“The young man named Steven was supposed to bring my food from Cafe rio. They got the address in wrong somehow. It made him mad he called me I told him where to come I waited another half hour I called him back he said I'm not bringing the s*** I'm just not going to do it. I texted him and asked him can I at least come get my food I want my effing food. He said I took it back to the store and hung up on me. Then he wouldn't answer the phone anymore”

“Unbelievablly bad customer service. I ordered 4 orders of Pho, a Vietnamese soup. Received toppings for all but no soup broth. Can’t eat soup without soup. Called the restaurant- “your 4 soups are here- the dasher left the bag. I need to see if Doordash will send another dasher to deliver it to you” Called Doordash. “We can credit you $20” and then hung. Up. On. Me. Called the restaurant “You have a $20 credit so they won’t send your soup”. Called Doordash “I can only give you the $20 credit”. The order cost $84.36. I’m canceling my subscription and I recommend you do too, if you don’t like giving money away to a company that treats customers like sh-t, and their drivers and restaurants too. These companies need regulation. Don’t give them your money until they do better.”

“Put in the restaurant I wanted close to my house. After ordering, my food was being made in a city 12 hours away from me. I canceled, and now they refuse to send me my money after telling me on the phone I would be getting a full refund. Not to mention i paid extra to get my money back immediately. Don't have that option if youre not going to do it. This company is just money hungry. Wasn't my fault your app messed up.”

“This company it’s not serious. I order a dinner, the driver send to wrong address and text him and the drive just ignore me, this attitude is so rude, after I stayed 2 hours with the support team to have my refund, they start to negociate with me about the amount, first is 5, after 5.59, after 20 and at the end the refund me The total around 22. They not respect the costumer. This is not acceptable for me!!!! Keep away from this company. I’m totally disappointment, frustrated and unbelievable about how they treat their costumer.”

“So I ordered through DoorDash a while back I ordered one cup of soup and gave a $3 tip I thought that was OK for just delivering a cup of soup, but I guess not because after the Dasher delivered, he wrote me a message saying if you can’t tip well then don’t order from the app. I reported the driver nothing was done and DoorDash never got back to me, I thought it was out of line and insulting and ungrateful And disrespectful, and on top of that they did not provide a spoon or a napkin that should’ve came with the small cup of soup”

“I hate that door dash hires people that can't read or talk English and wrong people delivering my food and they can't read when I put a full detail where to go and it not hard. Door Dash needs to do better.”

“doordash dipped their hands in my bank account in the amount of 96.00 without my consent everyone needs to pay attention they were wrong and they knew it but the money will not be back in my account for 5 to 7 days! they stole from me! i filed a police report for theft. so i get to tell my sons they eat air until i get paid? cancelled my account. Also when i did order from them 99% of the time it was cold or missing several items. I go old school and pick up my orders from now on.”

“They are stealing money from people like myself that ask for refunds on stolen orders. They claim to refund money. But that money never gets refunded. Then they claim it's your bank. It's a scam and they have no problem lying.”

“More than half of what I order is incomplete, completely wrong or never arrives. I don’t know if companies don’t care to fulfill orders correctly or if the drivers don’t care to deliver correctly. Overall Door Dash has become a disappointment more often than a helpful service. Sad.”

“I ordered a salad from Chuy’s, submitted the order then immediately decided that I wanted a soup as well. So I submitted that order and was immediately hit up for another tip, to which I agreed. About 50 minutes later I was notified that the order had been completed. However, there was no picture and definitely no delivery @ my door. I called customer service and they told me that the order had been delivered to a location with a “gray door “. Hmmm, i live in an apartment complex and all the doors are gray. They didn’t know the apartment number. Interestingly, i never received a photo. I live in Texas and its 95 degrees today. After about 20 minutes of looking around the complex, i gave up, realizing that the salad would be inedible. I need to get back in the habit of cooking at home again.”

“They always mess up every time and why can you not change an order from pick up to delivery your a delivery service and the prices I had a full refund once for 38.66 and had to order from another place because they didn't want change it for delivery so I ordered Wendy's and still had to pay an extra 13.00 dollars for my order and the worst part is I work door dash they definitely need to fix some things”

“I placed an order to arrive at my job got a text that the order was on its way and that the driver handed the order off. Well I didn’t receive my order at all never saw the drive and he took a pic of an empty employee parking lot. Reach out to the drive and the driver did not take incoming call or never responded to text. This was my first time and last time doing DoorDash. Very disappointed. It’s not DoorDash fault it totally the carrier that left bad taste in my mouth.”

“I wish I could give it a 0 I would if I could. They never bring what I order. Or they bring it to the wrong building. I contacted support. They have no way to contact the drivers! Then when I use the last bit on my money and it's lost I have to wait 3 to 7 days to get it back. They wouldnt just reorder it and deliver it. When called out asking what type of business can't contact their drivers, I'm told I'm being disrespectful. Uh no if you want me to be disrespectful I will gladly.”
