Delivery driver dropped off food to the wrong location and made no attempt to correct their mistake. Wasted 30$ and tip to driver for very poor service. This company needs to do better at hiring competent workers. I've also ordered in the past and the driver never picked up the order! Two times using this service and so far two unhappy or resolved deliveries. DO better! will not use delivery service if it's through doordash!

They review things too much, if an order is wrong then refund the money they make it complicated. I've waited over 4 days for some BS review because the store messes up SOOO MUCH I've put in like 6 refunds so they question me ? Wow

Wouldn't recommend this joke of a company to my worst enemy, just use/work for Uber Eats! It's definitely a legit company that cares for their employees and customers!! I will continue to tell hundreds of people to stay away!!

completely terrible customer service, comlpetely terrible service. THEY WILL TELL YOU A 20 MINUTE WAIT AND YOULL WAIT AN HOUR AND THEY WILL TELL YOU "TOUGH LUCK" ... FOR THE THIRD TIME IN A ROW I ORDERED FORM DOORDASH AND TODAY, I ORDERED ICE CREAM FOR MY SON AND A MEAL FROM MCDONALDS, THINKING IT WOULD BE QUICK AND EASY AND I COULD FINISH STUDYING. NOT ONLY DID THEY SAY TWENTY MINUTES AND IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR, BUT HIS ICE CREAM CAME COMPLETELY MELTED, COMPLETELY, COMPLETELY COMPLETELY COMPLETELY MELTED, THE RECIEPT SAID THE ORDER WAS MADE AT 410, IT DIDN'T GET TO OUR DOOR UNTIL 515 PM OVER AN HOUR, THE FRIES WERE COMPLETELY COLD ALL OF IT WAS INEDIBLE. THE SODA HAD SAT FOR SO LONG THAT IT WAS WARM AND THERE WAS ZERO ICE IN THE SODA. SO FOR MY 30 DOLLAR ORDER THEY OFFER TO REFUND ME THE ICE CREAM AND NOTHING ELSE, I SAID "HAVE SOMEONE COME PICK THIS UP AND I WANT A FULL REFUND THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS THAT YOU GUYS WOULD BRING ME A COMPLETELY MELTED ICE CREAM AND TELL ME I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, IT WENT STRAIGHT INTO THE TRASH. WE ORDER FROM DOORDASH ALL THE TIME, WE NEVER WILL AGAIN. NEVER. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND JUST GO GET IT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE YOU SAY YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR MEASLY 5 DOLLARS ON YOUR 30 DOLLAR ORDER THEY DICONNECT YOUR CHAT AND YOU GET NO HELP. RIDICULOUS.

I had ordered chicken breast from benny chicken via doordash and the dasher showed me a picture of the truck's gate when i had mentionned to drop it on the left side of the building to the second door, he never called me, so i called doordash on the july 25 for a refund of 32$ l,that was the price included the tip, they refunded me on the same day and they told me that could takes up to 7 days, i texted them today cos i still didnt have the refund yet and they told me to wait until tomorrow otherwise that could be a problem with my bank, does not make any sens cos i paid with a credit car. I will never order again with doorshit that must be called doorshit.

They allow customers to lie and get your account suspended just because they want a free meal. The fda should shut this company down no reps speak English

My order for 10 items at a local store didn’t arrive until 2.5 hrs later. Save yourself the ridiculous “delivery fee” and “tip” since half your items will be missing anyway

Food delivered to wrong address, Customer service hang up on me without allowing me to know what they were doing to correct the issue. And I had to call back and literally tell someone to shut their mouth and let me talk before anything got resolved. I will not use this service ever again.

Time and time again they have failed to complete our orders and tried to charge us for service not provided. When you reach out to customer service they treat you terribly and don’t compensate you at all. They have a “F you, buyer beware” attitude and are extremely rude and unhelpful.

My first time using Door Dash and it was a horrible experience. I tried calling the driver twice, once before and after the said delivery. No answer, client care did not get through to him/her either. My food was delivered to the wrong house, we were told the refund could take up to 10 days. With no extra money to buy again, we were extremely disappointed. Will never use this service again.

Door dash has a terrible delivery service. They quote you a delivery time, but when the driver is chosen they are all the way across town from the restaurant. They don't even get to the restaurant by the time you are initially quoted. They pick up your order and the app says they're headed to you, then a few minutes later it says they're dropping off another order. It takes them another 20-30 minutes to get to you and your food is cold. This is happened to me on almost every delivery (~20 deliveries) since I joined Doordash. I was a Seamless member for years before this and their delivery service is almost perfect. I only joined doordash because it was free with my credit card but I can't wait to go back to Seamless.

They delivered me raw food, and offered an “$5 credit to be used immediately”. After years of paying for a membership, using them over other services, and needing minimal support, they refused to refund this inedible order. I spoke to several supervisors, and every single one refused to evaluate the details and offer a reasonable solution to the issue. I have cancelled my membership and deleted my account. I would discourage anyone from giving them business.

We have been packing to move all day. the whole family haven't had anything to eat all day. We called, placed this pretty big order and 2 hours later we finally get a call saying they don't have self serve ice cream, which we specifically said in the order, if they have it we just want a little cup of not it's fine. the lady told us they didn't have it we said ok and 20 mins later after two hours of waiting she cancels the order.

Ordered food that the driver left at the door. He/she did not knock and ants were all over it. Ordered food from Pizza Hut Pizza Hut a month later and was missing an item. Contacted Doordash. They said to contact the store because they couldn't give refunds. ANYTIME I CALL PIZZA HUT, IT GOES DIRECTLY TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WHO CAN'T HELP ME WITH MY ISSUE. At the end of the day they're all scams.

A very minable company. No need to even leave a comment or complaint. They just suck. Never I would recommend doordash to my family. They don't even deserve an upper case "d" for their name.

I ordered food and pushing the drivers back and took an hour and a half to get a response and then I canceled my $50 order and gave me $13. This is terrible customer service.
