“I have had multiple issues with items being unavailable and replaced with things… even though I check off the option for refund/ no replacements… Because this happens every time I order groceries they say I cannot be refunded for any reason because I have maxed it out… for instance rotten vegetables, order ice coffee get hot coffee, the product is actually damaged nothing..”

“Paid $60.00 for 8 mini hamburgers. Chili's failed to put anything on the burgers. Burgers arrived barely lukewarm. Told driver the food was cold, got a shoulder shrug and "it's far away". Been using doordash for years, but the service just keeps getting worse and worse. Wife sent poor review thru the app, message returned was we are not refunding anything. Doordash service sucks.”

“Received cold food from Krystal that was so cold that I wasn’t able to eat any of it. Major problem was that the bag came without a seal. I don’t eat any food that is being delivered without a seal on the bag”

“Door dash a rip off. They allow their dasher to scam u on deliveries with no consequences. Ordered a $26 pizza that never got delivered and contact door dash immediately about and they tell me it's nothing they can do because it's say it's been delivered on their end. No investigation or nothing. Just fuk the customer. Will never use them again. Delete your door dash and join Uber eat or something. Door dash a complete scam and very unprofessional, people out here spending their last and getting scammed by you guys.”

“I've used door dash for a very long time and have mostly been satisfied with their service. I tip over 20% to the drivers but today, after putting in an order and paying $20.72, tip included, I never received my food. When I chatted with a CSR for door dash, she said she was only able to offer $5.18 in credits for future use, and said that neither she, a supervisor nor a manager could refund the $20.72. Refusing to refund a customer's money is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I would have been happy if they had offered to refund $13.72, which is what the food cost and let the driver keep the $7 tip. Why would I want to pay for something I didn't receive. I'm very disappointed with this kind of service and will not be using door dash again! They just lost a loyal customer; but I guess it doesn't matter to them since they have so many customers, they can afford to lose 1 or 2.”

“Waited for one hour delivery. Had to contact them and they had no drivers!! Went and picked up delivery! Why say you can deliver when you can’t!!!”

“Had a bad experience with a Dasher. Ordered a meal from McDonald's. Instructed Dasher to ring doorbell and leave food with staff, ( text message to Dasher instructions ). Dasher didn't answer text. Left food in a chair at the front door. Terrible communication”

“HELP!!!!!! I have been calling every week and sometimes twice a week since Aug 6. A dasher grabbed my order from Little Ceasers and delivered to the wrong address. I still have not received my refund but I'm sure everyone else has been paid....”

“I had an ordered delivered by door dash today and this is not the first time its happened. The doordash person ate my food and. He ate some of my rotisserie chicken and stole a half bag of my potatoes and ate all my lunch meat. Then he left what was left all over my patio in the hot sun. Giant eagle is investigating and we are going to make sure this doordash person is fired and never does this to anyone else. I use to order from subway but the doordash drivers kept eating my sub and other people's orders and we had to pay again to get our food. These drivers are greedy evil people who prey on other people. I'm a disabled senior that depends on deliveries to survive and these creeps are making it more stressful. Let them buy their own dam food. Jerks.”

“I worked for them and my phone went out. So I used my wife's phone # to keep dashing. We'll years later thay just up and deactivated my dasher account. Said that was a contract violation. Would not work it out with my honest self!!!! Was a mistake only. I did almost 5000 delivery's for them. This company is DISHONEST!!!!! Would not do bissness with them.”

“They need to speak better English on the customer service side. And when your order is cancelled the refund your money that day instead of 5 to 7 business day's. Plus when a door dasher drops of a fast food order the sticker is always open on the bag not very good service. I have seen better days.”

“For about the last dozen times, they haven’t had a driver available morning noon or night that time did not matter. Customer service is of no help and it certainly isn’t saving me time. It is unbelievable how much money I spend with DoorDash and they can’t even deliver an order.”

“I have finally just deleted this app, their service is so crappy and orders are frequently either delayed or missing and incorrect. DoorDash does nothing to help the customer incorrect these inaccuracies. They will not provide a refund, there is no customer service to help and they just blame the drivers or the restaurant. There are so many hidden fees that I typically find a $20 order cost 30 or $I have finally just deleted this app, their service is so crappy and orders are frequently either delayed or missing and incorrect. DoorDash does nothing to help the customer incorrect these inaccuracies. They will not provide a refund, there is no customer service to help and they just blame the drivers or the restaurant. There are so many hidden fees that I typically find a $20 order cost 30 or sometimes , even $35 after their fees are added”
