“EVERY time I have used this service, things have been forgotten from my order. Anything from requested cutlery to side dishes or parts of the main order. Considering the extra cost, not worth it.”

“I am angry that DoorDash requires a credit card to be stored on their website. There is no option to save or not save. In the past, I had a charge on my account for an order that I never ordered and it was delivered to an unknown address. I will never use DoorDash again.”

“They are fuckn terrible. This is the second order they screwed up. I've been waiting for my food and supposedly someone picked it up but it has not been delivered. NEVER AGAIN DOOR DASH”

“I'm a door dash driver they have changed we're we can pick are hours when we can work and this have put alot of people out because of this . I'm on disability and I do this for extra money to help out . Customers also are so cheap and want to complain about everything like if there missing something it's are fault but it's don't we're just the driver who delivers the food to u they close the bags up and I'm don't opening it up to see if everything is in there I wouldn't want someone to open up my food . We don't get paid alot to do this it take gas and are time . People don't think and isn't thankful for what others do . But the way door dash is now u can't even get a spot to even work . This is screwing a lot of people that was doing door dashing. It's don't right in no way we're supposed to be the ones who choose when we can work don't when they need someone. It has really screwed me .”

“I would like a refund due to I did not receive my kebab last week and that was my last bit of money that I had until this pay so therefore I would like a refund and I got delivered to the wrong address and then on top of that I had to go without dinner because don't I do not know how to do their job correctly doordash”

“Ordered a 14.00 order today was charged 14.00 a minute later was charged 96.00 a minute later was charged 9.99 said it was for annual door dash payment didn’t ask or let anyone know after cancellation of the dash pass over 2 months ago took over a hour to get them to reimburse me and still didn’t get the total wanted to give me dash credit instead”

“DoorDash is the most fraudulent company I’ve ever known. They literally stole $40 from me cancel my order, and I did not receive the food. I am going to make a review everyday until someone notice this and stop their scamming behavior.”

“I wish I can give them zero stars they kicked me from the platform because the police almost killed me and staged a bad fake police report. I asked DoorDash to recheck my background because I didn’t do anything wrong. I was all wiped away and the officer was fired. I was the best dasher around hands down everyone loved me n my platform showed it. But DoorDash want even take the time out to check my background. Great side hustle. But poor empathy skills as a Company. I called customer service today and the rep hanged up on me. As a business owner myself knows hanging up on a customer are employees etc is not customer service friendly.”

“I ordered a pizza from Little Caesars.I waited forever for my pizza just to find out the driver stole my order then canceled it later. Little Cesar says they do that a lot they steal peoples order and cancel it.So I ordered from Uber eats.It came right away.I found out from other people that they always steal your food.”

“Ordered from DoorDash, they estimated the delivery time at 12:29 AM. After two of their drivers cancel the pick up. The delivery time was pushed back to 1:30 AM. Tried to get in touch with the third driver who never replied to her messages. Cancel the order at 1 AM. Now DoorDash will not refund any of the money. It was a $51 order. DoorDash sucks”
