Food was supposed to be dropped off at my door, instead they sat across the street and I'm guessing they ate it bc it was never delivered. Around belton SC, this can NOT be trusted, they will eat the food you ordered

We have used Door Dash so much and we are seeing some really unethical business practice. They charge a express service for direct to you but they do not tell the drivers. As a matter of fact out of 3 drivers , they never hear of it. So why offer a service, don't take money and worst off we waited on hold to address the matter and they just hung up after we were on hold for a long time.

We ordered pizza and unfortunately door dash delivers for the pizza place we ordered from. Shonae our door dasher delivery person in Tampa never delivered our food. I had to call door dash to ask for a refund. Shonae should be fired for keeping my order and not delivering it.

Horrible customer service did not give me a full refund damn near refuse to give me 15% of my order that was beyond late will never use them again

They mess up your order every single time. Either the item is spoiled or it’s an incorrect item or wrong quantity. I have never experienced a good delivery when using this service

Horrible service and they have overcharged me several times and then make wait 5 to 10 days to get my money back. It is very ridiculous the way they treat you. They basically flat out called me a liar and when I showed them the proof they just passed me off from person to person i would highly recommend not eating this company or service

Never delivered my food and I still havent gotten my money back. Damn scam is all doordash is! Pay upfront, including a tip, for service you will never get. I wish you could give negative stars.

Horrible service from "Saja" in Parma Ohio. Late by 15 minutes the order was missing items, the food was already cold in the 3 minutes it took her from the restaurant to the delivery site. She can't speak passable English, argumentative in broken English . Almost hit an ambulance in a designated ambulance zone. WE WILL NEVER USE DOORDASH AGAIN! Up your game folks!

I now agree when they said door dash is an awful service. They request a tip for the dasher when you order and their excuse is, orders without a tip will take longer to be delivered. Then they forget an item on your order, then it takes an hour to re-deliver that item. Probably they are new in this game and I hate to say this, door dash sucks. They forgot an item on my order 4 times in a row and it seems like they don’t learn from previous mistakes and experiences. That’s how you know a business sucks!!!!!! Door dash you need to change. Can someone recommend another service to me? Please I am desperate!!!!!!!

So I placed an order with Little Caesars DoorDash is there delivery place the order at 8:10 I got a text message saying that they were running a little behind so my delivery time went from 8:46 to 8:51 then from 8:51 to 8:58 then from 858 to 9:04 then from 904 to 921 ridiculous so I told Little Caesars do not let them take it. I was on my way. I got here two minutes after she told them that I didn’t want them to take the pizza thank God I did because my pizza doordash CUSTOMER SERVICE +1 8O5 41O 56OO doordash PHONE NUMBER +1 8O5 41O 56OO doordash 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 +𝟭 𝟴𝗢𝟱 𝟰𝟭𝗢 𝟱𝟲𝗢𝗢 doordash𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗡𝗨𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 +𝟭 𝟴𝗢𝟱 𝟰𝟭𝗢 𝟱𝟲𝗢𝗢 was cold so now I’m sitting outside of Little Caesars having them remake my pizza which is gonna take at least 15 or 20 minutes I swear to God if it wasn’t for the Italian cheese sticks, I would not be coming to Little Caesars and I will not be using DoorDash ever again on top of that the delivery charge I asked Little Caesars to refund it. They told me that I would have to call DoorDash customer service. I called DoorDash DoorDash said I am sorry. we can’t refund it. I said excuse me your delivery person did not pick it up in an adequate time. She says we need to reach out to Little Caesars. I said little Caesars told me they can’t refund me because it’s your charge not theirs so then she turned around and said I’ll have to escalate this to Little Caesars. I said OK so little Caesars is saying oh it’s not our charge now you’re saying it’s not your charge that you can’t refund it so we’re just gonna go around in circles. She says no ma’am when I escalate this issue that Little Caesars will reach out to me by email and 1 to 3 days Jesus Lord Almighty, can no one not just give the money back on your card anymore. You took my money. Why can’t you return it right then in there a huge headache is what I have now.

I ordered doordash from a restaurant for myself and my son. Delivery time was updated several times and 2 hours later they sent me an email letting me know my order was canceled. This should have been known and conveyed in a far more timely manner. Canceled dash pass nothing but problems with this company. Use any other resource available before this company. Live chat was also all auto populated answers. No care whatsoever. I was also not offered a refund to my card and the money went back as a doordash credit. Why do I want a credit to a delivery company that can't deliver?

After waiting 3 hours for food I was told they can’t deliver. Really sucks because the hurricane left us with no food or transportation and the $146.00 refund still hasn’t been credited back to cash app which deals with instant money exchanges. I will never use door dash again and I will tell everyone what a sorry company they are.

DOORDASH: A NIGHTMARE!!!! Let me be clear: DOORDASH is a disaster, and it's high time this company is SHUT DOWN. They’ll hire just about anyone to deliver your food, without any oversight or concern for safety, hygiene, or basic professionalism. I’ve had orders dropped off at random houses, food left sitting out until it’s soggy and cold, and worst of all, it's been tampered with! That’s right – I’ve seen it all: drivers eating from bags, sealing it up like it’s nothing, and thinking I won’t notice. And what happens when you try to get your money back for their screw-ups? Rude, unhelpful agents who couldn’t care less about your complaint. DOORDASH does not care about you, your food, or your money. Their customer service is an insult, and getting any resolution is like pulling teeth. To make matters worse, they underpay their drivers, forcing them to juggle multiple orders at once, which means your food arrives late, cold, and often ruined. Awful service! Every single time my wife and I place an order, the payment gets declined even though all cards we have are in good standing. Customer support is clueless, incompetent, and barely speak English, often blaming it on the bank. Tired of wasting my time, my wife and I both closed our accounts, so DorkDash lost not one, but TWO customers!
