Very dissapointed of my order today. Dasher was not following instructions and rude. Before he picked up the food, i texted him where to go becoz sometimes the GPS Apps is wrong. But He delivered it to a wrong address and he insisted to me that it was my address and if he will deliver it where it supposed to be he wanted more money. And He said Doordash instructed him to leave the food in that wrong address. Dasher, ZERO star for you. Good thing CS listened to my complaint, but refund will takes 5-7 days, i have to wait.

I don’t even want to rate at 1 star! I will not be ordering from DoorDash again anytime soon if ever again. My orders are continuously messed up and I get they aren’t the ones that make the food but they have very poor customer service! You ask for a refund on an order that is completely messed up that you can’t eat ANYTHING you ordered and they want to give you only a few dollars back. I have had orders of $40 and gotten MAYBE $10 back. Tonight I ordered Sheetz and everything was messed up missing items etc I had to throw away my whole order. When I asked DoorDash for a refund they wanted to give me only $9. This is also after having to call because the app only wanted to give me $2. My issue is I spent $24 on my food order and they BARELY would give me the $9 back. The only EXCUSE they came up with was the system generates the amount to refund. I’m sorry the amount of people and the amount of money that is spent with them and on orders this is not an excuse! This is unacceptable to have such a lack in customer care!

More than twice now I’ve had my food not be delivered to me. Call the restaurant only to learn they handed the food off to the drivers and the driver has now stolen my food and going ahead and cancelling the meal. Which then leaves me without food, restaurant without money and DoorDash customer service doing nothing except offering points. It’s ridiculous that they keep allowing this to happen and doing nothing about it. Today it happened again and when the restaurant reached out to me this time they stated this has been happening to them all week for awhile now. It’s frustrating and unacceptable that they are allowing this to happening and doing nothing to stop/punish drivers, it’s literally robbery.

I had the most courteous delivery young lady. She went all the way back to Tony's BBQ to get my peach cobbler that they left off my order. She said they didn't have any more so they sent cheesecake instead. I tipped her extra. I'm mad at Tony's though. Doordash this particular delivery person whose name I did not get, saved you from getting marked off my list. Thanks.

Placed an order for Chinese food a $19 order for deep fried prawns did not arrive I was issued a $5 credit I'm still owed $14. An order of lemon chicken was dumped on the bottom of the bag I was given a $10 credit. I have been denied my additional $14 I'm very disappointed I will only use doordash one more time to get my credits and I will no longer use this service I've never had this problem with skipped the dishes

Customer support is trash. They have promos that they don't make good on. If you plan on trying to collect on what is promised after completing your end of the deal, make sure you have lots of screenshots as proof. They will deny that the promo exists, that you completed it, that the terms were what you say they were, anything to not help you. Also, they like to pass you off and hang up on you or end chats (sometimes before they've even started). They will tell you there's nothing they can do from their end, you just need to wait for x amount of hours. If it's already been that long (or longer) they tell you to wait x amount of hours longer. It's a complete waste of time trying to get anywhere with these people. Customer service isn't even in America. They all have names you can't pronounce and they can't speak or text proper English. The whole thing is infuriating! The " convenience" of their so called service is not worth the price or the hassle. I've had nothing but bad experiences.

Door dash sucks!! They have people who 1st off don’t speak English …. Which should be a #1 requirement!! How am I suppose to communicate with a person who is not only picking my food up but is also delivering my food and my need additional instructions???!! Also, these people they hire are pure idiots… if my address states an APARTMENT NUMBER!! Why on earth would you leave my phone at the Apartment rent office when they are freaking CLOSED!!!! Pure idiots!!! That’s why I listed an APARTMENT NUMBER!!

This is one ridiculous service. I had the office order Lunch today and of course we never got it and I also have to wait 5 to 7 days for my refund. Which the order was over $70 RUN FROM DOORDASH!!

There was a restaurant that had gone out of business as an option. I ordered from there and the driver called to let me know there isn't a restaurant there it has closed and cancelled my order. I need to wait 3-5 days for my money back and 3 people in the company refused to give me a credit so I could eat lunch that day! I cancelled my subscription and I will bad mouth to anyone who will listen.

Worst company. Drivers don’t answer the phone. Can’t read instructions and can’t follow instructions giving to them. Will never use DoorDash again and companies shouldn’t use them either.

Drivers opening bags and stealing food because receipt is on the outside of the bag so they know what u have. Eating out of fries and ordering groceries is the worst.DO NOT USE DOOR DASH And you can't even see the make and model of the car that's coming to deliver its not safe

Don't use doordash if you believe you will get a refund for missing items as they will deny it especially if it's the first time you use the app. Go with a different company instead like delivereasy theu will follow up properly and actually refund you for missing items.

Several items were frozen. It was a very warm day. I was told that the window for deliver was at 1:40-1:50pm. I returned home at 1:30 only to find that they had delivered everything at 1:00pm. I thought I was ordering through Aldi, but somehow Doordash managed to wiggle their way into the order. Aldi said it wasn't their problem. Doordash said that since I received everything, just early, they were going to give me a credit of $15 for $30 worth of stuff I had to throw away. They didn't even credit my card, just my Dumbdash account; a service that I will NEVER use again anyway. What a load of @#%@#$#@. i knew I should have checked reviews. Approximately 1.5 stars out of 5. I'll bet that most of the reivews would have given them a 0 if they could. Lousy deliver and lousy customer service. Such a joke.......

This is a merchant of Doordash. Recently we had received twice wrong 1099 tax form. The payee’s name and address weren’t my store name and location. I requested times and still got the wrong one. Wherever I requested something from then, they need our account number and routing number and employee ID. What’s wrong with their administration? Most of the time they don’t solve our requested problem.
