“On 9/12 @ 9:09 I placed an order through DoorDash for liquor from AL G’s Liquor. The notification from DD said delivery between 9:30-9:45. At 9:28 I received a text message from the driver saying she’s here. I never received any other alert notifications from the DD app. Nor did anyone ring my doorbell! Since this order was liquor I had to show ID so the driver should have came to the door and ring the doorbell. At 9:34 I saw the text message and I immediately went outside and no one was there. I responded to the text and asked if they would come back and was basically told no. I called the store and asked if the driver returned the liquor and was told no. I contacted DoorDash and was told that they would not redeliver the liquor…..so I asked for a refund. About 30 minutes later I received a message from DoorDash that they were charging me a $25 non- deliverable fee. Please see attached the videos showing the driver actually came at 9:27 but never left her car and then left at 9:33. The videos show she never left her car!”

“Whoever was my door dash driver I hope you enjoyed the food that you stole from the mouth of my children but thank you for teaching us a valuable lesson not to trust in DoorDash and the incompetence of DoorDash workers that like to lie so much god don’t like ugly but it’s ok u may have stolen from us but god will prevail”

“This is the worst delivering company by far. I've ever dealt with numerous times there are a bunch of thieves. They make it hard to do business. They don't deliver on time.Garbage total garbage?If I was you, I would order from grubhub and uber eats....”

“Door dash sucks it took a 1hrs in a half for them to deliver my food i asked for them to ask them to put fresh fries in my bag i work at McDonald’s they said the woman just grabbed the bag and left my food was cold and not eatable”

“I ordered a Subway order, the driver delivered it, took a picture of it, and then turned around and took it with him. I saw them do it, contacted Doordash, and they refused to do anything about it. They said that the order was delivered, and I would not be getting my money back. For them to be that way with their customers is pretty messed up, especially with all the other issues That I’ve had with them, but yet I’ve continued to use them, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Really getting tired of this. For some reason, I guess the drivers think that people aren’t watching or there aren’t cameras.”

“Door dash never arrived. Then the driver went back and said I canceled. I gave him simple directions and called but he didn't answer. I called door dash and they said since I ordered through the store kios would need to refund me. Took several calls to find out doordash would be refunding me and the pizza place. Glad the store isn't out because they were nice and the food looks good. I'm going without dinner. Minus 10 stars. Will make sure i never use doordash again. Supposed to get 56.74 refund by end of day.”

“This sis the 2nd straight day that I have not received my 2nd veggie plate order. The bag was tied but not sealed! I believe that the drivers are stealing my orders. This has also happened several times before as well. I asked that the order be placed in my hands instead of dropped off, but the driver dropped it off and sped away. This is getting ridiculous and I am very disappointed with your service! Corporate needs to know this!!! This is bad business. I’m tasked with feeding my 98 yr old mom and 90 yr old uncle. But someone is constantly stealing my orders!!”

“Ridiculous. Doordash does not care for their drivers pay. So many orders without tips! It does not worth to spend your gas and put miles on hour car and get your car parts used for nothing !”

“Usually do not post but felt I needed to. Dash idiot was given an exact address and simple instructions for a food delivery placed well in advance. Got an alert the order was handed to me personally. NOPE.....some other jerk accepted my order and left 7 coworkers hangry. Door Dash did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and when contacted....the call got disconnected and no refund....even tipped "willy"....stay far away from these thieves!”

“I arrived in Vegas at midnight, I barely entered in hotel there was no food, I’m completely exhausted and can’t even move because of the hunger, ordered doordash waited hour and 20 minutes, it didn’t arrived and they aren’t even returning money, currier took my order and didn’t even come here. “Was delievered an incorrect item. Was then issued a credit for the item. When trying to reorder the same exact item as a replacement, I realized the credit would not cover the replacement. They actually charged me an additional $7 for the replacement after the credit was applied. Customer Service Rep and Supervisor refused multiple times to refund this amount stating all they could offer was an apology. I let them know they would be losing a regular customer and I would be cancelling my DashPass if they could not resolve the issue. I was offered a $5 credit. I again stated they would lose a customer of a difference of $2. They again read me the same script again about a $5 credit and an apology was the best they could do. I asked to speak to a higher level Supervisor or Manager, but was read the same script and hung up on.”

“I received the wrong order and sent doordash proof of pictures and receipt! My refund was denied and my reorder was denied!! I just wasted more money with DoorDash!! This is my second time going through this!!! I will no longer give doordash anymore business!”
