So the DoorDash stole my property, DoorDash refuses to give the refund and it's open to shut case due to the fact that the delivery address was accidentally placed at the very store that made it and yet they have this fact and refuse to give my funds back, If this goes on for another day I have to make that police report so I don't lose out, I'm going to USC code them from top to bottom

Doordash is a sorry company they let they employees steal people stuff and do nothing about it. Then they don't want to give you your refund. all they say is they are looking for ways to improve and nothing still gets done. I am going to get me a lawyer because I want my money that they driver stole. They going to steal my package and replace it with women shoes. And Doordash is doing nothing about it at all

I have cancelled my "Dash Pass twice now. Because of the lack of clear communication with support and app issues. Charging exorbitant fees for the problems with the app. I will never use this service again!

I ordered from cafe Milano and on the website it said no service fee for my delivery order and they charged an 6 dollar and 5 cent service fee to me and an 8 dollar service fee to my coworker. Then they had the nerve to say it only applies to pickup when on the website it said 0 service fee for bothe the pickup and delivery.

I had a delivery to Methodist hospital from merncias gourmet hunan right around the corner and left instructions to deliver to a certain room and the doordasher didn't deliver the food to the room and my husband just had surgery for a broken hip and couldn't walk, well the door dasher left it on a chair took the picture and left with the food so my husband never got his dinner. When they have delivered to a room before when my son was there. This is really messed up on there part

This company took money every month on my credit card without me engaging for any service.. and when I call to get refunded they first tell me that the supervisor will call me back which they never did.. I call back.. and I have to call 6 times to hope for a call back from the supervisor.. wen she finally calls me back she says that I have to call my bank for the refund and she hungs up on me. They are crooked thiefs

I ordered a pizza and it was COLD. The drivers are NOT required to use pizza or food warmers. Really? Are you kidding me? I called CS and they had no answer but did reimburse me. Unless you are ordering a salad or cold sub, I would not recommend them to anyone!

I hate doordash! Literally! I'm not driving at the moment so I have to order online. They don't want to give u your money back it's like it had to be only a certain amount of times that my stuff is missing or they won't give my money back! So tell yall dashers to stop taking our food, putting their nasty hands in my food, and then yall don't wanna take accountability! Then yall have this new thing with groceries that's so stupid! I can't order ice cream at all because if not express my groceries ride around in someone's car for over an hour after them leaving the store! It's so stupid! Yall policies are so crappie! I've contacted yall just recently about my items being spoiled and yall still haven't issued me a refund nor contacted me because I report my items. So I can't report every time my stuff is messed up or missing! It's no reason why my bag should be opened when it gets here especially if it was stapled together! I have been paying for a membership with yall for over a year now and I'm so fed up with yall..yall need to do better or get from out of the food industry. And I've still haven't gotten my refund. I'm tired of yall man something needs to be done about doordash! Yall are the robbers! I paid for merchandise that I didn't get!!!! And yall still have my money! NOOO!

I won't be using door dash ever again. They have been pretty bad in the past but this time was unbelievable. I was flat out lied to several times. After 3 hours some one finally offered me $10.00 for all the inconvenience. I won't get my money back for a week. I gave them a plethora of opportunities to keep me as a "valued customer" and they failed horribly.

Door dash really sucks they mess up and then they always have an excuse for why they messed up this is like the third time the first time they told the driver to send it back to the place the second time they canceled my order I don't know how they did that in this last time they said they came in my food got delivered to someone else and I have to wait 10 to 12 days to get a refund back so I have no food and no money to get food they really need to get this s*** together unbelievable doordash

Awful experience. Terrible customer service and company policies. Can't even type a response before most agents try to disconnect the chat. Received completely inedible food on an expensive meal and was offered a pittance in compensation. Cancelled my account and won't be back. I'll stick with Uber Eat.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I have tried to contact DoorDash MULTIPLE times and my issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED! Every single time I called, the customer support team would hang up on me before I even had that chance to ask a question. I even tried emailing, only to find out that emails are “no longer monitored” by the support team. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!

I ordered. The dasher just cancelled the order and left. I went to my door to get the order and no one was there. I contacted support and they repeatedly denied my refund request. They refunded $6.15 and charged me $25 for the order that dasher cancelled. I didnt know they could do it. I didnt know they had such a policy as to rob the customers. I am an international student and its really hard for me here. How can people do this. I saw other's reviews and now i know to uninstall doordash and ask all my friends to do the same as well.
