Just getting worse and worse. Lately, I have seen deliveries with 'missing' items. While credit is received for the missing item, it is only half of what it will take to re-order it. So it will cost extra to re-order due to someone else's mistake. Seems almost scam-like.

If I can give a negative I would! They will not refund my money after ordering twice and never received it. I'm out of money and food! Doordash do not have to worry about my money or time anymore.

Today I ordered my groceries from Vons market and they were to be delivered to my house. I am somewhat disabled and it’s too hard for me to go to the market myself. My groceries never made it here and the driver told DoorDash to cancel the order because she’s claimed, she never received the groceries, on the other hand Vons market told me that she did receive the groceries. I tried to call her using the Vons app and I got a recording that my number had been blocked. I will never use DoorDash again if I can help it, and I will tell Vons not to do that either .

During the start of Covid, DD was great. An occasional misdelivery, and I’d receive credits or have it reordered. Lately, an item would be missing or wrong and the credit would only be 1/2 the cost of the item. My last order was delivered to the wrong address with a pic of the wrong door. I reported it and sent a photo of my door and walkway which looks nothing like the driver’s photo, but the request was denied several times. So I paid full price for a full order that was clearly not delivered to me. This app has gone downhill over the years. Enough is enough. No longer a DD customer.

They canceled my account because they said I had too many cancelations. When I did not have cancelations, the only cancelations were the ones that they told me we're canceled. We're supposed to get half. Pay for them cancelations and have the time. I didn't get them and because I called them on their BS is why they cancel. My account and I'm gonna do everything in my power to bring them down because they're thieves. They're liars and representatives will hang up on you. They don't care about their drivers being safe. They don't care about other drivers and each other's orders and that's been going on a lot, I hope they go down hard. I've reported a guy that was still in other people's orders. Because I used to work with him. And they did nothing about it. There are pieces of c*** and I will they will pay for f****** people. Up karma is not good. And they have you order catering bags. You pay 39 bucks for them and you never get a catering order.

You know when door dash first started it was good never had issues with orders now your lucky if you get 5% of everything you order. Apparently it's to difficult for dashers to check to ensure all items you have ordered are in the bag. And its definitely difficult for them to deliver your odlrder to the right address. I ordered over $100 worth of food from panda express and the dasher shows up unable to communicate and leaves us with a soda from sonic and drives off. I contact customer support and they give me a $15 dollar credit and then just end all communication no refund no redelivery nothing. When I dashed I never had a problem and honestly rarely heard of problems like this. Definitely done using these applications after this.

Doordash will rush any issue and will refund you pennies and that will allow them to not repay you what is owed to you because their system will read the issue as resolved. I paid for a Lage meal and got 4 nuggets and a kids fries and doordash gave me $4 for the order being wrong. Even with photographic proof and receipts I still couldn't get a fair deal

Worst experience I have had with DoorDash, placed a order and the delivery person showed up to pick up the order and then just left and then another driver picked up the order and dropped it off after over a hour, food was cold couldn’t eat it even after trying to microwave it, sent DoorDash a message and they acted like it was no big deal, I will not use DoorDash anymore!!!!

2 TIMES MY FRIEND OREDER DOOR DASH RIGHT SHE Got Nail glue from CVS and then it closed. They could at least put it outside the door and then she didn’t get her refund back and then they just canceled it then she ordered from Walgreens. They also closed. Can they just leave it outside the door or something please and guess what she didn’t Get her money back and then $96 for some random pass that she didn’t buy at least give her a refund or something please we’re not ordering here again. We’re ordering Uber eats from from now on!!!

I was a customer since customer 2019 and my experience was diabolical. The last straw, I was outside as it stated driver approaching and guess what ?driver never came but order changed to delivered …. No food this company is the worst I will never support them again … And then Cs act like they doing you a favor by refunding you …🙄bihhhh run me my coins

Driver late I saw him going to other address he saw me screaming and 20 min late he said it was not his problem. Sent a complaint and company don't care if bag was open they basically say no refund. Worse company ever. I WILL NOT GET MY REFUND FOR COLD FOOD OR OPEN BAG

Doordash hires people to not pay them and make excuses on how we violate but want to take our money we work hard and steal our gas from people thinking they got a chance i seen this with my own eyes so from this point on i view this as a scam !!! very illegal to do !!!!🥸 stealing from people that try hard to get out or struggle hmmm 🤔 somebody Time for layers to disect

Doordash has a system glitch where orders go through that you don't submit. Called the actual vendor who said they didn't have the order when it was actually confirmed. called Doordash and they said they could only give me a $7 credit on a $42 order!! customer service is terrible! might just cancel my account and go with another food delivery service.

This is the 2nd time not receiving food out of 3 times. Door dash never picked up my order and still charged me the 64 dollars for my order. Called customer service and they said that in the fine print they can take your money and not delivery anything and that we should read the fine print. This issue of not getting the order, being charged the amount regardless and then the absolute horrible response from customer service will result in me clearly not using them ever again. I highly recommend that you do not take the risk. Absolutely DoorDashs fault with poor customer consideration or and lack of service

I guess I complain too much. I've received a few orders that either had a mix up with the restaurant or the driver. Apparently if you let doordash know everytime something is wrong they start to refuse to help you. Last night my order was delivered late and the picture was taken, I went out to get it and the driver sped off with it in hand. I contacted doordash and they immediately told me I would not be refunded. I tried to chat in and the agent just repeatedly sent me pre-typed messages saying sorry they can't help even when I hadn't said anything yet. I calmly tried stating what happened because I'm in the CS industry and believe in being respectful even when frustrated but they continued to ignore me. I canceled my membership and won't ever use them again.

They have the worst drivers who steal the food. These low life degenerate drivers steal the food knowing DoorDash will just issue a refund. Then they change their name and keep delivering. One day I will find the dasher that does this and I will teach him a painful lesson. He will physically feel how frustrated I am.
