I ordered food and they messaged that the food was picked up. 45 min later dasher still never moved from restaurant i was on chat with support I said they're not moving they tried calling dasher since he spoke Spanish he hung up then asked if I wanted to cancel i asked if I would be refunded they said yes after 4 days I was still charged for food so I contacted again and they said since dasher already picked up I couldn't be refunded. Worst customer sevice.

I’m here to put door dash on blast!!!! Just make long story short door dash got some trifling dashers period!!!!! I have made orders never show up this have been done to me couple time they taking my food and ran off with it!!!!! I will never order from them again who ever reading this please do not order from door dash!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

If there was 0 star i’d give it. 2 hours to deliver doughnuts that arrived to me cold & door dash can’t do anything about it.

i ordered wingstop ON WINGSTOP'S WEBSITE and they assigned the order to doordash I ORDERED AT 6:57 PM and doordash decided for no reason to cancel my order at 8PM WHAT i am actually crashing out this is the worst day of my life

Horrible service seven times out of 10 have their drivers cancel and they're always late never brings side condiments you ask for support does nothing but just say sorry never use doordash again

I tried transferring money to my brother's account on the 6th of 200 dollars and their dasher direct app said the funds would arrive to my brother in 5 days well it's been 11 days and he still hasn't received it. I'm being told now that I'm not getting my 200 dollars back so they are playing with my money. They're putting the blame on my brother's Bank I've done contacted my brother's Bank to see if they possibly had the transaction and they don't even have the transaction but yet doordash is still insisting on putting the blame on my brother's Bank. I really wish doordash had better management and employees. So if I have any suggestions if you are a dasher don't use the dasher direct card use a different card.

Staying out of town for work I use DoorDash regularly. I will be moving to other services. In 2 weeks Ive had 3 orders that needed a refund issued. Still waiting for a 45 dollar refund that they thought 16 dollars would satisfy. Ive been told by customer service Id receive an email from thwir specialist team... yet to see that either after contacting them multiple times. Their app is continually getting addresses wrong or changing the address when you back out of a certain store. Their customer service line is nothing even close to customer service and Ive been hung up on trying to resolve issues. The last two orders I ordered were delivered to a completely different hotel. When I was standing in front of the dasher she wasnt allowed to give me my order even with drivers license in hand due to another app mistake of address. The "refund " they attempted to gice me was less than half the amount I paid. When a refund is issued its in the form of credits so you're forced to use the company further. No Thank you DoorDash for a multi billion dollar company you think you'd get it together and be more professional.

I placed an order on 09/15 from Boulevard liquors thru door dash. I received notice that my order was delivered. But no delivery was made to my house. When purchasing alcohol you must have a picture of your liscense taken and signature given. I did none of this because no one ever came to my door. I immediately called customer service and was told they would review my claim for a refund. The next day I received notice that my claim was denied. I called customer services on numerous occasions and was hung up on left on hold and received no satisfaction. So finally I called my bank and received a refund while they dispute my claim. Needless to say I will never use DoorDash again. Joann

It would be nice if they told me there was a delivery charge of almost $6 BEFORE I submitted my order at Alltown Fresh, and before my card was charged!! Bull.

The dasher kept my order and DoorDash refused to issue a full refund they decided to issue a credit back to my account knowing well I don’t ever want to use their services again! I spent $38 for something I never received and instead of issuing my money back they sent a credit ? I will be pursuing legal action for their violation of consumer laws!!

I wish I could give DoorDash zero stars. I ordered from Chipotle. It’s been two hours since my order was picked up. I asked for it to be canceled and a refund. They told me to contact the store in the store is already closed response. I’ve provided you with the outcome and ended the chat they have no customer service whatsoever, I will never be using DoorDash again.

Wish I could give DoorDash 0 stars. My order was delivered to the wrong address. I had pictures to prove this. Went to the address it was delivered to. They had taken my order and refused to answer the door. DoorDash refused to give me a refund because of previous complaints( there were a few orders that were missing items) apparently they have a limit to the amount of problems you can report. I will NEVER use DoorDash again.

So I had ordered directly from Marco’s pizza over the phone for delivery. I get a text message saying that my delivery instructions hadn’t been put in, I open the link and it’s the DoorDash app. I called Marco’s pizza and explained and was confused why door dash was delivering my order, and not the employees. I mentioned that the address was not correct. Marco’s pizza said that they had door dash do their deliveries (which I did not know) My dasher’s name was Beth (424-600-8090) which I called Multiple times to let him know that he was going to the wrong address. The dasher had finally answered and turned out was a guy with a girls name, that didn’t speak English, and he hung up on me. He finally texted me told me he couldn’t talk on the phone because he didn’t speak English. I told him the address that he was going to wasn’t the right one, and had told him to go to the address I had sent him over text message. This dasher kept arguing that the address that was on the application was too far from the correct address I wanted to deliver to. The address on the door dash application wasn’t even a full address, so I have know idea how that gets messed up when I directly called Marco’s pizza to have it delivered to the address I said over the phone. The dasher would not return my calls, and did not follow directions. I feel like I got scammed. I’ve never had this issue with door dash till now. Also, why do we have people working anywhere that don’t speak English! I ended up calling back Marco’s Pizza to cancel my order and get a refund. I am more disappointed about this Dasher, and made me not trust to order food or anything on door dash again. (even though this service was not directly ordered on DoorDash).

The driver stole my order. DoorDash help desk refused to intervene until I threatened them with legal action. Warning to others: with so many other delivery services, ther is no reason ever to use DoorDash. They are amateurs and lousy at the simple task of delivering food.

The merchant I ordered food from put a $10 gift card in my bag of food. The manger bagged the food. Put gift card inside bag. Stapled bag 3 times. Food arrives. Bag not stapled. No gift card. I call the manager of the store. She blocked the door dash driver from ever picking up from there again and voided the gift card. Issue is, Door Dash won’t refund me for my salad. I am not setting a salad from a bag that’s been picked thru by the driver. I am due a full credit. DD refuses to issue me a credit. I’ll never use Door Dash again. Plenty of other food delivery service options.

Absolutely Disgusted. My fiance Carl D. Made a DoorDash from Safeway and we only received half of our order. When we try to call and get our money back (multiple times) we were hung up on and basically told to suck it up.
