“Horrific scam, not a service. If you’re thinking of using them, just don’t. Cancelled my order TWICE in one evening while I was waiting for dinner. More than three hours of trying to get ANY food delivered to me and I’m still sitting here waiting.”

“I ordered my DoorDash meal at 7:30 my eta was pushed back four times and I will not receive my food until 9:30. I’m outraged. This is ridiculous. My dasher is making a ten minute drive a forty minute one. The reason behind this? Discrimination against bad tippers!! It’s not my fault I’m not gonna pay some weird ass guy to drive around getting food anything extra than what DoorDash is already robbing me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!”

“They are slow and the dashers often cancel and then a new dasher does not pick the order up. I always have to wait an 1 hour plus for my food and by that time it is cold.”

“Company is simply robbing people. My receipt shows a total of $32.60 yet they charged my CC $42.10. They are now going through some "internal investigation" in response to my complaint. They take their sweet time in responding/addressing issues, yet it takes them NO time to simply rob you.”

“If I could give a rating of zero I would! My dash driver made a pit stop before delivering my order. I saw it him on the map go in the opposite direction of where I live and when I called him he told me that he had to make a pit stop before delivering my order which arrived frozen! I will not use this service again as the drivers are unprofessional and so are the customer service people!”

“I order things on door dash and receive things even though I tell them if they don't have it to issue a refund. I receive a substitute that I didn't order and am told I'm not acceptable for a refund. I have to accept the substitute even though I asked for a refund prior to the order. False advertisement? Yes! Want to lose hard earned money through this app.Yes! Get ready for it. Customer is not right on this site! Has happened several times? Yes!”

“Driver approached with my order and wouldn’t give me the order because after waiting 3 minutes he cancelled the order. Note I messaged him after he said he arrived i was coming and he still cancelled the order. Customer service was AWFUL would not help me. I called 3x and they would not get me a supervisor, instead they said they escalated the issue and would hang up. I eventually just cancelled my account. I lost $36, no food and no resolution. What a waste of time. Dont get suckered into their bs”

“We usually use Uber Eats. I thought I’d give Door Dash a chance again. Big mistake! The order was slow and the food was extremely cold. I don’t blame the restaurant. No issues in the past. Apparently DoorDash has no way to keep food hot. They offered a $3 credit on a $60 order! No wonder the founder of DoorDash is rich enough to be on Shark Tank!”

“Tonight I ordered $40 worth of food, the address I selected did not go through on the app and took my dasher to a completely different address. The dasher told me to call DoorDash customer service and all I could get back was 7 dollars on a 40 dollar order. I canceled my order like the dasher told me but customer service told me since the driver went to the address that I couldn’t get a refund. All I wanted was a refund do that I could reorder and all I got back was 7 dollar in 3-5 business days 😡”

“This a hustler arrangement. Nothing is guaranteed; your food, your money, the driver. I wish I can give zero as review. Kevin drove to an opposite building, snapped veterans building door and went home with my food and the online chat DoorDash provided was sounding like they are doing me a favor to offer refund. 😂 Hustle is reall …even here🤤🤠”

“Doordash's in the practice. Tell him people's money and food on several occasions. These people have delivered my food to the wrong address. Missed items in on top of all. That never, ever gets received to my door and when I finally get fed up. Tell me they are not gonna fund me or even give me the courtesy of giving me my food. I will never ever use this service again. They have taken my FOOD and MONEY for the last time. You can clearly see in the photos that whatever fake delivery was made was set up as opposed to the outside of my home. My home has a front door and concrete slab, not somw furniture against the wall with an empty gift bag!!! Shame on you Doordash!!!”

“I'm a doordash driver and believe me it's no fun dealing with the company or the customers this is facts. First as a driver doordash cheats me out of rightful wages in every aspect of working for an this being I'm suppose to be a independent contractor.... Second the customers like you're selfs rewriting reviews can be over exaggerating and obnoxious... Some or a lot of you don't Even Tip!!! But will get on here and lie about your service.... My mother rest her soul told me you get what you pay for, a lot of you don't pay jack!... So if you get bad service remember that saying. Third if we all have such a bad experience with this crooked ass company.... Which by the way is robbing you and I why not as the consumer file a suit for change... We much rather do this than changing the real problem which is doordash..... Better work surroundings and pay get better work done.”
