning 4=27=2024 and 2 of my items are missing along with no syrup for my sister pancakes I tried to call my door dasher Lacy no answer I called Door Dash for a redelivered the lady said not available I sit here no food no refund Door Dash needs to be shut down they do this to a lot of people it's not right if I didn't get my food why not redeliver SMH again I sit here no food no refund Door Dash is a rip off

My simple Doordash order was placed at 10:42 PM and was delivered at 11:48 PM. My Doordashers car appeared to be stopped at an Albertsons for the full hour. Later when I received my food, it was soggy and the slushees were melted. I would highly recommend ordering from GrubHub and or UberEats.

No order. No refund. I ordered alcohol, so if the Dasher would have delivered, he would have scanned my ID on his device.

DoorDash messes up and canceled my order but says I won’t get my money back for 3 business days and it’s Friday night so that means 5 days. My kids are hungry tonight. They refuse to give me a credit so that my kids can eat. How heartless can humanity be? Then I look at my bank and it turns out they charged me for several different amounts that I shouldn’t have been charged and I go into DoorDash and look at the receipt and it says I was only refunded $8!
