“Over two hours after posting order no dash assigned and called support no help in resolving anything keep giving me excuses is a big joke lost my money for my order”

“The last 7 days ordering I get dashers that only speak Spanish...my food is 1 to 2 hours late! How can they drive? What a joke this has been...I mean really”

“They do not give a flying f**k about your order. If the restaurant gets your order wrong and you complain about it, they’ll refund maybe $4 on a $20 order. Absolutely insane. This just happened to me and it’s not the first time. I was a loyal customer for years and I even paid for the stupid dash pass membership. Finally had enough after this order. All set.”

“Worstttt, don’t ever order, deliver guy will eat ur food, agent will scam u to cancel the order, they will take ur money from account & doesn’t process refund, total scam, I never received food.”

“I was foolish to give door dump a second chance. This is the second time they've stolen my order. They need to start screening these "employees" and enacting serious consequences for theft. If they can't do their job, then some of these restaurants and stores need to sever their partnerships with this poor excuse of a company.”

“I placed an order on my phone which usually follows my location. The order ended up going to a restaurant near my work which is an hour away. I realized it right away and cancelled the order within 5 minutes. Door Dash still charged me 98.97 for the order. These people are rip off artists. DO NOT USE DOOR DASH”

“Not only do they charge 3% for operating costs, you have to pay a delivery fee plus tip for the driver. On top of that, they raise food prices. For example, Another broken egg charges $16 dollars for shrimp and grits, on doordash they charge $20. Never again.”

“Worst outcome imaginable !!!! I had loaded a gift card. ($100) I viewed it in my (haven't used since the pandemic ) account. Ordered food on Mothers Day so I didn't have to cook. Applied the gift card and needed to pay the 19$ balance. . . we ordered extra. I gave them my credit card for the balance. On Monday I checked my credit card and the full amount of the order was pending? So I thought many things but figured they would collect the $100 from door dash and reduce it to the $19. By Wednesday I contacted Door Dash. All they did was tell me tough luck and offered no answers. Oh and On top of that the online chat person told me to try and upload my gift card again as it was not appearing on their side. So I Did! Then was told on the phone if I had NOT done that they could have helped me. NOW, I'm stuck with paying my credit card money, I don't have because I'm a senior , AND have a 100$ credit they told me to now use after the fact to use their thieving service more. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“My shake shack order came freezing cold. I had to reheat it in the airfryer. I reached out to doordash the minute I got them, and they told me basically there was nothing they can do. I have been working Mon - Wed and just got a chance to review this decision today and they told me, if you had an issue you should have reached out the minute it happened and ended the chat? I DID REACH OUT THE MINUTE IT HAPPENED. I began another chat and was told the same thing and when I told them the logic in it they did not care! Honestly it’s giving scammers, my first and last time using doordash - STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE. I would advise y’all to use a website that rhymes with stoober jeats next time.”

“They are doing legal robbery. Somebody has to tell the police about what they doing. I placed an order and they substitute my order.i put this picture showing that target has the product in stock They charge me and then they cancel so I don’t have my money and the product and customer service insult me. “The doordashers just get this job to steal food. Unless I'm getting groceries they will just take your food and lie and say they delivered it. The customer service agents are all over the world and do not care about helping you or solving any issues. I asked them to remove my order pickups from dashers who have stolen my food and they are the ones picking up my next order. And if they don't steal it they'll take a bite. Disgusting behavior I will not be using them anymore and no one should, UberEats & GrubHub it is”

“Absolutely disappointed with Doordash. They don't seem to use people that truly care about customer service. Order delivered to another house even though I informed the driver. He simply did not care. He said it was delivered, that he did his job. Does that mean they can deliver anywhere and still say they did their job?! What's the point of having a service like that if the order, even after notification, was not redirected to the requesting address.”

“The drive canceled my order 10 minutes before my lunch and when I called for dash they say we don't know why he canceled but there's nothing we can do I paid 100 for the year for door dash pass and this is what I get for supporting this company that quick to take my money but want give it back when there employees make a mistake this is crazy so please use any other service to get your stuff brought to you”

“Left meds at completely wrong address - completed it, but then wrote address was in customer file but didn’t exist-that’s because he was on the wrong street. He took a picture of random house and marked it complete. I called his number 8 times and texted 5 times - no response and never answered ! Still no meds and can’t refill without claim and out delivery fee! First time I’ve ever used door and will NEVER use it again!”

“Door dash sucks. They substituted items that they were not supposed to substitute they refused to refund my money they charged me over $20 because I have the original receipt from Safeway they suck the app has been removed I will never use them again they ended the chat because supposedly I used abusive language which I did not do not use this service”

“Kept on delaying delivery Time, they kept looking for staff to deliver, and finally had to cancel my order. Not sure that I will ever get a refund. So I spent $50+ and received absolutely nothing. I will never waste my time and money with door dash ever again.”
