I placed an order on DoorDash for dinner this evening and got someone else's order. I called DoorDash; while I was on the telephone with the representative, he told me he would credit my account so that I could order dinner when we finished the call. He also mentioned that I would have to order it from somewhere else because Red Lobster was closing. That was at 7:15 PM. I spoke to a different representative who told me I would have a refund within the hour. I received an email asking for a picture of the food I received, and I responded with the picture. Meanwhile, the food got cold, and it wasn't food I would ever order, but I tried to eat it and couldn't. Eventually, I received an email stating that I was denied a refund. When I responded to the email, I got an immediate reply that the case was closed. I called DoorDash again, explained what happened, asked for a refund, and was put on hold. Then they hung up. I still haven't had dinner or a refund. It's 11:45 PM.

This is the second time a driver has stolen my food! This time he had the nerve to drive to my house like he dropped it off and left ignored my messages and my calls!

I would give them less than 1 star if that was an option. They went to the wrong address and their options they gave me were to leave the delivery at the wrong address. Or cancel with no refund!! So they basically just stole $80.

They charged my card early and when I asked for an explanation (ie, tied to more than one account, simple error, they authorize early....anything) the customer service agent said "I already cancelled your account and I'm ending this chat." Ok, buddy. Now I'm closing out all door dash accounts for our company for AR and will be signing each office up for Grubhub and Uber Eats. I'm not going to mess with a company that takes money out whenever they please and can't even offer up an apology.

wow when I say wow I mean it it was great the food I ordered came quick and still very warm and very tasty when I ate it way better then Uber eats

This app is a Joke! We ordered our food for pick up and everything was going well, the app always updated my location so I didn't think anything of it.. when showing up to get my food i was informed that i was at the wrong store, the location was almost an hour away. When talking to customer service it started out okay then got nasty really fast when I ask for a refund to my doordash account. There was no way I was driving an hour away to pick up food. I was told it was my fault I didn't check the location before submitted my order and that it was not doordash's problem. When asking why it was sent an hour away to a store I've never been to or was even remotely close to? Customer service replied with the address it was ordered from on the app. My base location for my job. I'm a Hospice Nurse and granted that day I order and picked up my food from a location near my work the app did not update to my home location. It's an honest mistake, but even then I'm only 30 minutes away from my job base. And there is the same restaurant about 5 minutes down the road from there. Why was it still sent another 30 minutes to another store? I didn't have some choice words when customer service said they would refund me 10$ on a 54.86$ order. So I was like no that not going to work, Customer service continued to state that the money was non refundable due to it being my fault for not checking the location before hand. I was at the end of a short fuse when I was like okay fine I will drive to pick up the food.. explained that it was BS I was going to spend 45 minutes in rush hours traffic to do this but whatever. I get to the restaurant and let them know I was there to pick up my order, just to have them tell me it was canceled by doordash.. long story short this company is stealing.. I'm disputing the transaction and will never use then again. But thanks for the 10$ credit.

Do not deal with these people. I was hit by a DoorDash Driver. He ran a red light and hit me. It took them (Liberty Mutual) almost a week to contact me. DoorDash uses Liberty Mutual for there insurance. They only offered me $1000.00 to start with. My car was totaled. These people don't care about you and who they hurt. Good luck people. Beware!!!!!

Will not order from DoorDash again. The last 2 deliveries I had were left on the ground in front of my door. The only reason I knew they were there was that the delivery was complete on my cellphone. When I contacted Door Dash they didn't care. I am a good tipper because I appreciate the effort people use to deliver. When I get the message that the order has been picked up and out for delivery I go to my living room so I do not miss the knock at my door. But No Knocks. So thank goodness for Postmates and Grubhub. I will be getting rid of the Door Dash app.

Theyโ€™re fine. It would be nice if they held their emergence to a higher standard. Chick-fil-A, no napkins, no sauces, no color. Zaxbyโ€™s, no napkins, no sauces, no cutlery. Incorrect drink orders. Missed add-ons. And so on. There has to be a quality control for this.

Be warned that if you order groceries through your favorite stores website or app and door dash picks it up for delivery to your home, THE DRIVERS WILL STEAL SOME OF YOUR SHOPPING. I have had this experience several times and it is very annoying to spend my hard earned money only to have MY shopping get stolen. I understand that everything is expensive, but BUY YOUR OWN DAMN GROCERIES DONT STEAL FROM OTHERS.

Worst company refund policy, I ordered the wrong sandwich I paid$22 dollars so I requested a refund immediately so I can purchase the right sandwich and that didnโ€™t take 30 seconds since I placed the order, the agents told me Iโ€™d get a full refund and wait 1k our for a response through my email and Iโ€™ve been waiting whole day and havenโ€™t received anything, I had to keep contacting them and they was ignoring me and hanging up on me then at the end of the day they told me I can only be refunded $4.99, thatโ€™s robbery

Awful customer service. My son placed an order and noticed right after he placed it that it had the wrong address. He immediately cancelled his order, but was never refunded his money, even after multiple phone calls to customer service.

I never received my order and I waited over an hour and all the agents I connected with lied to me. I strongly advise no one to use door dash because they are extremely unprofessional and big ass liars.

Every single time I place an order something bad happens. Customer support is so unhelpful, and they think that by giving you a $10 credit it makes up for the horrible service their dashers provide. Iโ€™ve yet to receive a complete order.

The worst experience w food delivery ever!!!! They delivered me the wrong food and then wouldnโ€™t refund my money!!!! Never again will I use them. THEY ARE SUCCESSFUL CUZ THEY STEAK FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS N HAVE NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS and didnโ€™t care at all that I was upset the driver did nothing at all either

Horrible, all around! Customer service hangs up on you when you say something that hits a nerve! My cc is being used on someone else's account to buy foid, Thank god my bank froze my card after the 2nd attempt, theyโ€™re charging me and have been for a few months now for the dash pass that i dont even have! I have already opened a case against them for that! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB! Rip off artist!

The worst service ever, and the sad part is alot of the stores use them as delivery. Maybe when people stop ordering from the stores, Door Dash will not long have any customers and will be put out of business. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
