“Horrible service! I use to use them a lot but recently they have gone down hill fast! I received a call that came up door dash I was confused because I didn’t order anything from them. All the man would say is “it’s door dash I at door” I told him I was sorry I didn’t order anything from them. He didn’t understand and just kept repeating himself over and over. I finally had enough and hung up. He repeatedly called over 20 times. I finally blocked the 2 numbers he used.I.still have no idea what he was calling about.”

“I'm warning everyone don't work for door dash it's a rip off.With the gas prices you really just work putting gas in your car they barely pay you.On top you putting a lot of mileage on your car need tire's every year and always something going to be wrong with your car.They don't care your car breaking down.You better be of getting a real job they getting rich of you.Stay away really its not worth!!!!”

“Four different times this past year, the Door Dash delivery guy cancelled the orders and disappeared with the food. Luckily, I ordered through the restaurants' web sites and the manager's stood good for the order payment. In this case, the Door Dash delivery people are thieves, and should be the defendants of a CLASS-ACTION suit. It seems like the Door Dash administration couldn't care less! Hello! Are there any attorneys who would take this on???? MAC”

“Oh see I'm a driver and I've had the worst experience ever hear my bills count on this money. Thought it was a security of a job and really what it is is to their convenience. They can drop you at any time. See they wanted identity checks so they make you take a picture of yourself. We did just that turned around. I sent them in my photo ID along with it. I was in the middle of a delivery that I didn't get paid for. Was told it was not me and was terminated. I resettled my ID and a picture of me and they won't even accept the appeal. This is ridiculous. If you're looking for security and a job do not look doordash's way. I don't know what company they're using for their identity check but they need to get a reality check. I know who I am and I know my ID is good and I know that's me on the front of my ID and they can look it up through the state at any time but instead they put me out of a job. Now I'm going to be on the streets in one week. Thank you doordash. You are definitely not an employer I'm looking to ever be employed with again. How dare you put me and my children out on the straight and not even consider taking the time out to review my photos and my ID and don't even have enough respect to talk to me. You suck as employers. Thank you”

“Very baaad service. I waited for 3 days for my refund and talked to 4 customer service agents and all they can say was wait either wait for 1 hour or wait for another 24 hours because it is "under review". Why should it take this long to resolve $22 order when they delivered a wrong order. They ruined my dinner, and still they have the gall not to issue a refund. The merchant had said they had issued a refund and yet they are still figuring out how to pay me back my $22. Worse, they hung up on you when you want your money back. The WORST FOOD DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE WORLD. If I could give them a negative score, I would.”

“Since my car is getting fix. I've been trying to use Doordash. But atp point I will never use them again. These have been some of the worst experiences of my life in it seems like nobody is accountable for they mistakes not doordash not it's driver nobody. Everytime it's a mistake on their end they want of give you doordash credit immediately but gotta wait 10 days to refund my money but try to charge me $9.99 every day even if you don't use they service. Worst company ever. Pay for one thing in get another even though they told me no need for substitute because my item is in stock also they item they brought was $26 cheaper then what I paid for.”

“If I can give 0 stars I will. They have been hiring all the migrants and none of them know English!! When you call or text them they do not answer. They are always soo lost. They have no clue. DoorDash needs to require drivers to at least know English!!!”

“I was charged $86 twice and then told… I was charged $86 twice and then told my order was canceled. Now I'm being told up to 5 days to get my money back. No food and I'm out $172 If you take someone's money and there families dinner and say we understand have a nice day where would thar normally get you? I can only say I'm glad this is not a face to face transaction. Date of experience: October 16, 2024”

“I don't understand how someone can order food get it without issue when I also order something around the same time, the dasher either takes my food or doesn't know how to read a map. This is the THIRD time DoorDash has cancelled and/or stolen my Food Order. Address given, even added descriptive instructions on how to get to the building in case they were confused.... get calls saying your address is in the middle of the road. Are you F-Ing Kidding Me? Do Dashers not know how to use a map? It is becoming extremely difficult to want to have food delivered with such incompetent drivers who expect high tips for minimum work.”

“Yesterday I placed an order for $40 when I was at my job the Dasher pulled by my work and clicked complete order but they never brought the food they kept it. DoorDash would not refund my order now. I am out $40 do not ever order from them they are a joke. They do not hold their drivers responsible. I also DoorDash on the side they do not monitor their drivers at all or anything they do. Order them at your own risk, but if you do not get your food, you will not get your money back. I DIDNT”
