No regard to their customers. All they care is the profit they can get from their customers. I really hope and pray karma will be with them, asap. I ordered and paid for my food but delivered a wrong food. They refused to give a refund. A million dollar company ripping off a widow of two boys for just a $45 amount of food. Shame on you DoorDash.

I Ordered over $90 of food, The restaurant I ordered from misplaced half of my order. As Doordash delivered my food with half of it gone which I didn’t realize till I got to my house. Only thing door dash customer service could do is refund me an “ apology $5 credit” since that specific restaurant wasn’t able to do anything about it except tell me “ call DoorDash “ I can’t believe that’s HOW DoorDash settles inconveniences with their customer.

If only I could give 0 stars. Customer Agents are trash. There’s no help when it comes to your payment & they’re really good at passing you off to the next agent. An absolute Joke

“DoorDash are thieves and scammers. Despite my high Platinum status, I never receive catering orders, and I’ve never received them. They promised that after introducing the paid status, every courier would get catering orders, but that was just another lie. The same people who were in the privileged list are still getting all the orders, while the rest of us are left with nothing. I’ve made countless attempts to contact the company and solve this problem, but it’s been useless. Their supervisors are clueless, and don’t even get me started on their regular support — it’s full of idiots who can’t solve even basic issues. DoorDash blatantly manipulates their algorithm and lies to their couriers.”

I had placed an order with a cookie delivery company that uses Door Dash as their delivery service. At the time of delivery, I received a call from someone that said "Door Dash" when I answered. I had placed several orders for coworkers in different cities and states, and I didn't know which order they were calling about. I tried asking him but he said that he didn't speak English. Shortly after that I got a text saying they had been delivered, but I asked my coworker if he had received them and he said no. I left detailed instructions on how to find my coworker once inside the building, but since the delivery guy didn't know how to read or speak English, that explains why they weren't delivered. Why would they send someone that doesn't know how to read or speak English at all???

I'd give less than 1 star if I could. My in-laws generously gave us $50 in credits after I had a near fatal health scare. My account wouldn't verify our cards via multiple types of payment methods attempted after multiple chats, phone calls, and escalations and hours of my time while still recovering from a traumatic event. We couldn't even get my in-laws reimbursed, have the ability to redeem the credits using a different account, nor did we get any sort of discount for the huge amount of trouble we went through trying to make our order go through. They robbed my family and me of our time and money and I have no other way to express my contempt except here because there isn't even a way to talk to anyone else besides the immediate responders to the customer service line.

I have never used Doordash but somehow they got my mastercard number and have been charging me a monthly fee of $9.99 for the past 5 months. When I called them (I had to get the phone number from my credit card company), they said they could see my "account" (how could there be an account when I've never used them??) but there were no charges so I would have to call my credit card company and have them contact doordash with the amount to be refunded. This also happened with our discover card a couple years ago, and they took care of it for us. What kind of company is this??? I don't see any other reviews with this issue; my husband and I can't be the only ones.

I ordered mini glue sticks from Michael's for my granddaughter. A dasher named William delivered my order. He brought me full size glue sticks which I cannot use. I messaged him right away but of course the dummy did not respond. I complained to customer support and they offered to give me a refund. It was either that or get a credit. I needed the glue sticks and they give no option to have the order corrected. If I took the refund and reordered I had to pay another delivery fee, another service fee and another tip. That is totally unacceptable! In the meantime, this William dummy got to keep a tip and his Door Dash payment for delivering a wrong order. That is so not right. My Door Dash deliveries are over!

All workers are from other countries and using fake accounts to work cause they illegal..Definitely not the way a company should go..Maybe it's cheap labor I don't know but lots of them are super rude and steal the customers orders

BEWARE!! I had a order I never ordered on door dash said it was delivered. I contacted customer support and they said I was liable for it and no refund could be done. This company should not be trusted! Will never use them again.

My daughter is 14 years old and loves to use door dash. She’d ordered food for door dash to pick up from McDonald’s. She never got her food or a picture to confirm that the order was delivered. And miram from door dash denied my baby a refund of $36 dollars. Shame on a company for refunding money of a purchase that wasn’t delivered. She will never use them again.

I have used DoorDash many times. Around 30 times in different cities because I travel. I will not use DoorDash any more because their dashers make many errors. They bring incomplete orders without drinks and even when the door dasher could check the order and fix it they refuse and blame the restaurant and say well the restaurant didn’t give me the drink. They refuse to return to the store and fix it even when the restaurant is only down the block. I’m disabled so I use the app because I can’t take myself to the restaurant when my husband is gone. They give you a very small refund 1-2 dollars but if you ordered the drink again on DoorDash it would cost $8-10 Dollars after fee and tip. After receiving many incomplete orders and even having my food dropped off at the wrong location. I will use restaurants with their own delivery service because they will fix their mistakes. It’s ridiculous to have a business that will not fix their mistakes without it costing you more money. Just know if you use them and a mistake is made you will pay the price. Not them.

DO NOT use DoorDash. After going back-and-forth with three food orders that had issues and refunds that they would only give back onto the app, I actually have the email saying they were putting the last refund back to my credit card and it never happened. In fact they took the money out of my bank and then the customer service lady flat out lied to me on the phone and said they processed it and I said no you didn’t. I already checked with my bank there are no credits to my bank account, this was the second time I had to call about this issue and the first lady said she was going to take care of it and she didn’t and the second lady I called wouldn’t say anything so I think she was just holding me on the phone so I would get tired of being on hold and then the third one actually seem to check on things, but she lied and said they issued me a refund which they didn’t and I don’t know if they have call centers out of the Philippines but they will keep your money!! The best thing to do is either go pick up your own food if you can if you get a lunch or use a different company

I ordered from Target, and the dasher shopping claimed that 5 of my items were out of stock. He sent a picture text of the items, but it clearly showed the items available! The Dasher spoke no English so therefore he clearly didn't know how to read. Horrible service for what you pay for membership 😒

My sister had this delivery and he went passed my building and he went around and dropped it off at a far away building and sent two pictures and they were both black and we called and he declined it so many times until he picked it up and my sister asked where it is and that he dropped it off at the wrong stop and he just hung up this is his name gauravdeep I hope he gets fired WORST DOOR DASH PERSON EVER!!

Horrible service! I use to use them a lot but recently they have gone down hill fast! I received a call that came up door dash I was confused because I didn’t order anything from them. All the man would say is “it’s door dash I at door” I told him I was sorry I didn’t order anything from them. He didn’t understand and just kept repeating himself over and over. I finally had enough and hung up. He repeatedly called over 20 times. I finally blocked the 2 numbers he used.I.still have no idea what he was calling about.

I'm warning everyone don't work for door dash it's a rip off.With the gas prices you really just work putting gas in your car they barely pay you.On top you putting a lot of mileage on your car need tire's every year and always something going to be wrong with your car.They don't care your car breaking down.You better be of getting a real job they getting rich of you.Stay away really its not worth!!!!
