“I wish I can leave 0 Stars. Worst app, horrible business! Like Uber eats. Door dash stole my earnings and pretend it was Apple Pay. When I called the company apple they told me my dasher card wasn’t even on there records and there for those transactions wasn’t them. Remind you this was my money for food and gas. When I reported this to door dash they refused to give me my refund and erase the transaction history. Please be careful working this app. It is full of scammers and fraudulent ppl who work for DoorDash. These are the same people who pretend to be your DTE Service.”

“What a terrible experience I am having. The last 5 orders have been horrible. Food missing and the customer service has told me there is nothing they can do. I pay for the dashpass for what?! I over it! I am going back to Grubhub! Done! If a company can not hold the restaurant nor drivers accountable then stick it!”

“I could not find the product I used to buy at Aldi, after some searched, only DoorDash had it and I could get my first order free if I spend over $40. To match that amount I ordered 16 boxes. It was delivered when I wasn't home the same night. When I sow the product it was 16 boxes of the same brand, but in different form of cooking, and that one was available even in local Aldi, but I could not stand the taste. After 2 days t calling and spiking with two representatives, I got email: We're following up to let you know that we've concluded our review and have made the decision to deny your refund request. So, I payed for something I can not use, plus stacking fee and 18% tip. They did not send the text about the substitution before the delivery, just email, but who is checking emails every minutes?”

“Door Dash is a company that uses AI to maximize profit and minimize employee satisfaction. I was deactivated (cancelled) because I questioned the algorithm, that in fact when it says "it's busy come dash" it is indeed not but they have you on stand by in case it does get busy..... Maximize profit. Not surprised I was deactivated it's based out of San Francisco.”

“I ordered a specific set of Play doh modeling compound from Staples through Door Dash. They substituted the product without contacting me. AND I have NO IDEA which store it was purchased from. I have called every store in the vicinity trying to track it down. Now, I have spent the last 10 minutes trying to get through on the DOOR DASH customer service line. - Just talked to customer service rep and they said it had to be reviewed by an internal team and they would send me an email. That team must be VERY busy. A BIG two thumbs down for Door Dash.”

“Prices, fees and tips are ridiculously out of control, done with doordash!!! You oay twice as much gorgeous everything and have to tip on top of that. The extra stop is a scam, they drop the 2nd stop so their friend or whoever can pick it up then your tipping twice, what a scam!!!”

“I was a driver recently and they started a "facial recognition" suddenly and somehow after driving for them over a year, I FAILED MY OWN FACIAL RECOGNITION??? I don't know how that's even possible. They even rejected my appeal. The appeal even said it would be resolved the next day but they kept me hanging with hope for over a week before dropping me suddenly. How I failed a facial recognition with the same face as when I started Ill never know but im getting my lawyer involved. I have no clue as to who is in charge of it but their "facial recognition" in the midde of my work day failed me and my family's wellbeing. So suddenly I am jobless unable topay my bills. I DO NOT recommend working or ordering with Doordash. There is no direct way to get to customer support They put you through so many hoops. Customer support must be even in another country because it's hard to talk to and understand them. Horrible company. Go with Uber eats. Better deals, service, and employment”

“Sick so I ordered delivery through chicken salad chic app which uses DoorDash for delivery. Had to speak to the location about what I was wanting. Order was delivered minus 1 soup. Store said it was in the bag, fulfilled by manager. Donut looks like DoorDash took 1 soup. I’m done with DoorDash.”

“I ordered from taco bell. My food never got to my home. I called them they told us they'd order our meal again & deliver it. Instead they reordered it but then canceled it without a reason for doing so. I have proof of all I wrote here & I'll never use doordash again. They refused to give me my money back. Stay away from them unless you like being ripped off.”

“THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER, ORDERED MY FOOD TOOK ALMOST AN HOUR TO GET TO ME AFTER GETTING PICKED UP THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS SO RUDE AND TOLD ME SHE HAD TO DO SOMETHING ELSE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSABILITY OR HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM. STAY AWAY FROM DOORDASH.”

“Each time I use this app to order groceries and an item is out of stock they bill me the same price. I have receipt to show the amount from the store and if the item you order is less they are not refunding you. They are very dishonest”
