“Food was an hour late and COLD. I THINK YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS! Based on other comments you are failing. Screw you for the $10 it doesn’t compare to the $63 dollars I spent for your services. You suck.”

“Ordered my food, DoorDash messaged me that my food had been picked up. I then watched my Dasher go to another restaurant, wait 25 minutes then deliver this other food before mine. Mine was cold obviously”

“Ordered from Okini restaurant on line, then canceled order, the girl said she would not send order to kitchen, which was untrue. We canceled thru Okini and Door Dash. Door Dash Showed up, I said we canceled take the food back, he refused. I took the food back and she said refund should come from Door Dash, both in the wrong, makes no sense. The bank will have to dispute.....never again”

“ordered dish washer cat food coke and 12 eggs from target by DoorDash the driver bought everything and checked out showed that he his coming on the way home and then never arrived and then my order transfers to another driver and when I called the driver he have no idea what happened claiming that he’s one chosen to bring my stuff so the first driver named nicolas he basically bought my stuff and checkout and never delivered and stole the food and disappear when I called customer service I told them that the purchase went thru double check out I want my refund the door dash customer service telling me it’s not showing in their system that it has been purchased double time so they can’t get give refund DoorDash sucks they are hiring felony type literally any driver without checking background.”

“I downloaded the app for the first time, made an order, they canceled my order for being out of stock even with alternatives that it asked me to pick from. They took my money before confirming the order was avalible. Walked to the store myself and bought the items they said were not avalible. Waiting for my 3 to 5 day refund than am going to delete the app and never use them again. Pathetic service.”

“I ordered hotdogs and then they were out of as many as I ordered. They called right before delivery saying “we only have 16” I was still charged 50$ for the amount I first ordered. (25). They do not respond or give me a refund.”

“DoorDash always has a snippy attitude when I contact their customer support. I had my food stolen and then they told me they couldn’t do anything and that I was basically SOL. Then I found in the app I could get refunded or the food sent again. Today I contact them and ask them to remove the “hand it to me” option that requires a pin and they told me no and I said I don’t like that feature solely because I live alone and that’s a big issue for me at night as a female. They told me “sorry for the inconvenience””

“Yesterday, Your driver left my sandwiches in the alley way on a table I'm throwing away and near my trash cans!! There were already flies on my bag! If I didn't have RING I would never had known they were out there. How does he not know that he’s in an alleyway and not at a front door?! Someone needs to define his job! Terrible!!!”

“Omg. This people are absolutely the WORST. Will absolutely not honor buy one get one unless it's the very exact thing. Even though it states on Winn Dixie's sales ad which I provided the link and screen shot mix and match. Same price, count different flavors. Everyone knows this and like I said it states it on the Winn Dixie sales ad. They refuse to acknowledge it saying it does not meet the terms to get the discount. Then repeatedly disconnected chat even though I answered back even calling Winn Dixie. I have shopped there for over 20 years. This is the day of my father in law passing which I told them that in customer chat message that he had just paßed in our home and we were having to make cremation arrangements and I'm having to stop and deal with doordash in the middle of this, and somehow according to doordash my order magically got canceled they said by Winn Dixie and low and behold it was too late to place the order again even though I did it 3 hours before the store stopped accepting orders and even had a confirmation of arrival time. So here we are mourning the passing of a veteran chief petty officer of the coast guard and no food and can't order any. And repeatedly at least 10 times cut me off on chat and ended. It's like, "nope. The sky isn't blue. Nope." Chat ends. Like what in the heck is wrong with these people. And they KNOW they are in the wrong. It's so common sense when you see the ad, what it says and everything.”

“DoorDash as a company sucks!!! Every time you place an order with them it a freaking problem. And the only solution is a freaking credit that’s doesn’t even help with your next order cause they charge you double. I will never use DoorDash again because their service sucks!! And the drivers are not held accountable for their mistakes!!”

“Driver didn't get my drink (4 dollars) when I asked about it she insisted that there was no drink and that she asked so I called Popeyes they said a woman came and grabbed a bag and left with the drink inches away all I got was 2 dollars it was 4 dollars not even plus tax if I want to buy another it will be ten dollars for a 4 dollar drink”
