My partner and I ordered Taco Bell 2 times on different occasions and the first time, the dashers dropped of soggy cold poutine from the other side of town and took our food, and todays occasion we got the drinks but not the actual food lmao both times the dashers stole our food and had multiple people in the vehicle . Claimed they couldn’t speak any English despite people talking in English in the background. This app and its workers are idiots and I highly suggest taking your money and business literally anywhere else

If I could give them zero stars I would. I used a coupon for a free item. Someone picked up my order by mistake so door dash cancels the order gives me credit for what was spent but wouldn’t give me my coupon back. Of course I used my credit. But being that the order was canceled on their side so no fault of my own I will never use their services again. Gotta treat your customers fairly or you will continue to lose business!

It is not surprising they have just one star because it’s not possible to give ZERO star. I was trying to order pizza from Zaza Pizza and the app said $2.99 delivery but they keep adding and another fee plus “estimated tax” plus $7 tip, total was $39.50, I know everyone have to make money but be upfront with what you charge, I place the order by phone, wen myself to pick up and total was $19.60. The app charge 100% of the value of what you order, that’s crazy and inadmissible!

Horrible customer service. They won’t let you actually talk to someone they take your information, tell you to wait for an hour for their support to review and issue a credit for next time. In my case they over charged me by 15 dollars and they gave me a credit of 4.99. Clearly I will never use them again and I had to dispute on my credit card to get my money back.

Here’s the refined version with "DoorDash" corrected: "This order doesn’t even deserve one star, but that’s the lowest rating I could give. It was my first time using DoorDash, and the experience was terrible. The dasher delivered someone else's order, and when we notified her, she promised to correct it but never did. She marked the order as delivered, leaving us without our food. DoorDash customer service was equally disappointing. They abruptly ended the chat without offering any solution. It seems like no one at the company is doing their job properly. An extremely frustrating and disappointing experience—I will never use DoorDash again."

We ordered groceries yesterday for $64 and DD took $205 extra from my bank account without any authorization, we called spent 2 hours on call, manager said refund will take in 3/5 business days and gave us$30 credit. That put my bank account overdraft charge. Today we ordered to use credit and groceries were for $58 and DD again took unauthorized payment from my bank account for $166 and the credit manager gave me$30 they took that back too, which put another overdraft on my account so in 2 days they took extra money without my authorization and now holding all that amount and I have nothing left in my checking account to buy groceries until they refund my money back. When I called back after 55 minutes wait manager refused to talk to me. Now I have to wait 5 business days to get my money back. Is this even legal? This is fraud because I never authorized these extra amount. A manager I talked to was extremely rude. Now I have to make legal complaint about them. I have all the screenshots what I ordered and how much they extra charged without my permission. Even they’re so cheap and unprofessional they took the credit back $30 which one of the managers gave us yesterday as an apology. Don’t trust DoorDash (DD) it’s scam and fraud. Customer service and management extremely rude, unprofessional.

Door dash, scheduling to drive is annoying. And the 1/2hr schedule times are pointless because you’re going to sit at least 10–12mins waiting on an order to pop up then another 10mins to deliver. All you made was the gas $ that you spent coming out to dash! Please open the time windows more!

I'd actually give 0 stars if it was available. For the second time my delivery was cancelled . First time a few months ago I spoke with Door Dash customer services several times before they reimbursed me for my order. In August 2024 again my order was cancelled by the driver. I called the restaurant and they said the order was given to the door dash driver. I called door dash and they said they were having problems with drivers taking the food themselves and canceling and they would reimburse me with 7-10 days . It did not happen. I called again and they hung up on me when They said they would not be able to reimburse me and I was not accepting that . I called again a few days later and they would reimburse me with 7-10 business days . No reimbursement was made so I am out $32 . I am retired on a fixed income so that is a lot of money to throw at door dash and not get my order. I will no longer have any restaurant deliver my food if they use door dash. Door dash's incompetency affects restaurants that are not at fault. Horrible company !

For me, it's less the drivers and more the representatives when there is a problem. Most incompetent, too many hands screwing in a light bulb kind of communication. Though I will say far as the drivers go...If you are going to deliver alcohol; be able to effectively communicate in a language we both understand or DON'T DELIVER ALCOHOL! As a result, I will be blowing up the competitors of Doordash with my food orders. Congratulations Doordash 🎊 👏

As a Dasher DoorDash for 2 orders together a Dasher should get paid at least $13to $15 together stop trying to get us Dashers to deliver 2 orders for $5or $7 bucks you guys know how much has is in today's world plus some of you customer needs to tip more than a $1 no one should have to drive to pick up 2 orders going to different locations for $6 to $7 bucks that's highway robbery get it together DoorDash

DoorDash is incompetency on the corporate level is ridiculous. The poor driver had no idea of my address at all. DoorDash refused to give her my address until she hadn’t made up a delivery before my house and then wouldn’t even give it to her. She drove around for 45 minutes and by the time my food got there to my house it was cold and the guacamole had turned brown. I will never use DoorDash ever again.

It's just sad how much the Dashers get paid being that the customers don't tip. I think there should be a mandatory gratuity/tip of at least 3 dollars per order. People don't wanna leave their homes sometimes and are willing to pay that extra $3. Then you have those that can afford to tip and understand that if they were Dashers they would want tips too. Not only that, the maps are set up to take you on the long scenic route, for the purpose of making you waste gas so the gas stations can profit off you. As a Dasher, you should get to know your area well so you can find your own way there in less time, to save gas.

Friday night, a family dinner plan, let’s order some dinner. Send it to the different address ( even I chose the right one) Call customer service, agents with different American values, laughing on me, taking my money, my time, no family dinner, no care. What a mess, what a shame. No recomendable at all.

If I could give a zero u would. I think it’s real crappy that you place an order then the place closes after you already placed the order and door dash doesn’t give you your money back. This has happened more than once. I feel robbed and I will be making a report through the better Business Bureau as well

Unbelievable that this company’s still in business… They’ve screwed up my order more times than I can count, yet I still try to give them a chance. Well, they got me again today and I’m officially done with these a holes . DoorDash calls me to tell me someone mistakenly took my order and I’ll be refunded. But here’s the problem… The refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days, so now I have to spend another 30 dollars if I wanta eat. You all suck for real and I’m permanently deleting this bs app from my phone!

I used the fed ex pickup and it says the dasher is supposed to pick up your package and send you a reciept from the drop off location. He never did and now doordash is saying that they can't help and to call fed ex. I have no info on the package and they refuse to help at all. Lost my package because doordash won't do anything about it.

Dashers are constantly not reading the orders and leaving stuff off the order. The app says you can speak with driver up to 30 mins after it's dropped off but no way to actually message them. Do background checks and stop giving the jobs to whomever.
