“If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not use DoorDash. If they deliver food to the wrong address, they will tell you there is nothing that they can do. No refund no remaking your order and getting it to you nothing. Do not I repeat do not use DoorDash.”

“I was given the wrong 2 liter pop and the driver did not knock on my door... Just dropped the food on my porch. It is very enjoying when you take the time to tip well and they don't even try to reach out when your order is wrong.”

“I'm sincerely not one to get upset over things like this but i feel scammed. I placed an order on door dash and scanned my ID which was verified. The dasher arrived and i gave him same ID that was verified and he says he's not accepting it cos Sara isnt on my ID. I always place gift orders to friends and family using instacart and I never experienced this as what's important is the age on the ID. The dasher left with my order and doordash is refusing to redeliver after telling me they'll redeliver.”

“They need to get their app together. There’s always something wrong. Right now you can’t communicate with the customer. Many times you have to reboot your computer in order to complete a delivery. They need to get up to speed!”

“This bad company when you need help did it help the customer i had issues with my refund when i call support the support his name Jackson he refused to return my money it’s 41$ and after than i called a gain support and the lady she is very nice and helped me to get my refund”

“Unsubscribed to dashpass months ago. But they resubscribe me af least twice a month for several months now. Everytime I talk to customer support they say I am Unsubscribed they can't find the transaction my issue should be fixed and it never is.they are still charging me at least twice a month it doesn't let me remove my card on file this is the worst service ever.”

“DoorDashers have consistently delivered my orders to the wrong address- despite my very specific delivery instructions We are at the point now where DoorDash has declined reimbursing me for miss deliveries and they can eat a bowl of dicks Excuse the profanity but damn.”

“I will tell you how door dash made me happy..First I was kinda of skeptical about them but since I have door dashed for them I have learned a lot from these people...Not mentioning the pay is AUSOME!! I use to get mad as hell with door dash giving me orders that doesn't pay well! I then thought well what if that was my order no one wanted to take keep get get rejected by all the dashers cause they want more money! But who is gonna take it!! Door dash hired me to deliver and it's not right to decline orders because that money adds up quick...Door dash does make sure we get something for going on the trip even if it's 30 miles so what you lose out in a few orders because of how far it is but I know one thing it might take time to get back to your zone but I guarantee you when you get back to your zone door dash makes sure you get a order to make up for the loss ...Because I would get upset over this but now I know door dash will make sure you have orders all night if you work your but off and do the orders ....I worked all day today and I accepted about every order I was given and I quit at 3 am this morning and I walked with 300$ in tips...my lowest order was 3 75 I took all my orders but I told myself at the end of night when i looked how much I made I was shocked ..Thank you door dash I will never turn down a order cause it pays off at the end...dd yall are the Best!! Thank you”

“Worst experience with a delivery service. 3 texts with 3 different driver's bringing my food before the Nuggets game at 6pm. Never received my food until the game was over and it was cold. I will never use them again and would advise others to use Uber eats instead.”

“If you order from DoorDash watch out I ordered a meal from one restaurant and Added on a 7-Eleven order they said #711 was closed which was ridiculous I re-ordered within two minutes of getting my cancellation and it was delivered and I was charged four dollars extra I called to complain about it and they just don’t care so just beware thanks”

“Did not get my entire order - 4 items. Called number. First thing doordash caller said before I asked was that they could not do a 2nd delivery. Keep in mind - the restaurant was approx 1.5 miles from my house and the delivery person made the error. I waited to leave a review and was not able to. I called back to do a review (I mostly do positive reviews but since I didn't get my entire order and was not allowed to leave a review...) still not allowed to leave a review.”
