Ordered from DoorDash, they estimated the delivery time at 12:29 AM. After two of their drivers cancel the pick up. The delivery time was pushed back to 1:30 AM. Tried to get in touch with the third driver who never replied to her messages. Cancel the order at 1 AM. Now DoorDash will not refund any of the money. It was a $51 order. DoorDash sucks

The worst app to use ,unreliable. You will wait hours for your food and never get it . The support team doesn't help and ignores you ,d supervisor is useless d same way .

I have attempted to use doordash numerous times and everytime the dasher delivers the wrong items, argues, spills food and drinks, takes numerous hrs to deliver the order. Customer service is all of useless. The supervisors are even worse and a waste of time cause they never will help the customers cause anything that works for doordash is always correct. If you have the app delete it others do not download it.

I am a merchant. We signed up with DoorDash about a month ago. One week ago someone broke into our account and stole our store. They literally took over ownership of our DoorDash store and we were locked out. This person changed all of the financial information to himself and has been receiving our deposits! I understand stuff like this CAN happen, but what I do NOT and will NEVER understand is how door dash has literally REFUSED to contact me to figure out how to change the information back to our account! I have emailed over 15 times, with NO responses except for CANNED emails that says "help is on the way" yet never comes. I called about 10 times and I am always told that it was escalated but not one person has called me back. I finally called our sales rep who tried to help me, but has since stopped answering his phone. This is a BIG DEAL. I want to warn anyone who is a merchant to BEWARE of this company because there literally is NO customer service, and contrary to what they say on their website, there is no protocol for fraud. I would not be writing this review if there was even an effort to help us resolve this , but it is what it is.

I seriously think associates at the stores deserve a cut! I shop for delivies more than the Doordasher! In the last hour I have had 5 dashers shoving there phone in my face looking for order items!

I placed an order for beer at Loblaws for $27 and canceled the order before a Dasher accepted it. No gas or time wasted. And you will not refund or credit my money. This is theft and just wrong!!!! InstaCart and other delivery companies always refund or credit. I am going to make a complaint and write a review how terrible your polices are. Very disappointed and will never use DoorDash again!

DoorDash steals your money and service as an underpaid worker… they also steal your money as a customer too! Took 1.5 hours for someone to accept my order the store then closed and I cancelled my order without knowing that when you cancel you don’t get a refund??? This is an abomination of a company and an absolute scam. Please get together and put them out of business

Disgusting company, who offer no protection to their customers rights, their "policy" is to offer no refund or redelivery if you do not receive your order because they think they exist outside the law, their staff are rude and will hang up on you if the grievance is starting to become inconvenient to them, it's no surprise that they have the confidence to do this knowing their job won't be at risk because they know they work for a company who doesn't take their customers rights seriously anyway.

This is the 10th time they didn't deliver my order. And somebody stole it. They only do refunds which is 3 to 5 business days. Please yall. I'm urging you. Don't waste your time and money. This places hire horrible people who steal food from kids. Who steals from kids.

As a dasher doordash suck who's picking up these orders under $10 going 12 miles or $3,then $2 orders that can't even cover car maintenance.

Placed an order on vaca to our hotel. I tracked the order, we were pretty hungry after a long drive. The order was placed at our door & we opened the door to grab it so we could eat. Right away it was clear the bag was tampered with. The Tamper sticker that they placed on the bag was ripped as well as the bag itself. We were missing tater tots and their was a crack in the lid of our soup. We immediately contacted DoorDash to file a complaint because we did not feel comfortable eating any of the food. We also supplied them with 4 photos. We have never had an issue with DoorDash before. Mind you, we’ve only used the a handful of times. It took DoorDash 4 days to respond to our complaint with a decision. This was after I reached back out to them again to see if they had an update. Very disappointing and we will never use them again. Customers who put the wrong address except you to drive an extra 15-20 minutes without extra pay to deliver. I called customer support and was advised to leave orders at the address given with a photo. Doordash deactivated my account due to this when I was following the advice given by them. Horrible company guidelines.

I’ve been trying to use DoorDash for the past couple of months now, adding and deleting my card MANY TIMES to try and alleviate the issue on my own. Called DoorDash, in the background there’s a whole ass birthday party going on and this chick tells me that I’m the one cutting in and out. She then tells me to do the exact same thing that I’ve been doing to try to fix the issue and then promptly tells me to go through the trouble shoot on my own and hangs up. I’m deleting DoorDash and downloading grub hub or literally ANY other delivery app.

Placed a grocery order at 5:30 23 items total. Original eta for arrival was 6:15 7:30 rolls around and there is no update on the order and the store was now closed. I was unable to contact the dasher, so I reached out to customer support. They stated they were unable to contact the dasher but that the order was “being picked up” app showed dasher was checking out. Then, they suddenly tell me the dasher is on the way, I can’t see where they are on my end. Customer support stated 3 minutes away, cancels my order, than ends the chat!?! One, why did the dasher take 2 hours with my groceries, that need temperature control and where were they during that time? I asked, and got no response. Second, why would they arbitrarily cancel my order if the driver was minutes away? Waiting over 2 hours for groceries for them to be cancelled 3 minutes from arrival is senseless! No groceries for me, the dasher now has a free fridge full. Never ever again! Customer support Kept ending chat…more than frustrating and did absolutely nothing to make it right.

The dasher did not deliver the order. Their virtual assistant said I will receive a credit. 3 call and 3 lies later, nothing. Terrible service. Going to Uber eats.

I was a dasher, but not anymore. Customer service is horrible and doesn’t care about their drivers. Customers can falsely claim they didn’t receive their food anytime they want and it hurts the drivers record. I disputed it, and nothing was done. Escalated it and they told me give it some time it will go away. Now they want me to do another 100 deliveries then it will disappear. So basically they want me to ignore the fact that someone claimed I am dishonest thought I proved otherwise, and just go on as if nothing happened. Shame on you DoorDash customer service for thinking that’s ok. It’s absolutely not ok for those of us that care about our honesty and integrity. Shame on you. I moved to other delivery services that value their delivery people back in may. I was trying to be forgiving and give you a second chance today, but still nothing has changed.

Grocery delivery every week there is an issue. On the instructions it clearly says bring groceries to the back door. Nobody can speak or read English. Other deliveries l only recieve a partial and have to call the supermarket. Calling the door dash number l have been on hold for close to an hour. Customer Service is awful. The tip l give is way too much for the driver.

I’ve been a dashpass member for years and have spent thousands of dollars with this company. I placed an order, and McDonalds didn’t have the items. They refunded the money to my card instead of offering me a credit me and my child were not able to eat because they did not want to fix the situation and I had been asked to wait 24 to 48 hours To speak to a supervisor about the problem
