Did not receive my entire order however was charged. It’s a hassle to try and get your money back. I guess it is too difficult to check to see if everything has been delivered in two item order.

My order Saturday had a delivery fee, service fee and a tip. I’m okay with the delivery fee but not the service fee or the tip which I did not approve. I will never use Door Dash again. Rip offs!!!

I have ordered thousands of dollars on DoorDash 63% of the time the driver doesn’t have a drivers license I’m done, I’m not driving to the front gate anymore Too many other choices

The absolute worst company ever. Be very careful if you don’t have a membership with them because you will end up paying a $96 annual fee. The charge came out of nowhere and I did NOT sign up for it. I thought I had the three month subscription. They do NOT make it clear enough for people to see. I disputed this charge with my bank but DoorDash reversed it. I called them and was told they would refund the $96 and that it would be 5-7 business days. After 5 days I called back and asked for an update and the lady said it was never processed. Proceeded to ask for the last 4 numbers of my card and expiration date and said she would process it….. Called AGAIN yesterday and lo and behold it wasn’t processed but said he would process it now and someone would be in contact with my today. I didn’t hear anything so I called them only for them to tell me they aren’t giving me a refund and that my subscription is good for an ENTIRE year. Wtf DoorDash. I canceled something I didn’t even mean to sign up for and it hasn’t even been a month and you had 3 EMPLOYEES tell me they would issue me a refund. This is the absolute WORST company who will scam you and then hang up on you. Steer clear of this joke of a “Service” company.

I ordered a bottle of champagne to be delivered to my daughter and son-in-law. Not only did they not deliver the bottle of champagne, they charged me for ordering an undeliverable item. Not only did they charge me for an undeliverable item, they charged me for a delivery fee, a service fee and a driver tip. When I complained, they indicated they had reviewed my case and decided that I was not eligible for a refund. There is something very wrong with this picture.

I ordered groceries from Jewel. 2 48 ounce coffees, 2 half gallon milks, oreo cookies, and cotton candy grapes. The Dasher kept 1 coffee, 1 milk and gave me the wrong grapes. Customer service gave me a $2 credit. Then I ordered the cotton candy grapes from Aldi. The Dasher gave me expired and rotten grapes. These Dashers doing a trashy job on purpose because they don't get a huge 25% or more tip?

Thee worse delivery carrier. Never delivers food to correct location, and driver never answers the phone to confirm where they leave the food. I had my food delivered to a bus stop, then another time never received my order another time deliverd to incorrect address. It's a constant battle with doordash. I will not use them again.

I was at work. When I ordered food from Salem 's. The driver Zaria. Refuse to answer my call. And didn't delivered any food. I Call salem's they tell me they don't have nothing to see with me, call doorDash. The driver play smart took picture of 2 ladies standing out side.. to show me the food was delivered. one of them is my boss. If I wasn't outside , saw a black car passing by , don't leave anything . I will believe the food lost inside the building. Immediately I receive the picture. I call her more than 10 times I texted her to tell her i was outside .she ignore me. But she didn't know they is a camera outside. And the ladies she took picture can sue her. Thank you I will never use doorDash anymore

If I could, I wouldn’t even have given it one star! I got notification twice that my door dasher had changed and my order was running behind. Then I kept getting updates that it was running later and later. Two hours after I ordered and 1 1/2 hours after I got notification that the order was ready I received notification that a driver was on their way to get my order. I cancelled my order. The food would have been incredibly cold and most of the company I had over had eaten something else or left. NEVER order on Door Dash! It is horrible!

I ordered a small appetizer and the total was below $15. The dasher sent me a message that said and I quote “I accidentally accepted your order. I’m unassigning myself from it. Maybe the total will get raised to even make it worth the drive. For the next dupe that wants to grab it.” I replied to him and said “You are horrible! I will be reporting you!” He replied and said “For what not wanting to deliver this weak paying order😂😂😂. Your food will sit there until it’s good enough for the next dasher. Have a good evening ma’am.” When I placed the order, the delivery time was 20 minutes. However, I waited for almost 2 hours for this order. When I called door dasher customer service, the representative stated and I quote “I will take this as feedback and share this to the appropriate team.” I replied “Are you serious? That’s it? What about my order and how will I be compensated for this horrible service?” The representative replied and said “We have unassigned the previous dasher and the new dasher has been assigned to your order and it will be delivered at the earliest. I replied “I will be reporting this to your corporate office first thing tomorrow morning and this will be my last order with DoorDash. Thank you for doing nothing.”

So I just ordered a pizza from little Caesars and accidentally ordered it from a location that I'm no longer at. I immediately called to cancel but because little Caesars already started preparing my order, they couldn't refund my money immediately after I just ordered it. Don't waste your money for this scam of a business!

Service is horrible. I got message that driver was having trouble finding delivery address even though it was a business and the order hadn't even picked it up yet. In the end I had to cancel order and ordered from somewhere else that uses its own employees to deliver because dealing with door dash is always a nightmare.

They sent me a message that they can't deliver, we canceled and the order arrived and after we had already looked for other options and they couldn't refund me anything so be careful when they get that message because they will charge you for the food however they want.

I placed in water at 7 o’clock received notification from two different Dashers that they were waiting for the order. First one all of a sudden dropped off second one then said that my order was picked up by the first Dasher never got my order. Third Dasher went and picked up my order and again was told that my order picked up so my order got canceled. Got the runaround Still at 9:20 at night had not received any food so ended up ordering from a different restaurant thankfully for that Dasher I got my food. I would never everDoorDash in my area sweetwater, Tennessee. When I spoke to the girl at Bradley’s barbecue She offered to bring me my food when the restaurant closed at nine so kudos to her. The second order that I placed what I really wanted The driver delivered it to the next-door neighbors. I text him. He did come back and he redelivered the food to the correct address. I spoke to customer service solution was to give me a five dollar credit hour and a half after I order my food. I finally got to eat my dinner at 9:40 at night.

There have been numerous times where doordash will not give a refund when my food is not delivered. Stay away from doordash use GrubHub or someone else.

DO NOT order anything from here. Twice my orders have been picked up and never delivered and door dash refuses to refund or replace anything! I've been waiting over a week for a simple refund, due to their dasher stealing my food order ! Today, another order was stolen from me!

Doordash charges $2-$3 more per sandwich. I get that part. That's how they pay their drivers But I ordered food from McDonald's last night and it was trash. McDonald's said it's not their problem it's doordash's problem because I ordered it through their app. Doordash said it's McDonald's problem because it was their product. I won't be using doordash again. I will pay for a cab to deliver. The driver was courteous and timely. This is not the fault of the driver in anyway. I always have had great drivers. This is about the company and their awful way of doing business. .

In ordered an 80 dollar sushi combo meal and only received 1 sushi roll and 12 pieces of sashimi. There website shows a lot more items than what I ordered. There 30 dollars dinner combo is 1 roll and 15 pieces of sashimi. I’m missing half my order!
