“Door dash says the sauce packets the fast food workers neglected to put in the bag is not worth reimbursement. THE FUKING SAUCE MAKES THE MEAL! door dash is trash.”

“Using the Doordash for last three years and giving orders every week, the Dasher made a mistake with the order, i happened to give them evidence and first the dasher lied and later he admitted the mistake to support team and still did not refund my amount. They have become so arrogant . They gave me $5 credit for the order that i did not receive. Please keep your credit . Not interested in your service”

“Please don't use these guys. I will not use you guys ever again! Go to the restaurant and eat or pick up your order yourselt. It took the driver forever to get here with our order. When the order arrived, the driver didn't have the decency to ring the doorbell. We found our order sitting on the front porch. Unacceptable!! Also, they make you think that you're getting a discount, but, you have to order the food through their website and they charge an upcharge on each item you purchase and an additional delivery fee charge.”

“My package from Macy's was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted DoorDash and was told that my package had been delivered, they say they have a picture, but will not share it with me. They say it was delivered to an address with a green door, mine is white. When contacting them the next day I was told that they had corrected the problem with Macy's and I could expect my order today. I was sent two texts from drivers who said they were waiting for my order at Macy's. When I tried to return their calls neither one spoke English. I have no problem with that except that they should have translators with them. I think I have said enough, but you can be assured that I will spread this experience to many Jill Murray”

“DON'T USE DOORDASH THE DRIVERS ARE NOT THE BRIGHTEST SPEAK NO ENGLISH AND WILL LEAVE UR FOOD ANYWHERE AND SAY IT WAS DELIVER. USE THEM 2 TIMES AND BOTH TIMES NEVER GOT FOOD. AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND IR MONEY. THEY NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS EITHER”

“It went wrong over and over again. Ended up having to delete the app and close my account. Every time there was a problem with my order all I got was excuses from door dash. If you like getting what you pay for do not use them.”

“I just found out that the receipt we get from DoorDash is not a copy of the cash register receipt. I was overcharged for an item by DoorDash but not the store. Where does that overage go if the customer doesn’t notice? I think this has happened before. What’s to stop the drivers from pocketing the difference? This was on a substituted item that was cheaper than what I ordered that I was billed for accurately by the store but not adjusted on the credit card charge from DD. What is going on here? Check your receipts carefully. It took me most of my morning to get a DD agent to listen to my issue instead of trying to blow it off by making it something else. The store understood me perfectly and provided the accurate receipt quickly. It’s not me.”

“This company chat support is scum. I placed and received someone else's order. I did not even have the time to check it because the dasher left it in the front driveway! Not even at my front door. My co-worker found the food outside when coming to her shift. I then immediately contacted their chat support and they said they would escalate it and will hear back from them within 12 hours and that I would be refunded. So I placed my order again. Then I waited for their response, but nothing, and then I reached out to chat support again 3 hours later, I finally got an email saying that they would not refund me!! I was like what the hell????? I even provided them with the evidence, but yet they did not refund me! This company is a piece of Shiiiit! They lost a good customer. I am considering filing a lawsuit to teach them a lesson.”

“Mu doordash account was hacked feom another state, and doorsash REFUSED to do anything about it. There is about $300 in charges that were all made within 2 hours of each other in Pennsylvania where I do NOT reside and they say it can't be proven as fraud. When I open my app it pin points me in my home state!!!!! The spending pattern and things ordered do NOT match my spending and orders,but they say it's not fraudulent because it came from my account! Trust you me, when/if I get this resolved, I will be deleting my account for good!!!!!!”

“Ordered my food it took 45 minutes from a Sonic or less than 2 miles away from my apartment. When it showed they were on their way I went outside waiting for the guy to deliver. Watched him on the map he turned it off and delivered my food somewhere else! I left instructions on how to get to my apartment. It was supposed to be handed to me. So beware apparently they don't ask people when they're delivering what the order was or verification they just give it to other people. I gave them one star because I had to give them a star to post this otherwise I would give them zero.”

“Let's start by saying doordash is terrible honestly. They make money while you get the scraps. So this is how doordash works: I have included pictures to support my review. Everyone says doordash is the highest paying app, well honestly that's a lie. You have three(3) leave to go through; silver, gold and platinum. Silver level is how they hook you. They give you dash picks like crazy however once you've reached gold you have to schedule and I do mean schedule to dash from a schedule that doesn't offer any availability to dash and when something is open it's for after midnight where there are less deliveries that barely pay $5.00. keep in mind doordash only pays $1-2.50 unless they have a promo going on that night for a $1.00 extra. They real money comes from tips. Example: if you have an order that pays $5.00 the breakdown of that pay is as such: doordash paid $1.00 and the customer tipped you $4.00. Now with that being said if the customer doesn't tip doordash would of only paid out $2.00 for an order going 3-7 miles. A lot of times they will give you a double order from the same place, this is called two pick-us which may pay $8.50 to go 11 miles. Remember doordash pays $1-2.50 the rest are tips. They do have the option to work hourly $13.00 per hour and keep your tips. However the tips are less than what they usually are when you work dash to dash which means they are scammers when it comes to your money. Now when you reach platinum you can dash whenever you want however you have to do 100 doordash orders in order to keep your platinum status or you have to start all day. I left my job based on lies and have not broken over 500 within two months. Your ratings has to stay up or you can not upgrade to the next level. If your looking for a 9-5 this is not for you. This is only spare change. They have set red zones however you get an order that's 13 to 15 miles outside the red zone only paying $9-10.00. after you deliver your order you would have to drive back to the red zone which means no money on the way back to the red zone so the first $40 you make is all gas and eventually you have to get more gas. This is not worth it.”
