Would not recommend anyone to work for doordash. Pay is not worth doing let alone, it takes a long time for them to send you offers . Very bad experience with working for doordash.

After DD took over $25 from me...I waited almost four hours and they send a picture of my delivery but to the wrong house..I will NEVER use them again as they are not even compensating a redelivery ..Irresponsible robbers!!!!!

Signed us up, said we would get $1000 per referral, Not happening Then signed up one of my busy locations, signed contract saying 12k incentive at 45 days. It's been almost 90 They are not going to pay this either. I'll be starting discussions with a lawyer today.

My driver intentionally delivered my food 30mins late so i had to throw it away. When he arrived he stood near my door watching to see who opened the door, mind you in in a hotel, he didn't leave till I yelled through the doorat him which scared him to take off. They only offered me $21.00 back out of the $50 I spent, I will never use this service again because I feel like door dash stole my money. I would add photos but the food went to the dumpster last night.

the driver lynn is so rude I will never use their service again. she drives a mazda mx5 blue in color from mesa arizona. be warned she is possibly the rudest person I have met in 50 years on this earth maybe try uber eats

They lie just a week ago I had received the wrong items, and reached out to support with no help. They said they were going to credit my account but guess what they didn't. Trust me use instacart or uber eats. They actually care about their customers!

This company truly sucks at picking up orders in a timely fashion. In the last 2 days I have thrown away orders that are over an hour old. The so called dashers never come to pick up orders. If I was a customer who ordered I would like my food within a reasonable time.... I was told they are to pick up within a few minutes after order is placed..... Not hours later...

When the company first started, it was very good and they took very good care of their customers. Drivers Were accountable. Now they let the drivers get away with murder Orders not showing up we’re going to the wrong place Or not, or the company has become a disgrace

They have sent my orders to the wrong house 3 different times. After finally wanting a refund, they denied my refund. They made the mistake of delivering my food that I paid for to the wrong house and I'm not refunded? I'm paying for someone else to eat my food. I'll NEVER order from them again.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I have been a customer for over 5 years this is the first time I've experienced this My order was picked up by a driver and the driver went to a 35 minute drive away from my home He sat stationary at another house for over an hour Never got any delivery or refund

I’ve been door dashing off n on for over 3or 4 years.After dash one day I go on the app n it says deactivated.so im shocked as to how or why?Customer service tells me to respond to an email that I never received so I had the agent send me the email.The email has you to put a reason for the deactivation mind you door dash never gave me a reason n the agent didn’t know what the cause was.so I called back several times n explained how can I give a reason for my deactivation when DoorDash never told me. So the next email was for a background driving history.Mind you my license is valid.I have a ticket from 2022 that was paid 1yr/2 ago.I sent an appeal n they still decided not to activate my account.I heard of this happening to other people n I don’t recommend using door dash.I can never understand their agents because they don’t speak English.This company completely sucks .Id understand this if I was having constant complaints or issues but that’s not the case n I will be deleting my DoorDash customer account because this company will never get another cent out of me.

Tracked driver in the same position for over 10 minutes. Tried to contact driver and he hung up on me. Then cancelled. So had to wait for another driver, $120 meal delivered stone cold. Zero doordash customer care. Had to contact restaurant. Not the first time I've had issues with doordash wiping it's hands clean when there is a problem.

Dasher dara never delivered my wawa order. Took my weekend groceries and my wawa rewards points. Called customer service for my order and they will refund my purchase, not my rewards or order, and ill see that refund in 12-15 days. I hope Dara enjoys my gallons of sweet tea while ignoring my desperate calls. Meanwhile at DoorDash customer service they just repeated they refunded and wouldn't end the call so i could leave them a customer experience review

Never came and left my food and never picked it up. Didn’t give my money back for the food I never received. Would never use this company again. It was bad enough that they kept making the pick up time later and later but they didn’t give you the option to not want the delivery any longer, because of the delay. They said if you cancel, no refund. I waiting for well over an hour and half and the restaurant is five minutes from me.

The food I ordered wasn't delivered. Doordash did nothing to make that right. This was my first experience with Doordash and will certainly be the last. I find it hard to believe their business model is to charge customers for food they never receive.

I order through door dash for lunch at KFC I didn't get an item so I told them through the app and they said they couldn't give nothing back so I called the support team through door dash number and the guy said can't give no money back nor did I get what I paid for SMH stop taking from people it's not right..

first order was delivered to wrong address second replacement order dasher kept going around in circles I had to give delivery instructions over and over then go out to the street to flag them downk Doordash has delivered to me daily for some time and this has never been the proble, Good thing I speak fluent Spanish to be able to give insstructions to the driver. the dasher kept saying its the app its very confusing but why has every other dasher found me with no problem ect the two today. I have had so many great dasher from all over who never had a problem with the app getting them to my door.

Ordered a couple of breakfast burritos; which never arrived. Total bill of 27.00 and Door Dash offered a 6.00 credit. Poor business practices and worst customer service.
