“I have had mostly bad experiences with door dash But recently was my last time ! the nasty drivers had the food in back seat with no dash bag , in a store bag and a dog was in back seat barking where they had my food !!!!! disgusting ! i threw food away . door dash should pay good and hire Quality people . these people loooked like homeless crack heads ! and stored food with a dog walking on and probalbly licking the bag etc!!!!!!!!!!!!! gross!!! i am canceling my door dash and dash pass as the only thing offered from door dash was $10.00 refund !! not even a full refund of 17$ what a joke !!!!!!!!”

“They took it to wrong address, lied about handing it to me then returned it to store. Then canceled it. I couldn't reach driver or restaurant. Use GRUBHUB. you'll be happier. Doordash is AWFUL”

“The poor quality of food and then no resolve is enough. The amount of money spent for the fees associated with the food and then to come in poor quality with no resolve makes this easy. Have canceled my count as of today.”

“This app is mid. Some bad days some good days not always perfect. That's for sure. Even the app acts stupid. When it comes to Friday, Saturdays, very hard to get your order in time. It usually tells you 22 minutes to 37 minutes and it usually ends up being a whole hour until you get your stuff. And lately the app has been very glitchy and so when you're trying to track your driver, it shows you your driver in so many other places and so many other areas not even close to your House or wherever you are. So it doesn't help you visualize where your driver is because it switches up where your driver is versus where they were versus where they're going. The DoorDash app is madness. In the pictures below, it literally shows you the same driver in two different places at one time so at one moment it's on the other side of town and the next moment it's on the completely other side of the map. It makes zero sense. I don't know I understand DoorDash is a very hard job just like being in the restaurant business. Or serving business but it's something I blame DoorDash because it's so disorganized. It's unfair for the DoorDasher and the customer trying to order food so I guess I'll just stop using DoorDash and just go get the food myself. 🤷🏽‍♀️😅 I ordered a frozen/cold concrete beverage and by now it's probably melted.”

“Doordarshan stole our food and money and didn't not want to pay for a delivery reorder and say the driver had an issues on the way with our food. And we paid 119 dollars for our food Doordarshan a rip off Uber eats is better don't have your money and food stole like us don't us doordash”

“Garbage. Our food is never delivered or takes forever to be delivered. Almost always missing something. Getting a refund or replacement is IMPOSSIBLE. The company is so unreliable and customer service sucks.”

“i put in am order to walgreens, 5 different drivers brought parts of my order in a half hour span.. one of which, a single pack of gum! Not the deliverers fault so they each got tipped ... had i have known, i would have picked it up myself!”

“Horrible! They delivered it to the WRONG address and refused to bring it to me or give me a refund. HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND SERVICE. NEVER WILL ORDER OFF DOOR DASH AGAIN AS THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY”

“I spent my last on Wednesday for dinner and I was robbed! My door dasher was drunk and got lost and called me 2HOURS LATER and said she was already on my side of town and I only tipped her $5.00 and can I come meet her on Belcher and Ulmerton to pick my food up from her!! What!!! It’s 10:30 at night lady and I paid you. So she took my food placed it on a side walk where ever she was took a photo sent it to Door Dash and pretended to deliver my food! My family DID NOT FREAKING EAT THAT NIGHT AND DOOR DASH IS GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK! I hate this company and will NEVER ORDEE AGAIN AND I WILL BE SUEING THEM OF I DON’T GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THAT THEIF THEY HIRED! Date of experience: August 14, 2024”

“My food delivery was not brought to my address...Doordash delivery girl sent me a picture of my food but it wasn't at my front door...it was another house and she argued and didn't believe me!!!I paid $25.49 for a strangers food Doordash refused to rectify and now I'm out that money 😮‍💨”

“I have been a loyal member of DoorDash paying for the dash pass for years. In the beginning the service was great! Now it’s a different story. My past few orders have been over 30 minutes late with the order sitting saying the driver is there waiting but when I call restaurant they’re not, they’re sitting somewhere else nowhere near the restaurant. When they do get my food they drive all over town with it in their car for 15-20 added onto the time from the restaurant. If you complain all DoorDash says is sorry but we can’t do anything for you.”

“I ordered food from Outback, who uses door dash as their delivery service. The order was received at the store, prepared and picked up by the delivery driver. It was never delivered. I got a message saying the order was modified or canceled. I called the store and talked to the manager who confirmed the order was picked up. So your scumbag, freeloading driver kept my family’s food and ate it. Everyone be in your company should be fired and live under a bridge if they don’t already. I hope your company fails as you keep hiring scumbags to do your work. If you are looking for a reputable delivery service, keep looking- you won’t find it at DoorDash.”

“They don’t take responsibility for the mistakes! A disabled family member orders from them and they constantly make mistakes and then deactivate his account ! What kind of company does this when they bring wrong items, rotten produce and leave the items where he can’t get to them outside in the high heat after explicit delivery instructions are given. Train your people and take responsibility!!”

“Door dash is a horrible company stick with Uber eats or grubhub.. I had clear proof of my food being destroyed even the door dash driver as well.. sent me a pic... I don't think the restaurant would send food out like that with the sauce was all Over everything. I feel the driver did...I always tip but I wait til I get my food cause I made a mistake of tipping someone 6 dollars onmy for my food to be handled and stolen my kids food...doordash does nothing to refund even with the supervisor putting in the notes that I should be granted a refund.. they do appeal after appeal and it makes no sense even with proof they steal your money..DONT ORDER FROM DOOR DASH”

“everytime I order something is wrong, and they never refund you your full amount of money, My order was late and cold and arrived after my lunch break was over, which I had to throw the food away and they only refunded me $5 stinking dollars. what a disappointment.”
