Waited over an hour for a fast food delivery only to be informed that our order was canceled. Now we are sitting here hungry and tired because we could have gone to bed over an hour ago. Horrible service.

Can you give less than 1 star. This is the second delivery order that Doordash has failed to deliver to me. They never try to find my apartment if they have trouble finding it. Doordash should hire drivers that can follow specific instructions. If I order again from anyone I will ask what company makes their deliveries. If they say doordash, I will cancel my order. Thanks but no thanks.

lol the driver literally delivered my order back to the restaurant I ordered it from and took a picture of it........when I said I never received it I got a timer from DoorDash saying my situation would be resolved in an hour still have not heard back but am not hopeful looking at other comments. It is annoying I could not get retract the driver's tip on top of everything, so he got 20% for driving around the block and dropping my order where he picked it up, I have deleted my app Caviar app.

I ordered items from Habit Burger and had to change my delivery time. All within 5 mins of my first order. DD changed it to 3 hours later and I wanted it earlier. DD refunded me the delivery fee but not the order that I would not eat because I wouldn’t be here. I spent 45 mins with their auto customer service and live person but made no difference. I cancelled my subscription. Worst customer service from a consistent and lucrative client.

Incorrect Delivery order from Little Ceasars. Will not correct so now I have my young grandchildren eating cereal tonight. Will never use door dash again and will let everyone I know not to use also.

First and last time using DoorDash. Driver delivered incomplete order and did not check for details of condiments. Was not able to reach driver after the delivery to try and reconcile. Ended up having to open a support case with DoorDash.

Ordered from Weiss half of my order was not delivered driver acknowledged it was missing driver called dash wanted to go back to the store fire items they told him no. I called was rudely spoken to and told sorry we will refund anything. Reporting DoorDash to consumer affairs

DoorDash decided they wanted to charge me $100 for a five dollar watermelon and refused to refund me. This company cannot be trusted. All they do is scam their customers. Save your money and go with Instacart or Ubereat.

Most times I am please with the service I receive from DoorDash the other times I am really disappointed in their service. I don't mind tipping because they are doing me a service I can't do or don't want to go out to get, but too often the drivers don't look at the receipt placed on the bag to make sure they have what was ordered. I know they can't go inside the bag but the drinks they walk away without and then when questioned they like well let doordash know. On very few occasions the driver will go back to get it, those drivers get an extra tip from me. Too often they in such a hurry to get to the next job they aren't taken a moment to make sure they a straw for a drink or whether a drink is supposed to be included. The misconception that if you have a bag and 1 drink the order is fulfilled, the problem is when there is more than one order in the bag and 2 drinks are supposed to be delivered but only 1 is delivered. If the service is based on tips the people who actually tip should decently should get a better service. My statement is based off of hearing the many stories of no tips offered, I don't agree with that at all even though the restaurants are tacking onto the price of the food for the service to offset what they have to pay doordash, uber etc.

I ordered del taco through doordash and my order was wrong. Not only did they give me the wrong order, they charged me through my bank account for an order I didn't ask for. I ended up with four shakes instead of two, I was missing two regular fries on top of a deluxe fry, and the first tostada I ate (I only ordered three and ended up with six) had a hair in it. I even sent doordash a picture of it and they still denied my refund. I am going to contact my bank tomorrow for unauthorized charges and I will never use doordash again, not only personally but work wise as well. Their dashers are worthless. At work, I tell them they have three bags and they take one. I'm sorry if this sounds ignorant, being mexican myself, but if you can't speak any English, why do you do this job? Like, 95% of people who order through doordash are white. Anyways, your company and dashers freaking suck and that's putting it nicely, oh the things I would love to say to you are, most likely, not prohibited on here since someone is ALWAYS offended by other peoples opinions. Your company sucks, you don't care about anyone, especially your customers. Here is a picture of the hair that was in my food that you denied my refund for

I just started working for this company. I picked up an order from Subway then had to drive 30 minutes away to deliver it, then had to drive 30 minutes back. So a hour of driving for 7.59. I don’t believe that I will be doing any more dashing. Complete waste of time, money and gas

Ordered food that was 20 minutes late because the driver picked up another order. Our food was cold. And my delivery time kept getting pushed back, with my food sitting in a random car getting cold. Ridiculous. And Doordash won't even give a partial credit for bad service. I just deleted the app. Never again.

Don't try and communicate with the driver about missing items of your order. Even though a number is provided to do so nothing will happen if ya try, no one will respond.
