My " dasher" sent a child up to my senior apartment alone to bring my food. She handed me the bag and itvwas noticably light. I asked where my food was and she ran. I got inside and this "dasher" ate my mf food and had the kid deliver empty wrappers. Pretty sick of the lack of quality of drivers. Ive had to call before with similar issues.

DoorDash is rude and the drivers still your food or they give It to someone else and they want you to wait almost 4 days for a refund because they don’t want you to get one I had a order from a restaurant and the meat was burnt and the corn bread was burnt some and so on and they told me sorry we can’t do a refund and I had to put in another refund request and the news and everybody they don’t care I would never order from them again I took the app off my phone and whoever used DoorDash should use it or order from them they customer support service stink and I put in a order around 2:30 pm and never got my because claim she delivered it no she stole it and claim she delivered it unless she took to the wrong address and you have food missing from your order and all

I received an order everything was correct but one drink, I did not get my sweet tea. The dasher did not bring me another one or fix it but told me while at my work. I needed to go online and fix it. I did not find anything AT ALL, online on my app to report this. And am now out of $5.00 because of this! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE all around. I will be deleting my account. I order for work and my co-workers all the time, good way to loose business!!

Horrible delivery service. They delivered my food and it was dumped out in the bag and they refused to give me a refund even after I sent them pictures.

I ordered food through DoorDash and went to pick it up at the restaurant. Upon arriving, I was told that the kitchen was closed and that the order never should have been processed. The restaurant staff was unwilling to help me reverse the charge with DoorDash and suggested I dispute it with my credit card company. That was useless because the credit card company verified the charge with DoorDash, and DoorDash didn't bother to check with the restaurant. So, basically, if your order doesn't get filled, and the restaurant won't help, you're screwed.

After MONTHS of providing 5 star service, with extremely high scores on my ratings... Doordash refuses to make me a PLATINUM member. My personal ratings have been stuck at 4.66 for months. No change what so ever!! Just below platinum. It never changes. This is statistically impossible!! WE ARE ALL BEING MANIPULATED BY DOORDASH. As for me, I'm moving onto a company I can trust!! First driver took over an hour and didn’t even move their vehicle to get my order. Then canceled the order. Second driver showed up to the restaurant and said that the food had already been picked up. Then doesn’t respond to me and cancel my order. This is 2 1/2 hours after I made my initial order, I took the app off my phone and will never use this company again

Horrific scam, not a service. If you’re thinking of using them, just don’t. Cancelled my order TWICE in one evening while I was waiting for dinner. More than three hours of trying to get ANY food delivered to me and I’m still sitting here waiting.

I ordered my DoorDash meal at 7:30 my eta was pushed back four times and I will not receive my food until 9:30. I’m outraged. This is ridiculous. My dasher is making a ten minute drive a forty minute one. The reason behind this? Discrimination against bad tippers!! It’s not my fault I’m not gonna pay some weird ass guy to drive around getting food anything extra than what DoorDash is already robbing me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

two nights in a row door dash got the order incorrect. And tonight the order was delivered to the wrong address. I will not use this service again!!

They are slow and the dashers often cancel and then a new dasher does not pick the order up. I always have to wait an 1 hour plus for my food and by that time it is cold.

Company is simply robbing people. My receipt shows a total of $32.60 yet they charged my CC $42.10. They are now going through some "internal investigation" in response to my complaint. They take their sweet time in responding/addressing issues, yet it takes them NO time to simply rob you.

If I could give a rating of zero I would! My dash driver made a pit stop before delivering my order. I saw it him on the map go in the opposite direction of where I live and when I called him he told me that he had to make a pit stop before delivering my order which arrived frozen! I will not use this service again as the drivers are unprofessional and so are the customer service people!

Doordash delivered the wrong item, and have refused to pick it up and refund my money. I've alerted the Better Business Bureau. You should too.

$32 for a small Cole slaw and green beans. Called to let them know they didn’t bring my ribs and they said they couldn’t process a refund. Canceling with credit card and they can eat a dick

I order things on door dash and receive things even though I tell them if they don't have it to issue a refund. I receive a substitute that I didn't order and am told I'm not acceptable for a refund. I have to accept the substitute even though I asked for a refund prior to the order. False advertisement? Yes! Want to lose hard earned money through this app.Yes! Get ready for it. Customer is not right on this site! Has happened several times? Yes!

Driver approached with my order and wouldn’t give me the order because after waiting 3 minutes he cancelled the order. Note I messaged him after he said he arrived i was coming and he still cancelled the order. Customer service was AWFUL would not help me. I called 3x and they would not get me a supervisor, instead they said they escalated the issue and would hang up. I eventually just cancelled my account. I lost $36, no food and no resolution. What a waste of time. Dont get suckered into their bs

We usually use Uber Eats. I thought I’d give Door Dash a chance again. Big mistake! The order was slow and the food was extremely cold. I don’t blame the restaurant. No issues in the past. Apparently DoorDash has no way to keep food hot. They offered a $3 credit on a $60 order! No wonder the founder of DoorDash is rich enough to be on Shark Tank!
