I would give DoorDash a severe negative rating if I could. The DoorDash driver picked up our food but stole it instead of delivering it. Since I ordered through the restaurant's website in order to get a 20% discount, DoorDash said they wouldn't do anything and to contact the restaurant. This isn't the first time this has happened. DoorDash is the worst company, service and customer service I've ever experienced. They are absolutely terrible - use any other service instead of them.

The person who is in my area grabbed the wrong large order from my favorite restaurant. The guy left a whole bag of our food that was supposed to be our order and the restaurant was not able to cover the difference in the order. The guy didn’t even alert us that he brought the food to our house and left it out and it got cold. When we messaged him about this, he blocked out number Door dash needs to talk with Donnell in a white truck about customer service.

Funny how some of these reviews are stating how bad door dash is, while also suggesting Ubereats, when Ubereats is worse, both are absolute slop! There's no professionalism in either of them, they have the worse of the worse drivers, workers who clearly have no customer service experience, it's no wonder why most people would steer clear from them. Both companies don't deserve any kind of business and it will be a day of celebration when both these poor excuse for service companies fall to ash. Door dash, the only way to get out of the order is to not wait when the food or product comes, if you want to get out, cancel immediately while the process of prep is happening. I order from a restaurant thinking they did actual deliveries, turns out they 3rd party with door dash, which they did not mention anywhere on their site. Honestly I am placing blame on them as well, anyone outside the company bringing you your food is a possibility for them to do something not trustworthy to your order. The fact that this company claims to do deliveries, but doesn't specify with who, is absolutely shady to me.

DISGUSTING DOORDASH EXPERIENCEThis company is down right disgusting. I did nothing but order 2 sandwich from starbucks and I received 2 sandwich completely different from what was on the menu. The bread completely different and covered in poppy seeds and Sesame Seeds, which can't eat. They give me less than $14 refund on order $29.. This company is disgusting, to punish me for order a item that completely different. How can I be out of pocket money for a mistake I didn't create. Once refund is processed, will terminate this disgusting unethical company practices. They make make sick to my stomach and to everyone out there becareful, you maybe the next to be ripped off

I ordered a few things from Kwik trip. And after that, I got the notification that they didn’t find any available drivers. It would be a little late. So I contacted customer support. I told the agent if the food was cold, I would like a full refund. He misunderstood what I said. He cancelled it without my permission and knowledge. So I contacted customer support again. The second agent refused to help me. He claimed that I cancelled the order. I didn’t! The first agent lied. I made a request that the first agent to be fired. But the second agent refused.

I placed an order with Duffys for chicken Alfredo. What was delivered was not chicken Alfredo. The sauce was not Alfredo sauce and the chicken didnt even look like it was cook all the way. I reached out to customer service at doordash and, long story short, they offer me a five dollar credit on a 20.00 entree. The funny part is..when I tried to get help through the app.They offered me 5.49 which was unacceptable. I wasted 20 + mins of my time to be insulted with a 5.00 credit on my doordash account. I am done making doordash rich. Not only did I waste my time, I wasted 26.00 on an entree that wasn't what I ordered. If I could give a zero star, I would.

this past saturday i had a barbeque and ordered popei's chicken through doordash as i have in the past with tip the bill came to 115.84 it was for 28 pieces of chicken what was delivered was about a dozen wings totaling less then 17.00 the dasher was gone by the time i picked up the bag outside i called him he took no blame why would i give a 13.50 tip on 17.00 worth of food? i called doordash and was told i had to reorder and that i would receive a refund within the hour the second dasher did his job correctly i get an email from doordash saying they looked into it and my request was declined i called agin same thing so they thought nothing of me losing $100 i notified paypal yesterday and was told they would refund me so i am waiting on that this is disgraceful customer service

They send drivers 3-6 miles in the opposite direction with someones food in their car because they are completing other orders (this has been more of an issue now since they started hourly pay). Perhaps doordash should figure out local maps in the area they choose to serve and stop sending dashers out of the way to complete an order when they have multiple orders in their car.

They were over an hour late. My town is literally 9 miles long, 2 miles wide. I asked them to cancel and refund, refused. Agreed to cancel my order, but not give me a refund. DoorDash is absolutely the worst company to try have a conversation with and at resolving their own problem. They want me to take it up with the store, but the store didn't make my order late, Doordash did. It was literally 1 hour and 45 minutes from start to finish. Pathetic.

I waited over two hours to receive cold food. I will never again in life order from DoorDash. on top of that, the customer service sucks. She completely closed the chat out while I was still talking never again. I don’t have these issues when I order through Uber eats!

They deserve 0 stars. Ordered from KFC/Taco Bell. Same location but I had to put it in as 2 separate orders. Received the KFC order but not the Taco Bell order. DD refuses to refund my $$. The reason is because it is their "policy". So they get their money, the driver gets the tip and I get nothing? Never again! Total scam!

Ordering wings directly through Detroit Wing Company, 20 classic wings are $30.99. The exact same wings ordered from DoorDash is $40.29! There may be no delivery charge, but they're charging us an extra $10 for EACH wing order!!

I ordered 3 burgers and other stuff from a restaurant near by so the delivery fee was small because of the amount of the order. 1 of the burgers was missing so they refunded me the burger but want me to pay for the inflated delivery fee and the tip. That is highly unethical.

DoorDash is HORRIBLE AND VERY EXPENSIVE compared to Uber Eats. DoorDash has dropped my order off at the wrong address several times. When you call them, they speak no English! Why hire someone that doesn’t understand English. Save your money and go to Uber Eats

I ordered food and they messaged that the food was picked up. 45 min later dasher still never moved from restaurant i was on chat with support I said they're not moving they tried calling dasher since he spoke Spanish he hung up then asked if I wanted to cancel i asked if I would be refunded they said yes after 4 days I was still charged for food so I contacted again and they said since dasher already picked up I couldn't be refunded. Worst customer sevice.

I’m here to put door dash on blast!!!! Just make long story short door dash got some trifling dashers period!!!!! I have made orders never show up this have been done to me couple time they taking my food and ran off with it!!!!! I will never order from them again who ever reading this please do not order from door dash!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
