“Sent me to address where pulling into driveway would mess my car up sent message not to pull in after already there major damages to my car no longer able to drive then tried to contact door several times always on hold over 30 min 4 different times then door dash called me at 4 a.m twice woke me up to explain to someone with terrible English yo say sorry not acceptable”

“Even though I ordered through Taco Bell's app it was a doordash delivery driver who brought it to a different door and just left it no one seems to know what the hell they're doing or how to get my money back I will never ever order on an app using doordash again cuz when I tried to contact the driver at the number they gave me on my text no one answered and I couldn't get it re delivered because doordash didn't handle it even though it was their driver”

“I wish I could give a negative 5 star. The receipt from Wendy's states 26.06...you up charged almost $17. Looking at other receipts you guys do this all the time.”

“My order was placed at the wrong apartment, so never recieved my food and never refunded my money after calling numerous times. HORRIBLE bussiness practices, should not be charged for food that I did not get!”

“Bad experience with food delivery, cold food, expensive fees. Not worth it unless you are unable to get it yourself. Customer service chat, rude, short responses and will close the chat after you ask for a supervisor. They refuse to allow you to cancel or remove your credit card information. Wouldn't recommend you give them your info.”

“To many times it has taken literally 45 - 90 mins before I get my food after they pick it up from the restaurant, even though I live less than a mile from the restaurant. The food ends up being ice cold. I had several people literally drive by my house with my food to the other side of town where they make several stops and then eventually make their way back to me. All I can guess is DoorDash scrapes the bottom of the barrel finding people to work for them.”

“Delivery driver delivered my food order to the wrong house on April 26, 2024. Soon as my tacking said delivered and I'm standing in the door, seeing no car pull up. I instantly call Door Dash help line, who tried calling driver who didn't answer. My food plus delivery fee, plus service fee, plus taxes and plus tip totaled $85.17. Here it is May 24, 2024, after 4 calls to costumer service and a call back from and supervisor, still no refund! 👀”

“I'm hungry 😲 First I tried to order they charged me for Doorpass leaving no money for food. I tried to order again they take my money tell me it's a problem with the driver and I will be pay in 3 to 7 days. Now I have no money and no food. I was told I can't have credit either. I'm not mad I'm sad for not walking to the market. I'm disappointed This should be against the law.”

“Your stinking app had my order delivered in Kentucky while I am in Florida... Your app doesn't have the ability to track the phone that places the orders?? Crooks refunded 28$ of 114$ order... bunch of damned thieves!!”

“Driver never showed up from the restaurant 3 miles away. Cust support claims the restaurant gave wrong address. However, I ordered through the resturant app and they confirmed all the correct info on the receipt given to the driver. I order once a week from the same place and NEVER had this ridiculous issue. Customer service refused to help and blamed the restaurant. The restaurant said door dash needs to credit. Their fees and delivery fees make my $13 fruit bowl over $30! I can't leave to pick up my food.”

“I wish they would stop taking money off all my cards when I don't even have a account with they ass an when u call them they act like they don't understand when u ask for a supervisor they just keep hanging up in ya face an wanna act like they helped u when they never did I want my money back y'all keep taking $10 a day from 3 different cards of mine”

“I waited 2 hrs when restaurant finally told me they were having problems with dashers even coming let alone delivering the food. They heard other complaints before mine. My pizza never came and dasher must have used an old Pix they had of my front step. I order from this place frequently. I never got what was in pix. I reordered 2 hrs later with UberEats and had my order in 25 min. I RECOMMEND AGAINST DOORDASH!!! I now have to fight the $45 some odd dollars they charged me on my cc. They did refund the dashers fee only $6-7. I’ve deleted the app. Go to diff restaurant or use Uber Eats. More available drivers and reliable!!!!”

“Have been using doordash for years. Recently 90% of my orders are wrong or never show up. I'd give them 0 stars at this point if it was an option. Do yourself a favor and try a different service. Doordash is HORRIBLE!”
