“We will never use door dash again! Christopher brought our order to a home 15 minutes away from where we placed our order. We got a notification letting us know they handed us our delivery. So we called the number that was provided at the bottom of the text and let them know we did not receive our order. We called and called and no one answered. Shortly we got a call back and I answered and Christopher was rude from the second the phone call started and we explained the situation and he hung up the phone once we brought up we were on another line with the place we purchased our food from. Long story short we never got our order and the restaurant did end up refunding us but we will no longer be using door dash again with this happening the 2nd time.”

“An order I placed never got to me. The driver called said he was lost. I have hearing loss so I had him talk to my grandson. No food was ever delivered. I have been denied a refund. Therefore even though they say never say never; I will say will never use you again for delivery. Your deliver personal are under paid and under educated on how to do customer service. Working your kinda job is an effort in futility.”

“Have used door dash twice now. First time I didn't recieve the right order..contacted door dash and they sent a message saying they went through my history and could not give me a refund?!! I had never contacted them before this. They weren't interested in what I had to say at all. I rang Tim hortons and explained the order was wrong and they were amazing...delivered the correct order themselves and gave us a free coffee. The second time I ordered the delivery driver was late. All the food was stone cold and no response from the delivery driver. I had already left a tip..what a waste of money that was. Will never use door dash again! Wish I had looked through the reviews before I had ordered. Don't waste your money!”

“Doordash is the worst. Customer service is terrible as well as the app and I order directly from a pizza shop website and it ended up being delivered through doordash and they had the wrong address. When the dasher was on the phone with doordash customer service they hung up on their own driver. Never again they're the worst”

“I recently ordered a double cheeseburger with everything except onions along other food items from Buffalo Wild Wings but fulfilled by DoorDash. Got the double cheeseburger and found hairs on it. Ew! I contacted Door Dash after contacting Buffalo Wild Wings and I spoke with customer support and explained the issue, she stated that although they delivered the order and I had the Door Dash order number, she wasn't able to give back a refund of the unsanitary item and then placed me back on hold at which point she must have ended the call because the survey came on. I called back and spoke with another representative and that agent explained she was unable to give me a partial refund stating that the card was not on file even though I was able to tip the driver.”

“I was trying to order pizza through the app. The pizza was 13.99. I wanted 2. My order, without tip was coming out to 58 bucks. I called the pizza company and placed my order for pickup. It came out to 37 and some change. So that means Doordass was charging me 20 bucks for 2-10 inch pizzas that they do not even make. Disgusting. I will never use there service again. Pay attention to what you order.”

“Wow- just learned what everyone else is experiencing. I mean you order an item using door dash then the item is not in stock then they take 7 days to refund your funds. I am blocking DoorDash from my credit accounts after I complete this transaction. Hard to imagine all this time I thought it was a viable option. STAY AWAY from DoorDash unless you think 1 out of 5 is a good rating. Well at least Never Again for me and for my family as well,”

“THEY STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY FROM THEIR CARDS FOR PASSES THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR. THEY LIE SAYING THEY'VE REFUNDED YOU AND REALLY DIDN'T, HAVING YOU WAITING FOR SOMETHING THEY NEVER ISSUED. THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORSE BUSINESS WITH THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SUED ALTHOUGH THERE HAS ALREADY BEEN LAWSUITS FILE AGAINST THEM!!!!”

“Payed for my order for Dollar General 59.00 and got nothing I cussed the lady out on the phone after politely telling her I didn’t get my refund and asked to speak to someone who knows a little more about DoorDash refunds she said I wish I could but there is only one other assistant and would refuse to let me speak to them after 30 minutes of me stressing and being 13 weeks pregnant I gave up and called her a money thief and hung up my advise if you are pregnant DO NOT TRUST DOOR DASHERS AT AL!!🤬🤬🤬🤬”

“This is not a review about doordash. I am a dasher. To put this as nice as can and to be respectful to all our great customers, I would like to say customers satisfaction is 100 percent the most important thing. Each and every customer should receive there order on time and the order should be complete. That being said as everyone in our country knows gas prices are up substantially. There for food delivery cost go up as well. We all know the drill we have seen our food cost at the grocery store go up because of increased fuel cost. It is no different for food delivery. Food delivery is not a necessity it is a luxury. There for I would ask that if you can not afford that luxury you do not have food delivered. The average cost is 1 dollar a mile and the cost for the drivers time. That cost will be going up as long as gas goes up. It may go to 2 dollars a mile or more. This has nothing to do with doordash drivers. We do not control the price of fuel. That is done by state and federal government. Who you elect in your state and the taxes on fuel your willing to pay. I would just ask that if you can not afford these fuel cost you do not order food to be delivered. If you want a change in these high fuel cost you may want to elect people who do not impose them on you.”

“My order was placed with BWW at 6:10 pm. I was told delivery would be at 7pm. Door dash texted me at 6:45 to say my driver was picking up the food from the restaurant. When it reached 7:10 and still no food I called BWW. After 20 minutes on the phone with them they finally located my food sitting at the front of the store. The manager said the store was busy so the driver left to do 2 other deliveries. By 7:45 pm still no food. I called BWW and they said the food had been picked up. I also tried calling the driver that door dash had assigned but he never picked up his phone. BWW said that I couldn't get a refund or credit from them that I would have to take it up with door dash. I called door dash and told them it was now nearly 8pm and still no food from a 7pm delivery. The person on the phone lied and said the restaurant was making a new order and they were sending someone new to pick it up. They told me there was nothing they could do for me as far as it now being an hour late with the food delivery. When the food finally arrived after 8:10 pm I could see from the tag on the bag that the food had been ordered just after 6 pm and was prepared in 18 minutes. The food was stone cold. No new order! Why did he tell me that lie? Why did it take so long to get my food to me and why didn't door dash offer any customer service? The delivery driver was rude and told me that BWW didn't have the food ready on time. So he also lied to me. He also said that BWW is not his boss so he doesn't have to answer to them. But he should have to answer to a customer who has been waiting over an hour!!”

“meal's arrival time pushed out 45 minutes . the dasher was sitting a couple of miles from the restaraunt and never moved. I called the dasher-no speak english and hung up. called doordash guy put me on hold, cancelled the order(i could see it on my computer) then hung up on me.”

“DoorDash use to be excellent. The last few times have been horrible though. They always seem to forget items and my most recent order they only dropped the drinks off and we didn’t get any of the food. Customer service was horrible and kept calling me then telling me to call this number or that number. Then that person on chat wasn’t helpful at all. I know I’m just one person, but I think I’m done with DoorDash.”

“ACME uses this service as one its grocery delivery companies. I have had it! So many times my order has been delivered to the wrong address or not at all. Yesterday took the cake, the door dash driver dropped my groceries off at a clothing store. Acme couldn’t contact the driver or the company. When I tried to get a refund later, my call was answered by a call service in another country. I had to reshop the order. I will not use them again under any circumstances.”
