“Ordered starbucks for my family and when I brought in my bag, the sticker to seal the bag was ripped open ,there was spills everywhere in the bag, drenched with starbucks, the cups were half full and looked like it was tampered with. I sent in pictures and I called customer service 5 times and they said they will refund my money 5-7 business days. Up till now I still haven't got my full refund for my starbucks. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE. Won't even give me my full refund back. Doordash is FRAUD withdrawing money without authorization of customers”

“over the years, the food has been cold, orders wrong, dashers superb. I recently ordered over $300 of food from stop and shop. Doordash wouldn't let me use my credit card on file and demanded I use either googlepay or paypal - neither of which I would ever use. My credit card on file had plenty of room for this charge.”

“I was charged to receive the entirely wrong order. l ordered a blueberry muffin with extra butter. I was charged for extra butter we got a cinnamon Muffins with no butter very old and stiff. My daughter wont eat it she doesnt like cinnamon. I ordered a pumpkin Iced Latte with 2 stevia. I got no sugar no pumpsof anything. Gets better I ordered a double chocolate frosted Classic Donuts we got choc glazed, I ordered a Sausa e Egg and Cheesee on everything bagel with white cheddar I got a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel... nothing was right yet they refused me a refund didnt even offer a reorder. Doordash is awful. I sent photos and everything they said basically deal with it it's not their problem! I cancelled my monthly membership why should I pay when every time I order its wntirel wrong or late or never arrived?! Then spend an hour when they make a mistake to get $8 back form a $30 order. The customer service representative Sharmaine was so rude she was talking over me asking for more photos and laughing while I'm clearly upset we don't have the right order. Ive been paying for over a year I used my business account to order Christmas gifts more than half the gifts were wrong. Never got a refund. This is ridiculous. I will not be using DoorDash ever again Ubereats never gets my order wrong and they are so pleasant when something does go wrong as it should be. We pay monthly some months I dont even use this app. It could 5-6 months don't use it and I'm paying a membership fee. So when a mistake does happen they should be offering to fix it an make it right resend the order or offer a refund. Not this. Absolutely would not recommend. My office meetings will no longer be using DoorDash for my business either im cancelling that one too.”

“I am recovering from pneumonia and my company sent me more than $600 worth of DoorDash gift cards. I will discourage my Realty from ever doing it again. Very unpleasant experience! The Dashers pick up the first items they see without ensuring the product is in good condition, and when customer service is called, they are no help at all. NEVER AGAIN! Check out the wrinkled tomatoes delivered. Pic wouldn’t load.”

“Doordash needs to be shut down. I order food from doordash and it was picked up and later canceled i was told my refund would be processed within 10-12 business days. It has been 4 months now and i still havent gotten my money back. That food was for an event and i had to go to a different restaurant and place a big order because doordash took my money and food.”

“The door dasher stole my order. The restaurant confirmed it was picked up. The dasher went into my bag and took two of my orders. I notified DoorDash and they took no responsibility for their employee and told me that I needed to address with the restaurant. Poor service and have thieves as drivers. Don’t use them.”

“Door dash did not want to reimburse me of my order that they’re rude!! dasher failed to deliver I have never experienced this type of service and I’m disgusted. I will never used your service anymore till you get your disrespectful drivers in order.”

“Food was supposed to be dropped off at my door, instead they sat across the street and I'm guessing they ate it bc it was never delivered. Around belton SC, this can NOT be trusted, they will eat the food you ordered”

“We have used Door Dash so much and we are seeing some really unethical business practice. They charge a express service for direct to you but they do not tell the drivers. As a matter of fact out of 3 drivers , they never hear of it. So why offer a service, don't take money and worst off we waited on hold to address the matter and they just hung up after we were on hold for a long time.”

“We ordered pizza and unfortunately door dash delivers for the pizza place we ordered from. Shonae our door dasher delivery person in Tampa never delivered our food. I had to call door dash to ask for a refund. Shonae should be fired for keeping my order and not delivering it.”
