I tried the dash pass garbage but didn't use it enough for it to be useful. after it tried to pull the $10 off my card I tried to cancel it but there was no way to. The only way to get the cancel button to show was to pay the $10 call customer support and have them cancel and refund me. The only other option I was given was to keep my balance on that card below $10 for a month so it would automatically cancel. This was a complete nightmare and I would highly recommend not to try any of their trials anything for dash pass. It's horrible

SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH GRUBHUB INSTEAD - Their customer service doesn't suck If I could give them zero stars, I would. Food not delivered, delivered wrong, or blatantly sat just outside my neighborhood while waiting 20+ mins on someone else's food. Food has arrived incorrect and inedible more often than not. Customer service is unfortunatley unhelpful, and unempathetic. Don't waste your money. Use GRUBHUB

Ordered food. Saw dasher pick it up and then spend 40 minutes at another restaurant. Food arrived very cold. Doordash credited Me $11 out of $25 for inedible food. I will never use this rip off service again. Uber eats is much better.

They don't speak English so they don't say anything on the phone when they call to deliver your order you just have to guess its them and then when you pick up your order he proceeded to yell at me in Spanish when I took my order. Will not be ordering through them again.

I will never use Door Dash again! I ordered lunch today and the app glitched and they brought me 2 of the same lunch AND charged me for it AND they refuse to refund the money. I asked them to come pick up the duplicate lunch and all they said was "sorry, since it was delivered, we can longer refund your money or offer any compensation." This service isn't cheap so I am stuck with a $50 lunch bill for 1 person 🤬

1.3 😳 i’m not surprised! The only reason they’re still in business is because we as a society are just really lazy! Myself included ! That’s the only reason we tolerate this sad, poor Service and ridiculous excuses, etc. But I’m definitely going to try Uber eats and delete my DoorDash app. They might be just as bad, but I’m tired of perpetuating this nonsense with DoorDash.

Decent side hustle- However & this is for the Doordash engineers! Fix your stupid "Acceptance rate" problems & the dispatch errors! My wife and I have been doordashing for 2 years now. We only Dash in one city there is a large tall bridge that goes into another city, "Gig Harbor to Tacoma WA" we are only scheduled in Gig Harbor. I constantly get dispatches to go into Tacoma from Gig Harbor which I refuse every time because the toll bridge is $7 to go across however what does that do to our acceptance rate? I will tell you it continually lowers it and despite multiple multiple calls to doordash out of country reps they can do absolutely nothing except "notate" the complaint. It is so extremely disappointing and frustrating trying to be a good dashers at doing everything we can to stay about 65 or 70% when we continually get screwed on getting jobs into another city which we have to decline which continually lowers our acceptance rate which goes back to the dispatch problem they should be on different cities not joined together because they are NOT together. THIS REVIEW IS BEING DONE IN THE BEGINNING OF MAY 2024. We have noticed significantly but the pay versus mileage has gone down dramatically in the last few months. (What that means for people who don't understand doordash is they will offer you a job, example $10 for 5 Miles then you can accept or decline this job. For the last two months the jobs have been almost consistently horrible $5 for 10 miles $5 for 15 MI $8 for 16 mi completely out of whack considering gas is so high I don't know what the hell has happened since March 2024 or so but to be a door dasher is really pathetic now. I can tell 100% because I do nights drive to 8:00 p.m. or so and I used to be able to make a decent amount of money and now is really flipped. so now I do Uber at the same time as doordash..PLEASE FIX YOUR PROBLEMS DOORDASH. And the other huge problem I have this is massive is the people who want to leave a feedback for a driver without absolutely any recourse whatsoever for the driver. Any imbecile can leave a one or a two which then knocks your driver rating down and when I call a complain cuz I've only had this happened once the doordash rep says there's nothing that they can do about it the customers have the right to leave whatever feedback they want even though I treat everyone the same I text people I call people if I have a problem it should not be right that just any idiot could just leave whatever the feedback they want and as a driver we have absolutely no recourse we just have to take it. That is absolutely not fair and then they won't remove a feedback until somebody leaves 100 feedbacks not 100 calls that you have run but 100 people have to leave feedback in order to have one feedback dropped off and that is wrong also. Driver took almost an hour for food to arrive from under a kilometer away. Then garlic bread and drink left on doorstep but pizza left behind. Then took 3 phone calls to the driver and 2 phone calls to Sforno before the pizza arrived over 20 minutes later. Luckily Door Dash has refunded some of my bill which is good anyway.

Orders are wrong on multiple occasions and they pick and choose when they will refund the item you are missing.

Ordered from Tock n Roll Sushi in Kenner LA. The two rolls ordered were inedible , my adult son called door dash , he got a credit for his, unknowingly he did his through Door Dash. I called the loval place the next day, as the cucumber roll called unpluged that described it as being wrapped in cucumber. Having eaten many rolls as such, I didn’t expect it to have a 12-16 inch of cucumber tough skin and the meat of the cucumber all in one long piece. I choked on it, needing my son to pull it out of my mouth. The restaurant said his mgr was going to call me. I patiently waited a few days, no call. I called again. Again, told, his mgr had to approve refunds. I have rarely if ever asked for food refunds and tip well. I called the restaurant 5x today, again, spike to ā€œJoeā€ who said, he researched it and found the order and my son’s roll was credited- yet has not appeared on my card now 15 days. He then said, bc it was a 3rd party (DOOR DASH), they would have to refund it , now they say it has been too long, despite me calling the restaurant ROCK N Roll sushi the next day on 5-1-24. .

I have a dashpass, I tip $10-$15 sometimes $20 depending on where I'm ordering from and recently the orders have been wrong, the drivers don't want to drive to me when i leave the exact spot in the instruction, etc. I drive a big rig and usually park in a good place and make it obvious where i am, today was the exception and I tipped $15 for the inconvenience of having to find me and this B**** refused to drive to me saying she wasn't comfortable with it BUT would WALK it...make it make sense? You want people to tip then get your drivers to read the instructions and follow the instructions which they never do. I do everything i can to make sure people are comfortable delivering to me bc there is fear even for me as a female driver. I always have to send a message or call them to get them over to me. She made it seem like she was close to me but just couldn't find me...she didn't even try, she just sat at the main building... This walk wasn't a short walk. This lot has at least 150-200 parking spots that I had to walk by bc im in the back corner. I wouldn't be mad if I hadn't tipped that amount AND if I hadn't spoken to her when she accepted my order and instructed her where I was. If I wanted to walk to the main building I could have saved myself $15 + the extra charges getting food there. Wth doordash, y'all are just getting worse. Im tired of leaving decent reviews bc im nice and don't want to hurt their ability to make money but gosh dang this is my hard earned money being wasted. I won't even leave a review of it bc im so irritated. The main reason I tip is for the inconvenience of being back here in the big rig section. Hell I was easy to find...back row, far left corner....oh ill WALK it but won't drive it....make it make sense.... I should have just waited by my truck instead of being nice, nothing good ever comes from being nice apparently.

Let these scammers go out of business already, please warn as many people as you can! I was charged $98 for the membership which was advertised as free. I contacted support and was told I was no longer allowed to use doordash and that my account had been banned. Yet I have no received a refund! Additionally 9/10 orders are incorrect or missing items, then doordash will accuse you of fraud for reporting it! So now it’s my fault the dashers are stealing food or the restaurants can’t get the order right.

Purchased two gift cards. Cards were not delivered, however my credit card was charged. DoorDash claims no record of the purchases. Credit card clearly indicates DoorDash charges.

I would give 0 if I could. I placed an order of $75 through Doordash, which never arrived. Doordash refused to refund me and the customer support told me that their team evaluated my case and determined that I am not eligible for compensation. They simply took my money, never delivered my order and refused to pay me back. Their customer support was also terrible. I had to call many times to appeal and they were not helpful at all.

Depend on this company, use daily. Meals, drug and grocery store deliveries are generally handled well. Delivery people are respectful even though many are unable to communicate in English, it’s ok. Unfortunately, several deliveries have been left outside without alerting us by ringing the doorbell. This seems to have evolved into normal behavior. Our account was set up, doorbell delivery, handed to us. We are invalids, aged 80 and 90 and live on our own. Being alerted that food and other products have been delivered is very important to us and is considered a security risk that we are unwilling to take. Hope this is read and changed.

I ordered 3 jumbo jacks, 2 nuggets, and 2 fries..my order was over an hour late and when it finally arrived I received a single bag with nuggets and fries only.. all of it was ice cold, the seal on the bag was detached completely and the top was torn where it was previously attached.. and the top was halfway crumbled down halfway. Quite frankly it looked like the bag had been opened and closed.. I'm furious, I ordered this and waited for 2 hours

I would like to have given zero stars if I could of. Rip off company! Used 5x and 3x everything was so jacked up. They gave only credits, not refunds! Sick amount of money then you are forced to use them again! Despicable company

My driver never texted to say he's on his way, he also kept half our order. The restaurant said he grabbed all the food items. Beware of Ozzie in camp hill Pa area

drivers can deliver an opened bag with missing items and you will get the refund for the items but you are scammed out of the tip.
