I used the fed ex pickup and it says the dasher is supposed to pick up your package and send you a reciept from the drop off location. He never did and now doordash is saying that they can't help and to call fed ex. I have no info on the package and they refuse to help at all. Lost my package because doordash won't do anything about it.

Dashers are constantly not reading the orders and leaving stuff off the order. The app says you can speak with driver up to 30 mins after it's dropped off but no way to actually message them. Do background checks and stop giving the jobs to whomever.

I received ann incorrect order and provided detailed information including photos of the order, receipt, and my attempts to call the driver immediately after delivery. The dasher did not answer so I contacted the support team. They refused to deliver the correct order, provide a credit to reorder, or a refund. These people are crooks, and have no regard for their patrons. I hope for the sake of future users they improve their customer experience. In the meantime, I will use my spare time to repost this review anywhere I can.

Horrible customer service. Dozens of times order didn't arrive. Just now, met the most horrible Dasher. Extremely rude, didn't deliver to my door, which is his flipping job. Called from outside and had me come down to get the order from him and then was still horribly rude. You can no longer get your trip back from terrible Dashers. This company doesn't give a damn about it's customers.

Worst goddamn app for food delivery I have ever used. I have tried 6x over several weeks to order my favorite burger from one of the restaurants in town. All but 1x the app has said the restaurant is closed when it wasn't, or the item I want is not available, which it is. Only once was I actually able to order successfully, which is why I gave them the one star. And each time I am unable to place my order I call the restaurant and they can't understand why DoorDash is giving me these error messages. Unfortunately that restaurant only uses DoorDash and no other delivery services, so because of DoorDash, the restaurant has lost money on 5 sales they could have made (probably more, since one time when I called, the person who answered said she was wondering why they weren't getting any DoorDash orders) and I have lost out on enjoying my favorite burger. I hope the restaurant takes my suggestion and adds on a better delivery service, because I won't use DoorDash again. It's useless.

Deleted the app. Never had a “nightmare” experience with these types of apps before, or any app in general. This one was pretty bad. Order 4 items, one of them being. A family meal totally $116. Famous Dave’s family platter. The rest were side orders and appetizers. The family order was missing. The most expensive items. I immediately took photos and asked for a refund. They refunded me $30. I immediately called and they said that they couldn’t do anything for 24 hours. I called the next day they said their “specialists “decided on the refund and that they could only ask that they review it again. I asked that and they said wait another 24 hours. AGAIN called the next day. The customer service rep said they could only ask the specialists to review it again. They said they would review it in a few hours IF AT ALL. This app is TRASH and not worth the nightmare experience you might have when things go wrong. They are a ticking time bomb waiting to happen for any and all customers. I deleted the app and will always slander this company and give my story whenever they’re brought up. Keep the $70. You’ve made an enemy DoorDash.

My items has either came delivered with the wrong items or like today opened and wasted in the bag. I didn't even get a I'm sorry to hear that or refund, credit, something. I'm very disappointed on how they let anyone door dash. It don't even be the same people shopping and dropping off the order.

First and last time I will use door dash. Ordered from a local pizza place, I was told by door dash it was delivered at a certain time never received the order with no resolve by door dash. Not a good way to do business. I will never use again.

So it has become quite clear that those who started this are basking on the beach someplace laughing at its useers. Support is the usual script reading person in a cubby hole some where. You would have better luck with a kid using a little red wagon. Drivers have bad attitudes or are rushed. As long as dash is raking in the money and outweighing the loss they can make their yacht and condo payments at your expense. Do you think they're really going to read this.....probably not. And if they did you could probably hear them laughing all the way from where you're at.

The last few orders I've had were bad. One had an eyelash in it, the second was a misrepresentation of what I ordered, just this evening I got someone else's order. Whenever I would complain dd would say I complain too much, however, I have provided pictures each time Tonight was the last straw. Then when I contacted customer service they canceled my account. I contacted them again and was once again disconnected. Cut to, doordash calls me, I proceed to explain my issues and they hung up on me. Never again will they get my business

Door dash driver allegedly dropped my food and I had to call for refund and then was told had to wait 3 to 5 business days for my refund. In the meantime I’m a single mother and need to feed my children I don’t have another half of a hundred dollars to reorder food. Didn’t even offer a credit to my accounts! Absolutely NOTHING AND I WILL BE FILING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR MULTIPLE REASON. SAFETY IS THE FIRST. ALWAYS HAVE ASSIGNED DASHERS BUT SOMEONE ELSE SHOWS UP WITH YOURE ORDER. ALWAYS JAMMING UP YOURE REFUNDS AND MAKIMG YOU WAIT FOR YOUR MONEY. AND THE PRICE GOUGING THEY ALREADY GOT IN TROUBLE FOR . I HATE THIS COMPANY AND NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE NOR RECOMMEND ANYINE USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF

DoorDash delivered my order to the wrong address. I contacted them but they "determined" that they would not credit my account following their review. I included specific delivery instructions stating that my house is the last house on the west end and that it is painted dark green. My food was delivered to a different address - a light blue home - and the dasher sent a photo of the incorrect delivery location. The best part though is when I contacted my credit card company to contest the charge, described the photo sent by the delivery driver of the incorrect location and my credit card company asked for a copy of the delivery photo. WHO KNEW that the photo in my email could be clawed back by DoorDash so I don't have the proof of the incorrect delivery location any more. I guess live and learn - but Door Dash has lost a long time customer over this and I am making sure all of my friends and family know to use another food delivery service. Door Dash sucks.

If I could I would leave -5 stars. I had a delivery from Petco delivered by DoorDash. I left special instructions for driver NOT to come in driveway and leave package at mailbox, as I have a dog on an electric fence. I also have several signs in my yard stating the same. The driver ignored the instructions. I heard my dog barking, and came out to find the driver in my driveway. He was HITTING my dog! I yelled at him to get away from my dog and off my property. He yelled at me about my dog barking at him. I told him to learn to read, and follow directions. He said he had no instructions. I told him to turn around and look at the signs. He then said his phone was too ‘new’ to get updates, instructions or be able to call customers from (What??!!). He was so disrespectful and rude. And he was HITTING my dog! I called to report him to DoorDash and their response was ‘we won’t send that driver to your address again’. They did not care at all that their employee disregarded instructions and posted warnings, that he was completely disrespectful or that he committed animal abuse. I will NEVER use them again. (I called to report to Petco as well, and they didn’t care either, saying it was a DoorDash issue, even though they actually sent the product to me via a third party!). Unbelievable

DoorDash should just shut down. A driver told me that it's pure f***ery. I decided to become a Dasher just to see if he was right. Let's just say, I worked on a Tues for 4 hours on my first day, and only made $33, factoring in tips and alerts to deliver. I worked the second day, 2 hours, $17, and for most of the day my area and surrounding stated "reserved" for most of the day. So I couldn't make any money. No matter how well you do, the customers tip $0-$1 per order. Nope. Not gonna do it. I wouldn't tell anyone to do this. Don't even think about buying yourself lunch. It will take all the money you made. Pack a lunch, everyday. The pay overall sucks. The only pro about this is you don't have to entertain people during the ride.

I ordered from a local restaurant for delivery. I received a delivery time that was available and the delivery was almost 30 minutes late. I received a text message saying that I can reach out to the driver. I messaged them with text no response. They delivered it and the food was mediocre but I wasn’t blaming the business who made the meal. The driver didn’t speak much English and no explanation on why. I spoke with the establishment and they assisted me as best as they could and apologized and that it shouldn’t have been handled the way the driver did. I will no longer use DoorDash for any further assistance or deliveries. They are the worst delivery services out there that can’t get orders correct or delivered on time. Sad a business like this can’t check to make sure these drivers are good to do the job and get it done correctly and on time. They just hire anyone that needs money. Who knows they could be stealing food from people who have ordered knowing them. Good bye DoorDash you or gone in my life and stealing money from me.
