$67.00 food order was never delivered and your customer service gave me the runaround and absolutely zero help. Your driver never came to the door sped away with my food. It's theft! Your company doesn't care about it.

This company has been promising me a refund since May of 2024 due to driver error. It I now September 2024 and I still haven't received it. First call for a refund was the night I ordered. They apologized and said my refubd would be in my account within 10-12 business days. I'd make sure to give them that time, and nothing. Jump to August, and many, many frustrating phone calls later, and I now have a case with the BBB. After several back and forth communications through the BBB, DoorDash promised a credit that I accepted. I waited, and again, nothing. I contacted the BBB again to tell them the resolution had not been fulfilled, and they reopened the case. DoorDash again promised the credit, and within minutes denied the credit they just offered because it had been over 60 days. They were the only reason it had been that long. Rude drivers and customer service representatives, lies, and stealing money from its patrons is this companys standard. They hang up on you, put you on hold forever, promise refunds, and keep your money. Go through literaly any other company but DoorDash for any deliveries. Do not use DoorDash unless you want to spend months of your life fighting to get your money back when they screw up, then not receive what was promised... ever!!!

40 percent upcharge for using DD. Cant cancel with out a big fee. This is a bad company. Will nver use them again.

This company is a scam. I ordered over $155.00 in food and only received two plates out of 5. Plus ox tail soup plus appetizers, I was robbed by the door dash delivery person. When I called customer service I had a foreign lady tell me I would receive a partial refund in 2-3 days and I got nothing. Then when I call asking about my refund ANOTHER foreign lady stated that a “specialist team” was going to reach out to me to resolve this. Which means nothing and trying to use professional words like “specialist team” only means “specialists at lying to you to get you off the phone team”. DoorDash has no customer security in place so you get robbed from the drivers and they do NOTHING about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

Ordered door dash to be delivered in hand. I was messaged I am outside, I walked out of hotel room and stepped on my food. I had to drive and get my food at the restaurant as my tacos were crushed. On door dash chat I was basically hung up on and offered a half credit to use it on next order . I will not use service again the driver could not follow simple instructions to put food in hand instead I stepped on my dinner. Pathetic service after paying fees and tips would give zero stars if possible

DoorDash allowed another business to associate into my menu and through countless interactions -- their only answer is we requested the POS integration. After explaining multiple times through email (they refuse to connect a manager or supervisor for a call) that we would like a full explanation and who, what and when changes were allowed to be made on our account. DoorDash rep is GREAT at calling you weekly if they can see if you would like to do ads with them -- but if you need assistance, you will never reach anyone for a call. Suggest to never spend any money on their ads platform. Also raise rates on their platform to cover the high percentage charges they take from businesses. MAYBE if enough businesses shifts their marketshare to other 3rd party platforms they will make revisions to their business plan.

I have been charged for dashpass the last few months and have not received any of the perks. No one will help me and stop the charges. This is absolutely ridiculous as their staff is extremely incompetent. I will issue fraud on my bank account and read up on suing the company for this and for sending me away without resolution. I have picture of the conversation of the "help desk" (not helpful at all) that say to report fraud on their own company. How crazy that they are still running at all.

I ordered a meal for delivery to my home. A wrong Doordash delivery person ended up picking up my order from the restaurant, so by the time the person, who was supposed to be my order's Doordash delivery person, got there, my food was gone. Doordash never found out where my food ended up, they never refunded me, instead told me to deal with the issue with the restaurant and not taking any responsibility on what went wrong. I mean, ANYTHING, after I had paid for my food and never received it. The restaurant told me it is not their problem, they made the food, and Doordash is responsible for the food after it has been picked up. Needless to say, I will not be using Doordash services anymore and will tell everyone I encounter to do the same.

What a fiasco with my delivery from Walgreens yesterday.....unbelievable how my order was screwed up....I even had TWO deliveries withing 2 minutes apart for the same order. What the heck is going on with your delivery service. It's a great service...but, you really need to investigate and improve your system or your drivers..or whatever it takes. very unhappy right now with doordash.

As a Dasher I wonder how I can receive tips of $1 to $2 for driving 20 miles each way for a delivery. Is it because our customers are paying high costs for the service? Because I genuinely care if they get their food on time and still warm. It's very frustrating because I want to do my best.

The delivery was great. but after we received our groceries items, I discovered that the driver helped himself to a tip that DoorDash claimed I gave the driver at checkout—except I didn’t. I had intended to give the driver a tip after the good service, but I don’t appreciate stealing from me, no matter how poor you are. This was my very first order do to an emergency.

Multiple times I have ordered food and not gotten all of my order the refund for the items not received is not enough to make it better and you don’t get it back for days someone is going without a meal when the food is not received so your still having to get in your car and go to store completely defeating the purpose of the service complete garbage site with complete garbage customer service

ordered my food at 12:30 at 2:00 am they canceled it because something “went wrong” they said they will refund me but very unprofessional and very upset that I waited so long for my food just to not receive it. please delete doordash and use another food delivery app
