Doordash please do not hire people dont know what to do , they can poison the food and you can be sue you , dont be stupid !!

Worst experience with a delivery service. 3 texts with 3 different driver's bringing my food before the Nuggets game at 6pm. Never received my food until the game was over and it was cold. I will never use them again and would advise others to use Uber eats instead.

If you order from DoorDash watch out I ordered a meal from one restaurant and Added on a 7-Eleven order they said #711 was closed which was ridiculous I re-ordered within two minutes of getting my cancellation and it was delivered and I was charged four dollars extra I called to complain about it and they just don’t care so just beware thanks

Ordered pizza from little Caesars, driver stole my food, support was to refund me it has been a month now and no refund. Now they want me to wait again to investigate, this is the worse company ever.

Did not get my entire order - 4 items. Called number. First thing doordash caller said before I asked was that they could not do a 2nd delivery. Keep in mind - the restaurant was approx 1.5 miles from my house and the delivery person made the error. I waited to leave a review and was not able to. I called back to do a review (I mostly do positive reviews but since I didn't get my entire order and was not allowed to leave a review...) still not allowed to leave a review.

I ordered five Happy Baby Formula, but only one was delivered and the service fee and Dasher tip are still same as buying five Formula. My request to return it and get fully refund was rejected. This is a very awful shopping experience with DoorDash. DoorDash is not countable, I'll never shop with DoorDash.

I had an order from Harvey's. The dasher had the soft drink only half as it spilled in his carry bag.

natia was EXTREMELY helpful. panera messed up and forgot to give him my two loafs of bread and soda and he went BACK to panera to get it for me. he’s a great asset to the company, you need more drivers that are caring and friendly and hard working like him.

Orders are ALWAYS WRONG. Missing or incorrect. Support does not care. Even if you pay the dash pass. They accuse you of “having too many incorrect orders” if you tell them what’s missing, on the app. They don’t credit you with the amount you paid for the item. Just whatever they feel you should get, and they don’t offer a refund. They give as credit to their company. Horrible company. All around. I wish this was not a monopolistic company, but they are the ones used the majority of the time, if any services like this are offered in an area.

I spend thousands of dollars on food with Doordash and one of my dinners was missing yesterday on a $88 order and I was denied a refund. I called support and the representative disconnected the call while I was speaking. I'm completely done with Doordash, I've deleted the app and will encourage all my family, friends and social media followers to do the same.

Very bad experience. They tricked me to participant in a question, and gave me a promotion code. When I tried to apply for this code, it said that my account is not eligible for this promotion. I contacted them, they suggested me to place a order with full price, and then they will try to provide a better resolution. Very tricky company!

I placed 2 orders and was charged for 3 even after I showed the agent via the chat proof that 3 different amounts came out of my account. Rhea Gay's (if that is her real name) attitude was terrible, her customer service was absolutely despicable and her timing to answer was extremely slow! She refused to put me on to a manager even when I asked twice and refused to give me a refund for the 3rd I did not order! Every time I use this app I get problems with my orders and will not he using it again!

So upset. They claimed they did a review. I'm certain my driver never received the 35.00 margarita jug I bought missing from my food order, my main reason from ordering from the restaurantwas to get the drink. 35.00 is a steep price for a missing item. I contacted my credit card to dispute this amount, so I can get a partial refund. I'll just drive and spend 5.00 on gas for now on.

Food was dropped off at the wrong location. Messaged the Dasher with zero response then called and she answered. And she said that I should just go get it myself. I said no I left you a tip you're being paid to deliver the food go get it and bring it back. Then she responded with why didn't you just wave me down and I said that I did you just kept driving face buried in your phone. 20 minutes later she shows up with my food ice cold. It went into the trash. $30 for nothing.

If I could give a zero I would. Doesn't assign anyone to bring food half the time and customer service has no brain and repeats the same scripted messages even though not helpful in the least.

They canned my sister who was a 5 srar driver because someone hacked her damn account..as hard as she worked..smh..she just lost her son and these monsters canned her on mothers day. THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE TO WORK FOR!!! NO INVESTIGATION OR APOLOGY JUST DISCONNECTED HER ACCT..THEY SUCK!

I'm not sure I should blame the dasher, but the service was a ripoff in Seattle. They added an hour to my delivery time (minute by minute most of the time). At least I found out it was because they added 3 other deliveries OTW to my location. We all know that an extra 45 minutes on a pizza delivery really improves a $70 order that was $30 in fees. I'll never use DD again here. And, yes, I tried messaging the dasher.
