Have been using doordash for years. Recently 90% of my orders are wrong or never show up. I'd give them 0 stars at this point if it was an option. Do yourself a favor and try a different service. Doordash is HORRIBLE!

I used to really like using Door Dash until recently. I have had some bad experiences over the last coupe of months. Put an order in and had 3 different dashers rotate through for my order with no explinatiom, until 1 finally called and told me the restaurant wasn't accepting doordash orders anymore. Tried ordering from different places and I wasn't able to for some reason. Just tonight, a whole order was missed. I know the restaurant and the dashers are both responsible for checking that all the food is there. After this review, I am deleting my Doordash app and will not be using it again! Waste of my time and money for all the trouble I've had to deal with lately.

My dash was reassigned and my completion rate dropped to 99% because my dash was reassigned due to my sitting too long at a red light. I can not turn left on red and was penalized for not violating traffic laws.

Trash app!! Half the time I don’t get the right order or they send my pick up orders to restaurant far from my address and when you complain they act as if it’s your fault. Not to mention the cold foods

I placed an order for a Cobb salad thru a restaurant. I'm allergic to avocado and cheese so I requested no avocado or blue cheese crumble on the salad. When I went to place my order I received a note that stated something went wrong and to retry my order. I did tge order again and it went thru. When the salad arrived it had both the avocado and blue cheese crumble on it. As I'm allergic to I couldn't eat the salad. I calle door dash customer service, and was told there was nothing they could do about it because they didn't see my order details on their side. I asked for a refund because I had to throw my $12.00 salad away as the representative told me no, there is nothing she can do about it. I don't think I'll be using door dash any more.

I had no idea that by placing a pick up order with Winn Dixie I was actually going to have a Door Dash driver doing the shopping! Horrible experience! Instead of 4 bananas, I got 4 BUNCHES of bananas! Instead of 4 32oz containers of Almond Milk (4/$5.00) I received 4 64oz containers that cost $15.59! My Special K Red Berries cereal should have been BOGO but I was charged for both boxes. Yes, I double-checked what I had ordered and there were no mistakes on my part. Some items were not available but my order was more than it would have been with those items. When I called my local Winn Dixie, I was told they have no control over what the drivers choose (In face, the cashier questioned the driver about the 4 bunches of bananas & the driver insisted that the order said "4.") Never, never again. I went to the Door Dash site but couldn't find any way to contact them so this is the best I could do. I hope that I save other customers from having such a horrible experience!

Twice this morning I ordered breakfast from a favorite restaurant using DoorDash. Each time, about 5 minutes before scheduled delivery, I received a message my order had been canceled because my “Dasher” had an unexpected occurrence. The messages said a refund would be issued to my credit card. Door Dash provides no phone number to call for more information, so I called the restaurant. They had received and prepared my order both times and the “Dasher” had left the restaurant with my breakfast. Well, the only explanation, according to the restaurant manager, is a common occurrence: the “Dasher” decided to eat my breakfast instead of delivering. The manager said he was sorry but he couldn’t accept another breakfast order for me today because he can’t keep giving away free breakfasts - apparently the restaurant suffers the loss when “Dashers” steal the food order. I will NEVER use DoorDash again.

Repeatedly my orders are changed from original order. I am being scammed. I order 2 of something they bring one and charge me for 2. The drivers don't care and the customer service tries to convince you what you did not order. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! ITS A SCAM.

DoorDash does not care about customers. I did an order 3 weeks ago and still have not heard back from this specialized team they talk of. Because their dasher did not know how to do the order correctly I did not receive my order nor my refund. I have spoke with 4 different people all them say the special team will get back in 12 hours nobody has got back to me. So now I refuse to order anything else until I receive my refund. I use Uber because Uber actually cares about their people.

Trying to order from Longhorn Steakhouse. For hours the message is that my request is being worked on. Then redirected to another website that for a very small fee will look into it. Ordered from Uber Eats, no scams.

My order was canceled at the last minute because KFC didn't have items i ordered. I was told it would take 3-5 business days to get a return and that's becoming a trend with them.

The restaurant put the wrong order in the bag with my order receipt on it. Door dash was of no help at all. Said it would take 12 hours for them to investigate...meanwhile I have 4 people here with no dinner tonight. This is horrible service. Doordash should realise that there will be order errors and have a better way of resolving issues. The restaurant was at fault but without a way to fix things what's the point. Doordash got my money and they obviously do not care if I got my order. I will never use them again.

As a dasher you don't know where the delivery is and it's almost always not worth the travel. Drove almost 25 min for 6 dollar pay. Should be ashamed of yourself. Gas prices are ridiculous

I'm a driver who is now switching to Uber eats because of the 100 deliveries on the last 30 days requirement in order to Dash Now anytime. The new shop n go orders take up time of my time and it's not fair to keep the 100 delivery requirement. Uber let's me deliver anytime with zero requirements.

I placed an order from Subway. The Door Dash driver needed a little help finding the location. I only speak English. The driver didn't speak one word of English. Consequently, we could not communicate. He finally gave up and I wasted $17 and I guess he ate the food. This was in the Houston area. I have decided that next time, in the special instructions, I will say I only speak English and if they don't have a driver that also speaks English to cancel my order.

I was looking for a specific vitamin which is sold out everywhere and when it googled the item doordash came up right away saying it can be delivered today (May 9). I noticed my bank offered dashpass which i signed up for. There was also a coupon code for 40% off if I spent a minimum so I added 1 more item to my cart. The total was $40.91 with tip. I placed my order. It came within 30 min.. however they brought the wrong vitamin and charged me $68.50 + $5.54 which is $74.04 almost double what I agreed to pay. I called them immediately and they told me don't worry about the $74 charge and they will refund me. No refund was received or any communication so I called again May 14 and sent then screenshot, still no refund received. Then called again yesterday May 22, still nothing. Do not order from this company

My order was supposed to be here 10 minutes ago. Now the ETA is 25 min delayed and I cannot cancel. Beware of these people. I have to go to bed so now i have to pay for nothing. I tried to cancel the order when I saw it would not arrive on time but they said they couldn't.
