Ordered pizza, was not notified it was delivered. The pizza was sitting on my front porch long enough to get a few ants and a spider in it. Not to mention the whole pizza slide to one side and was a complete mess.

When a problem arose at a restaurant, I canceled an order which was arranged between the driver and Door Dash. Customer Service called, we spoke and discussed my actions. I asked that the driver still receive the tip. I was told she would be compensated and I would be refunded. Nothing more. 19 hours later part of the order was discovered in front of my door, left in 100° heat. Dash will not respond to my texts. They should at least respond. This complaint is on the company proper, not the driver or the store.

Nashville, TN DoorDash driver Brandy Jordan delivered a Wendy's order to the Grand Hyatt Nashville late Friday night 6/7/24 going into Saturday morning 6/8/24. She was extremely rude at the front desk, could not provide a room number, would not call the hotel guest to let them know they were here only wanted to drop the food off. She wouldn't answer my question when I asked her to call the customer. She wouldn't answer the question when I asked her to confirm the address because the food had no address on it. Terrible.

For the ppl in the reviews saying “why merchants don’t stop doing business with DoorDash” is simply bc DoorDash refuse to close the app in those businesses and not send the money to the business bank account and they still send orders from their end and say they’re going to temporarily close it but when u see it they enable the orders again to make money off of people then they don’t refund the WHOLE order like they’re supposed to. DoorDash is filled with scammers they THREATEN YOU saying the call is being recorded they’re also very UNPROFESSIONAL and give ATTITUDE when they’re being assholes, DO NOT order from DoorDash if you can order from Uber eats do it, hey’re better or even pick up the food to the store

If you cancel your Doordash pass they would still charge you. And they don't respond to you when you send emails. A bunch of idiots are sitting at the customer service.

horrible service. ordered from jersey mikes, cost around 30+ dollars. door dash driver called and said she had been in an accident, and even tho she had picked up our food she would not be able to deliver it. contacted jersey mikes, they said call door dash. called door dash, they said call jersey mikes! never resolved, lost our money. now today i find they charged our account 9.99 for a "trial" offer. never signed up for anything from door dash because i hate them

I’ve ordered DoorDash three nights in a row and paid three dollars extra for fast service. Not only did my Dasher arrive late at the fast food from the restaurant arrive cold and inedible, my order was always, every single time, missing condiments. However, I was charged not only the Dasher fee, but Insisted on giving a Dasher tip, Which I regretted later. DoorDash customer service cannot be less helpful. They were unsympathetic and I “chatted” with 6 different customer service agents. They didn’t seem to care, nor were they helpful. I would highly suggest using a different service especially for service after 11 PM. DoorDash is a poor excuse for what they claim to be. They are liars.

I have now had 10 orders misdelivered. Always to the same address. I can see it in the photo. That address is not my Address Not even close. Once I had to sit on the phone with customer service they had it redelivered twice. The drivers KEPT dropping it off. All three orders in the same photo. It's genuinely pitiful. Oh! My favorite. I was given ONE DOLLAR for a refund. I only retried because my family likes a restaurant Uber doesn't deliver. It's not worth it. Every time I think it won't happen again, it does. Just order Uber. Not worth it

I reported this and all I was given was 3.00 credit. I ordered 3 ice creams and a large fry. The video shows what the dasher did. Why would you hang a bag of food on the wreath hanger and barely knock on the door. Real dumb if you ask me.

Deliver to wrong address. Pay NO attention to delivery instructions. WORST. DELIVERY. SERVICE. EVER!!!! When are restaurants going to stop working with this piss-poor company?!?!?!?

DoorDash didn’t know anything about the dishes offered by its client Miso Sushi Restaurant in Kingston NY. They referred me to the restaurant who couldn’t guide me to a 10 piece sashimi offering which they claimed was there. Vicious circle!!

DoorDash admits both in writing and via a recorded phone call that they overcharged me $15.00 for watermelon yet refuses to refund the overcharge. They blamed the driver and told me to report it to my bank as a fraudulent transaction. WHAT? I have had it with them and have now switched to other delivery platforms. I own several hotels and I have issued a no trespass order against Door Dash. They will not be allowed on the premises either when an employee or a guest wants to order. It’s the principle of the thing.

I have used DoorDash twice & both times were horrible experiences. The 1st time the food was delivered to the wrong address, a picture was sent & the food was left in an alleyway on the ground. The 2nd time was 05/31/24 the dasher's name was Mel & he not only lied & said the food was delivered but he took a picture of where he left the food on the ground outside the entrance of another restaurant. Mind you, I gave clear instructions of how to deliver the food order to the address & also tried unsuccessfully to reach out to him to assist. I even gave my cell phone number to call with questions. Customer service issued a refund, but the point of using this service was to receive a food order NOT a refund. I WILL NEVER USE DOORDASH AGAIN!

Notbthe first DoorDash disappointment! I ordered Szechuan Beef from Dragon Valley in Napa, and they delivered Broccoli Beef. I can get a refund, but I can't recover my lost time, and now I must go out to eat. Recourse, DoorDash will get back to you in 3 days! How about a hotline where users can have some immediate remedy, you know, like Door Dash going back to the restaurant and fetching the proper order!!! Of course, Door Dash will refund the price of the incorrect order, but not the tip (ha!), the tax, or the delivery fee. Not yet ready for Prime Time!

I ordered a box of Krispy Creme donuts for my children using Doordash. A driver was selected and a confirmation was sent. My order was placed at 9 PM with an eta of 9:20-9:25 PM. The driver literally sat in a shopping plaza across the street and waited for the store to close. I called and sent the driver a text using the app nothing was received. I did some research to see what happens if the store closes with an open order and the websites stated the driver would receive a partial payment and I would receive a partial refund. Witnessing this take place was both aggravating and disturbing. I'll stick to uber eats moving forward.

I get the same sandwich made the same way from Jimmy John's. The menu does not offer the same options as the menu inhouse. My sandwich does NOT come with mayo but yet there was mayo on it and it did not seem to taste the same way it does when I order in person.

This company does not take responsibility for their incompetent delivery drivers. Obviously, the drivers are not trained or held accountable for not delivering customers food to the correct address. The system that this company has is to make money by any means necessary. There are no set regulations to make sure their customers receive what they have paid for, and Door dash will not refund. I placed an order with Little Caesar's May 21, 2024, and the driver picked up part of my order, I am still waiting for my refund on the pizza he left at the store. I spoke with the manager at Little Caesars, and he verified the pizza was still there. One of many incidents with door dash.
