Opened account in earlier this year, my verification process was confirmed same month. Made a deposit and also made withdrawals for some crypto. Recently, transferred my crypto somewhere else. A small amount still with clearsave Suddenly, received a request to provide them with a selfie. All letters for a reference to the legislation or procedure clarification have been ignored. Customer service non-existent!!! My friends never received similar requests but are trying to start withdrawing their funds soon, to no avail, APEX ASSET RETRIEVAL .COM finally help us out.

Overcharge you and when you have an issue, they do not help. All they offer is DoorDash. Credit, which sucks.

Is it just me, or has DoorDash really gone downhill post-pandemic and this year in particular? It used to be great IME. My issue now is with the company and customer service, not with the Dashers. I always tip my Dashers a minimum of 15-20 percent, knowing how tough their job can be and what a great job they've always done. But the company itself and its customer service have become disturbingly and intentionally dishonest. Earlier this month, I requested a partial refund from DoorDash because my order arrived with damaged cups—holes in the styrofoam that caused smoothies to spill everywhere. I initially tried to resolve it through the app and live chat, but my requests for help were automatically rejected and it took two days to get help. I’d also sent multiple photos of the damaged cups and the product all over the counter and floor (and in the bags) over those two days to support my claim. I called the following day, and DD quickly refunded me the full amount instead of the two-thirds refund I had requested. Or so I thought. I thought the issue was resolved, which was also confirmed in chat message DoorDash sent me detailing the amount of my refund and the date/time it had been issued. But evidently that means nothing to DD in practice. Fortunately I had thought to take screenshot of DD's confirmation. So when I noticed today the refund still hadn’t been processed, I reached out for help through live chat and by phone. The result? Multiple CS agents denied a refund had ever been issued to me and tried to gaslight me. Their business model now appears to be to wear customers down by lying, hanging up, etc. assuming customers will just drop it. Even after I shared my screenshots confirming the refund and showing the date and time it had been issued, DD CS reps and supervisors flat-out told me they didn’t care if DD customer service had issued me a refund because they weren’t going to honor it and there was nothing I could do about it. Literally that is what they told me. That was unacceptable to me. This went on for 90+ minutes. Finally the third supervisor I talked to agreed to process the refund. After an hour of this back-and-forth when I was yet again on hold, I filed a dispute online with my credit card company. I should have done that first, but I thought communicating with DD was the proper action to take before disputing it. HOW WRONG I WAS. After filing the online dispute (with no upload to provide all my documentation), my credit card company very quickly sent me an email stating that the dispute was complete and that they had resolved it in my favor and credited me the full amount. Credit card companies must be very familiar with DoorDash and its shady practices because they closed the dispute in my favor while DoorDash was still refusing to honor its refund to me. I'm now done with DoorDash for good.

They stole my money. I ordered three times this month and every order they charge me twice. I call to try to get my money back and they said, you only has 48 hours to make a claim, the same time the bank takes to post a withdrawal for the bank account. by the time you realized they charged twice, the time to do a claim has expired. THEY ARE TIEFS - THEY ARE STEALING THE CUSTUMERS MONEY!!! BE CAREFUL- Horrible customer service at the phone, they do not help at all.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Multiple live chats closed by customer service employees for a fee charged from a delivery that the driver never attempted. Used this service multiple times & will not use again. Also, will inform all friends and family members of the terrible virtual customer service

They won't refund even if you send pictures if you order to much and they always mess up you have to eat the cost. I'll hope they go out of business please use every other app but the trash DOOR DASH

0 stars. Get the wrong order, the driver who "no comprendes" goes back to the house he gave my food to then tries to redeliver it to me. Like I'm accepting $50 worth of food he took to the wrong house 20 minutes ago. Gtfoh. Hire people that can read an address correctly. Customer service is non-existant. F*** this company

I'm done with these clowns, 5 orders each progressively worse. These drivers refuse to follow instructions, that is unacceptable. Will never use doordash again in Lewisburg. The drivers are all nitwits.

I gave DoorDash time to respond to an email I sent a week ago. I ordered DD to be delivered to my work. Long anfld the short, I receive a call from Dasher Support asking if I had received my order. After 20 minutes , the support associate informed me the Dasher had delivered my order to a different address than requested in my orde, did I receive the order? How does that make sense? I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. Dasher support informs me there is no manager or supervisor in her department. I have a difficult time believing this. I ask for a number to call, she gives me a number, then says: no, use this number instead. 800-288-2020. This is ATT Cutsomer support. I Googled the DD customer service number. I get bounced back and forth between Dasher support and Customer support. I end up speaking to Omar. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, he wants to try and help me. Offers me a $10 credit. I politely tell him I don't want the credit, I want to speak to a manager or supervisor. His response: there is no need to speak to someone, I made you happy by giving you a credit. I respond: no, you are buying me off. Bottom line, there are several failures ansld it appears DD doesn't care. 1. I am being asked to verify delivery of my meal when the Dasher has admitted he delivered to a different address. That is not my problem. 2. I asked for a number to contact and was given a false number. That is not how you treat customers. 3. I was told by multiple levels there are no managers or supervisors. A customer should not be denied a request to escalate a situation. Especially when the support associates are not capable of fixing the issue. And I needed to report the associate who provided a false number. I know I am just one customer, so threats of not using their services don't really hold any weight. Just know customer service and satisfaction are obviously not important to this organization. Hopefully Tony Xu would think otherwise.

Refused to refund money for an order I canceled. I waited over an hour and half. They claim just as I canceled they were preparing my food? Mind you it was 2 burgers and some chicken nuggets? The Wendy's was 15min from my house and I had 2 little ones with no vehicle. Horrible experience and to deal with 2 hunger kids made it worse.

For second time in yr doordash has charged me 96 dollars for a membership I don't want and when I told them I don't want it they take DAYS to return money. I will no longer use service to pay for uppriced food and sneaky membership practices.

I CONTACTED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I RECEIVED MY FOOD AND WHEN I GOT IT ALL THE SAUCE FOR MY STREET TACOS HAD WASTED ON MY FOOD AND ALL OVER THE BAG MY FOOD WAS WET AND RUINED MY SALSA WAS SITTING IN THE HOT SAUCE FOR MY TACOS AND MY CHIPS BAG AT THE BOTTOM WAS JUST NASTY. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD GET A FULL REFUND WHICH MY FOOD COST 28.95 BUT THAN WHEN I CONTACTED THEM AFTER 5 MDAYS OF NOT RECEIVING MY MONEY I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN TO FIND OUT THEY WAS GOING TO GIVE ME $5.00. NO, THATS NOT RIGHT BECAUSE I SENT PICTURES TO PROVE MY FOOD WAS RUINED AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS SO I'M DONE WITH YOU ALL AND I WILL GO TO GRUBHUB FROM NOW ON YOU ALL ARE SORRY AND RIP OFFS. I WILL DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND TELL ALL MY NURSING FRINDS IN THE ER AND ICU THAT USE THIS APP TO GET RID OF YOUR APP AND DELETE THEIR ACCOUNT. WE SPEND ALOT OF MONEY AS NURSES BUT WE WILL USE ANOTHER APP FROM NOW ON.

DOORDASH IS HORRIBLE, ILL STAY WITH INSTACART. JUST ORDERED GROCERIES AND NEEDED LETTUCE, THE DUMMY THAT SHOPPED FOR ME GOT ME CABBAGE. YES THEY GAVE ME A REFUND BUT IM STILL WITHOUT LETTUCE FOR MY DINNER AND THEY WOULDN'T RESEND IT. DEFINITELY DELETING THE APP AND NEVER USING THEM AGAIN

After waiting one hour for my food tried to call doordash nobody can speak English so why are you here in this country if I went to your country I would have to learn your language right so what's wrong with this will never use door dash again I don't think you should either this is not the first time this happened i believe if you can't speak English go home and learn there how do you run a business like that so if you want take out just get in your car and go get it yourself

If I could leave zero stars that is what I would leave. I have been using DoorDash for several years to a fault spending thousands of dollars with them. In several occasions my order has been left at the wrong place or missing items. When I advise DoorDash via chat they leave the same message as if they are programmed to be robots. How do you offer a many years loyal customer a $5 credit as a way to say they value my service! $5 is a slap in the face, what can I order for $5z. Anyway, taking my business somewhere else or picking up my own stuff. Not worth the hassle!!!!

Doordash needs to do a better job in the dasher hiring process. The fact that you have people driving that can not read a GPS map is insane. Each time I have accepted a delivery the dasher always says "I'm following gps" ignoring the actual street signs. I literally had a young man ask how does he determine which house to leave the delivery at on the street when the house numbers on our houses are big as day. He then says I didn't know that's what the numbers was for. This generation is so sad. Hire more competent people.
