“Door dash is the worst delivery service! They seem you a liar if you don’t have a photo of the wrong delivery even if you have it back to the driver they refuse to refund payment and tell you to eat the charge they never check with the merchant to validate claims and they don’t have a fail safe method to make sure drivers pick up correct orders for deliveries. I literally requested a refund of an order I did not received and they told me no! Then when I personally reached out to the merchant they gladly refunded me and apologized for the mix up they even offered to redelivery the order on them. Door dash has no customer service and therefore makes businesses look back because they refuse to make issues right! They don’t verify anything and expect you to have everything for verification. What would a customer have if they were given wrong order and noticed before driver left and handed food back to driver. They need to vet drivers better as well they are rude and don’t pay attention to names on the delivery they just pick up any order then get mad at you for the distance they came with the wrong order! Just BAD SERVICE! And they charge at least 3-4 more for the food on their site which doesn’t include delivery charge and fees. It’s a scam if you ask me!”

“Took advantage of a 40% off deal and recieved my meal with a portion even a toddler would be starving after. Went to customer care and they told me it would be looked into by other workers at later time. Asked why we wouldn’t resolve in chat since we are clearly both active right there and then they ended the chat 💀”

“I ordered KFC got two identical orders which cost me.$90 and no refund. I ordered from taco bell and.part of my order was missing, no help, I ordered from McDo also a hit funge sundo again not hot dude just a cut od ice cream and neighbour the restaurants nor dope dash will help me. I pay for food I don't get, but have to pay for. Door dash is not working in Lindsay.”

“I ordered food from hungery hiwies pizza, and spent over $66 just on my dinner. Needless to say the delivery was acting joke he couldn't find my house, then ge drove away when I tried to walk to get my food. It was around 5:02pm today, oder fron hungery howies pussa, and the driver gas my order bad still get to ce a gob he doesn't belong working.”

“Ordered cookies from Crumble and I unfortunately got a DoorDash driver. Not only did the driver put in the wrong address , he kept saying how bad driving for DoorDash was and when he could not find the address due to his issue he said … I win, I take your order. It is okay that DoorDash steals the order when he makes the address mistake?! Horrible. If at all possible I will never use DoorDash again. Thank goodness crumble fixed the order and delivered the cookies correctly.”

“FYI everyone I watched a news site the other day and DoorDash Actively using illegals to deliver food when they asked to show photo they text the person who’s the real account it is and have them take a photo more of the getting the American citizen out of work and jobs and giving all these jobs to legals. Boycott DoorDash.”

“I was told that I would be getting a refund for items I never received. I never got that refund. I called 3 times today for an update and each person keeps saying they're going to send a request in for my refund. Each time I hang up, not even 1 minute later, I get an email saying my request has been denied. I will never be using DoorDash again, such a scam.”

“They need to go out of business. Had someone steal my food today. Called the restaurant and they said they didn't have it so *ding-ding-ding* stolen food! They hire and keep on such incompetent drivers. If these drivers were at a place of business, they wouldn't have a job anymore. Little to no consequences for bad drivers leads them to continue foul play. Stolen food, not reading directions and delivering to the wrong address, poorly handled food, leaving food on doorstep when I selected "hand it to me", not replying to my text messages or answering my phone calls. I pay these ridiculously raised prices with fees and taxes AND TIP the drivers just to have to worry about being disappointed again and again. I'm done. Doordash has caused me more anxiety than anything. The company is a joke.”

“I wish i could give a ZERO! I placed an order waited for over an hour, so i canceled it. When i canceled i was told i would get none of my money back because the driver and the company had to get their money. Well the app never said anyone picked up my order, so tell me how thats even fair. THIS COMPANY STEALS MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Honestly the whole app kinda sucks it’s great if your a lazy and fat good for nothing or your just like me trying to save a little no we’re ever you can and DoorDash keeps robbing you always something wrong with the order or you just never receive it all the deals like the 40 and 60 % off at the start and every other sale helps save some cash but when you don’t get what you paid for then they tell you the charge on your card will be changed and it never does and the support is horrible can’t even have a complaint than they get to hasty to end the call”

“Ordered chicken breast from DoorDash to pick up at the local grocery store, they didn’t have the ones I preferred so the Dasher sent me a picture of others to choose from which I did. A few minutes later I get something from DoorDash stating they are canceling my order. This of course is after I had initially given tip to the door dasher and then gave an extra tip to the door dasher because they were picking up something else but they gave me an option. I tried talking to DoorDash five separate times they did not want to hear from me and hung up on me. Oh and DoorDash charge me $19.95 twice for food I never got. DoorDash even called me back twice once I couldn’t hear anyone in the second time they identified themselves as the Dasher themselves. As I was apologizing to that Dasher for this happening the person yelled over me that they were not the Dasher and then I’m off on me. I am literally sitting here right now scratching my head working at a bank account where they have withdrawn the same amount twice. I am done and I will be getting a hold of the attorney generals office on Tuesday since Monday they are closed for the holiday. I will never be using DoorDash again and I can’t think of what all of this is about at all this was a horrific experience and I’ve had some pretty bad ones with this company where they never delivered the food I know I am stupid I tried one more time it looks like they slid down into the south pole far further than we were before. Not saying anything about the driver is at the spelling I’m literally talking about corporate.I now know why they are being sued by all of the lower 40. And hopefully their employees get the money they deserve and I hope this company goes out of business because if you can’t pay your employees you steal money you steal food you don’t deserve to be in the top of the corporation.”

“They charged me $275 for a medium pizza at papa John’s that never showed up, I had to order twice to get it actually delivered which took 2 hours, it also forced my rent being late and costed me another $150, then they said “take it up with your bank” we can’t do anything for you” not even a credit for future purchase or anything! Unbelievable.”
