Brandy Jackson delivered my Pizza Hut order in Auburndale. She went over and above to help me when Pizza Hut messed up. She was wonderful!!

The live chat staff have 0 customer service skills and need to be sent on a training course. They are rude, blunt and unhelpful.

First delivery was sent to wrong address. Had the same driver re-deliver, he delivered my order completely destroyed and tampered with. Buyer BEWARE.

Food arrives cold (and it only traveled 7 miles) and the majority of the time the person delivering cannot ot won't read the instructions on where to place the food.

DOORDASH. Had both good/bad experiences. BUT one thing that was super annoying - is FILTERING of feedback! When I left a Positive review it was approved. Negative feedback NOT approved ?

Don't don't don't don't ever ever use doordash!!! they will rip you off!!! I promise you this!!! just tonight Wingstop delivery was canceled by doordash a few minutes before my order was to be delivered I called Wingstop to find out why and was told that the door Dasher cancel the order and took off with the food!!!

Never order from Door Dash, they will deliver your food to the wrong address and take your money. I had my food delivered to the wrong building in my community, the apartment number was right but in the wrong building. I called them to fix the issue and they simply do not care. They said to order again and they will issue a refund to my account, which they never did.

We ordered using Door Dash, our address was correct. We're sent the message our order from Bill Millers was delivered, but it was delivered at Moonstone instead of the right address which is Rhinestone. This was the.last proverbial straw. Will not use this company anymore.

This is the 2nd time in 3 days they have screwed up my order. Sunday I placed an order for a pizza. After the order was placed it did "I had to pick up the order." Called and complained gave me a credit. Today I use them to order lunch at noon. The app said my order would arrive by 12:38. I saw the driver go past my work. They send me a text saying they are here. I replied no your not, I'm standing outside. I called customer service, after being in hold from a man I could barely understand for 30 minutes, he told me he would call me back, 15 minutes later he calls me back saying the driver couldn't find my order so they canceled it...WTF... THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE THEM.

If you are giving an 11 to 20 minute window before the order is placed, how do I end up after the order now going to take up to 40 minutes. So far that is. How hard is to not make us feel like we are being bait and switched with a false shorter time before and then double the time after the order.. I wouldn't have ordered if it was accurately communicated that it is going to take that long and usually show up cold on top of that. I have tried calling into support the last time it happened and I was basically told oh well for you they are working on it so we cant cancel the order.

Had problems with my order from the get-go! Kept waiting for my order finally looked outside and saw my Dasher’s car and had to flag them down even though my very bright front porch lights were on. Tried to call customer service got no help from them whatsoever! May not ever use them again.!!

Extremely rude dasher Cheyenne in utica NY who screamed at me when I complained to her my food was cold after waiting 22 minutes for delivery that should gave taken no more than 8 minutes. Of course she went on another delivery b4 me, apparently did not use a heat retaining bag to keep food hot. My bag was all ripped open, contents were scattered all over bag & food inside was cold, completely cold. Dasher Cheyenne screamed at me to next time use direct to me ( an additional charge of 2.99) I already paid for membership, I'm not paying more. I told Cheyenne that I did not appreciate her yelling at me & I yelled back that I would report this issue to door dash support. Well guess what while I was reporting her, she apparently reported me (seriously) and they closed my account immediately without investigation or inquiry!! Mind you i am disabled, food delivery is mainly how i eat. I spend hundreds of dollars every month on door dash & this is how they treat a long time customer with no prior issues!!!!!! Obviously I'm very upset and will look for other food delivery options. I think the way this was handled was completely inappropriate & I certainly hope that this dasher is reprimanded because I can assure you I will not be the last to complain about her poor attitude.
