I just started working for this company. I picked up an order from Subway then had to drive 30 minutes away to deliver it, then had to drive 30 minutes back. So a hour of driving for 7.59. I don’t believe that I will be doing any more dashing. Complete waste of time, money and gas

Ordered food that was 20 minutes late because the driver picked up another order. Our food was cold. And my delivery time kept getting pushed back, with my food sitting in a random car getting cold. Ridiculous. And Doordash won't even give a partial credit for bad service. I just deleted the app. Never again.

Don't try and communicate with the driver about missing items of your order. Even though a number is provided to do so nothing will happen if ya try, no one will respond.

D is that way just remember these people work off of the money. And when you stick them a $4 tip to go by your groceries that are $22 that $4 is not even a tank of gas. They are trying to make a living that's why they do it for you so either you pay them well in a tip. Or get off your lazy ass and do it yourself.

The delivery driver blamed me for putting the wrong zip code in, which I didn't. I only put street address. And he pretty much wanted me to pick it up. What did the tip I gave him was it for. Still trying to get my money back after I canceled it. Get people that speak English please.

Seriously bad .. and you cannot get to a representative to help .,my so called delivery yesterday wasn’t.. but suspicious.. cannot use them again ..”too many issues including my security….

5 of my last 10 orders have had errors. I was supposed to receive two separate credits to my debit card because of errors. Weeks had passed and no credit. I spoke with DoorDash customer service and they advised I was credited and I should call my bank. My bank has no record of credits. DoorDash insists it was credited. I will never order through DoorDash again. It’s too expensive not to get what you pay for and then to get the run around. Very poor service all the way around.

I never received my order. I was tracking my order and it said it has arrived opened my door and it wasn't there. Called customer support literally 2 minutes later and was told I could not get a refund by a bot. I called customer service 5 times in 4 days in and was told my call was being "accelerated" by all 5 agents. Then I was told that door dash did an investigation and found that I didn't deserve a refund. Even though I Never received my food. It was only $34 but it was the way door dash tried to make it seem as if I was lying about not receiving my food is the point. I literally was robbed

You should penalize drivers who pick up food and do not deliver. Having people wait 30+ minutes then not delivering their food is a waste of their time. Uber allows you to see who your driver is and rate them based on performance. You should do the same.

I have been a doordash customer for years and I also dash for them. I am writing today because I am fed up. At this time, my order was picked up an hour ago but doordash decided to combine my order with another order and so I have had to wait for the dasher to pick up the other order and drop it off and now they are headed my way. I am frustrated with doordash because no one should ever wait this long for an order. I am frustrated with my dasher because they have not communicated to me at all (or doordash) so now I am leaving this review. This company has changed a lot in the past year and I do not see myself continuing to use the service. When I reach out to complain they gave me half my money back basically saying I would need to cancel to get all of my money back. I have been wait for an hour for food (an still waiting as I write this review as the app tells me I have another 15 minutes until my food arrives), how is that good customer service.....

Door Dash is the worst. I had the wrong address by accident I tried countless times to reach the driver which I was ignored by driver and Doir Dash Company they did not care I lost 30.00 for them leaving at a place. Where. Noone was not to mention I have a Dash Pass which was no honored and they Refused to give some credit back. I guess it’s ok for drivers to ignore customers and Door Dash supports that. Do not trust them .

If I wasn't disabled and unable to drive I wouldnt use delivery services but I have no choice. I made a Petco order today May 25th, the Dasher said my order was delivered fallowed by an immediate request for a tip to complete the delivery. I didn't hear my phone but I have it in my notes that 1 only apply tips after completion due to my groceries smelling like drugs before and with my immune system I can't have that. I check my phone to see the Dasher called me cheap and then proceeded to take my order off my porch and got back into his car and left. Nevermind the fact that tipping isn't a requirement and I have time to add a tip I paid for that order he had no right to take my order back because he wanted a tip before I even had a chance to apply one. Dayton Ohio door dashers are rude unprofessional and door dash doesn't seem to care. The agent just disconnected instead of taking my complaint down. But stealing my order isn't something that should be acceptable and I would think a company would want employees who make them look good not bad.

The absolute worse thing in America. Customer service sucks and there specialty team is even horrible. I highly recommend grabbing your items yourself.

3/4 of the $100 order was missing. Reimbursement was less than half. I ended up with one meal and a few sides. Somebody's got two meals extra..inconvenient to say the least..Called restaurant and they said they gave it to the driver..unfortunately it seems like more than half the time stuff is missing..terrible

How is doordash even still around? I started an order that I didn't go through with and exited the app and still recieved a text stating my order had been submitted. I then canceled my order and it stilll took out from my bank! Now of course I'm having issues with getting it refunded! When it clearly states the order was canceled which means I never received the order!

DoorDash is the worst i has serve food poisoning from a store my family and I ordered from contact DoorDash just to be shund and told they can't help me so I reached out to a few businesses and explained what has happened to me and my family we are pulling all businesses we have contracts with from DoorDash we will not stand for this type of treatment
