“NEVER USE THIS APP BY ALCOHOL. Driver only stop by your door less than 2 mins then take your alcohol away. Driver is not reachable by neither in-app message nor by phone call. Customer service is only willing to refund half of your order. They do nothing and take half of your oder money. Attitude sucks. Sucks!!!!!!!”

“I have been ordering a lot from doordash lately because my apartment flooded and my truck broke down all on the same day. I have been put into a different apartment upstairs and for some reason the dashers can't find it so they have been putting food all over my apartment complex at different people's apartments and the office the dashers are admitting to do that. I guess with all the bad luck I have been having a few of the places we have been ordering from have been messing up my orders so I fully understand that to doordash it looks like I'm trying to pull one over on them but I'm really not I just want what I have ordered and delivered to me not somewhere else so since has been happening I have been requesting my money back because I'm not getting the service that I have asked for with my food or delivery so now doordash is treating me like a criminal trying to pull one over on them when I am definitely not I'm a God fearing women who just would like what I ordered and delivered to me. I'm so sorry that so many people have screwed ya'll over but you can't treat all of us like we are trying to pull one over on you because now I want to delete the app and get my stuff from somewhere else who doesn't make me feel like a criminal and understands that some people are legit on what they are saying to you. I have sent pics in to them of the food I received that was raw and doordash did nothing didn't go get me food that was cooked or give me money back for my raw food so I had to throw it away and was out 13.00 dollars and delivery fees. Then I was at my clients house and paid extra at Wendy's for there new nuggets to be brought to me and they weren't in my order and they didn't put the 4pc nuggets in my clients meal either and they refuse to make it right I'm not always asking for my money back just bring me what I paid for and make it right. If you are not a criminal trying to pull one over on them I would go to a different delivery company because they have really bad customer service and make good people feel like they are in the wrong when they are the ones that are messing up”

“I waited 2 hrs and 45 mins just for door dash to tell me that the store cancelled and is close now. I explain to the live chat that they should’ve known this information already and this was unprofessional. Then they said they sent my money back to my bank and that I had to wait 3 business days to get it back . I explain to her that was last 30 dollar so please can you instantly send it back because I know you can .I let her know how that was my last 30 dollars and that am so hungry right now.but they just wouldn’t let up . They said they couldn’t offer me a credit I said I just want my money back so I can do Uber eats”

“I ordered door dash and McDonald's gave me drinks and nothing else the dasher didn't even look at what I ordered and McDonald's counts there stuff . Then yhe dasher thought I accused him of stealing my food. I said no I'm asking go get the rest of my order you forgot. They both suck and I'm still hungry.”

“So tonight I ordered my kids Denny's threw door dash and I spent 86 dollars and when it arrived there was only two out of four meals and the two we did get were missing food and no drink and the other two meals where not present when we called the dasher we got no response and then called door dash who off a 30 dollar credit which is unacceptable there Dasher stole my kids dinners her should be proud of himself I am currently in hold with a supervisor who is telling us there are no Dasher pictures that she shows and that they are trying to get in touch with someone to see if we can get a refund I will never use door dash again in my life the dashers are thieves they steal your food and door dash steals your money they both should be proud of themselves for stealing my kids dinner tonight way to go scummy Dasher and door dash”

“THE WORST BUSINESS EVER!!! Escalated a missing item, provided the receipt and was expecting my refund in 3-5 days… NEVER got my refund and it’s been over a month!! I won’t ever request delivery from a company who doesn’t have their own delivery service!✌🏾”

“DO NOT work as food delivery driver for Doordash. The employees there gave my personal infromation to a scammer and I got scammed into losing 450 dollars to a scammer. Hav been trying to get hold of DOordash to get my payment back. Unfortuantely they dont seem to care.”

“I ordered twice from two different restaurants and DoorDash was the carrier. Both drivers got lost, did not speak English when I called them, and some of my food was missing. I sent DoorDash a message and I still haven't heard back from you. I will NEVER use them again.”

“Door Dash continuously deducted fees from my credit card for 8 months, and I didn't even have an account with them. When I sent them an email, provided by them, it was a non-reply email. I entered a chat with their customer service and was cut off 3 times because I didn't answer fast enough. The last associate told me that she was connecting me to an "expert", and no one ever responded. Door Dash is a ripoff, so check all of your credit card and bank statements to make sure they're not charging you anything, even if you don't have an account with them.”

“About 2 weeks ago I had an issue with an order and a few days later I received an email with a code for $10 off two orders but when I went to use it, I received a message that my account is not eligible. I reached out to the help center and was told it was a mistake and to ignore it. It was meany for only certain customers who had recent issues. I suggested they still honor it especially since I had a recent issue. I was told they have technical issues sometimes make mistakes too and to ignore the email. They would not honor it. Anshul ended the chat even though I wan still typing. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to reconnect as that was an option, but of course the network issue.”

“Beware of unfair charges like undeliverable” when sloppy lazy delivery driver won’t try to call you or get to you, even with written instructions on App for hand deliver! Customer service sounds like it’s from overseas and won’t side with you! Bad bad company! Done with them!!!”

“A driver stole my food and customer service is giving me the run around. I have witness saying my driver took the picture, then walked off with my food. I contacted customer service and they said it would take up to 48 hrs for a response. Well a day later I get an email said refund denied because I don't meet the criteria. I called and they gave me a b.s excuse saying my case is still in review, however, in my app it says case closed and refund denied. They continue to give me the run around and just keep saying, "I'm sorry sir, it's policy"... It's policy to make me wait a few days for an answer on my situation because a driver stoley food ... 🤔🤔🤔 Not to mention I have emails stating my case is closed. I will definitely NEVER use door dash again because this is the second time in 2 weeks I have been screwed over by door dash with NO HELP from customer service. They are horrible...”

“I ordered food from Hungry Howie’s. I received the confirmation that the driver had received my order and the time it would be delivered. My food never came, so I called the dasher and she told me that she was in the parking lot of Hungry Howie’s and her car had stalled. She stated that she tried to take the food back in to HH and they wouldn’t take it . She said she would keep my food in her warmer in her car and as soon as her car was fixed, she would deliver my food or I could come pick it up I called HH and they told me that no one had tried to bring food back in to keep it warmed. My respond was, “somebody is lying.” I ended up canceling the order before it was taken out of my account. My issue is? I should have been called by the driver or HH. The driver states that she told HH staff what was going on with her car, but the HH staff member I spoke to says she did not speak to them about anything. I should have been notified either way. It will never happen again! This Hungry Howies is located on Ross Clark Circle near the Southeast Hospital in Dothan, Alabama.”

“This is ridiculous. That's all I can say. If u buy a 4 dollar breakfast sandwich it will equal out to 16 almost 17 dollars. Ridiculous breh. Frfr. Everytime I go in and almost place my order I delete it cause I'm not about to pay all that thats 4 times the actual price of the sandwich.”

“I'm in Galax VA. I placed an order to be delivered to Knights Inn at 2pm. I received a call around that time and the person disconnected the call when I was explaining that I had not received anything yet. I call back and no answer. I called again and was told that I would receive my order at 2:17pm. Got a text that the order had been placed in my hand. NO! I was still outside waiting. I will never ever order anything that involves Doordash. This was first and last.”
