I would put zero if there's a choice!! My husband order for delivery for alcohol Before you can place the order it asked him to scan his ID for age purposes and clearly they verified it. The driver never came to our house and we asked for refund and stupid door dash told us they can't compensate our request for refund! Their reason is my husband is under age as what their driver reported which the driver never came! How on earth would he know, on top of that they asked for my husband to scan his if before placing an order. They clearly stole our money! It's over $40. They just took our order, stole our money! Door dash is a thief! Don't trust this company and I will let everyone know and you guys will be on all social media!! Thieves!!!

DoorDash as a whole needs improvement. This company needs to tighten up on there dashers who think it’s okay to send personal messages requesting extra tips via their own personal cash app. I’m already including the tip in my order so why do I need to send more. Secondly, when the order is incorrect they refuse to issue some compensation and think giving back three dollars is sufficient when you’re spending $55 on an order. This company needs an overhaul quickly.

I order from taco time and my burrito was bitten off of and they told me that there was nothing they can do.they have horrible customers service 😑. I will never order from them again

It’s frustrating when I find that the restaurants I order from use DoorDash as the delivery service. I have had no good experiences. I don’t know why DD drivers always get lost, so if I get my food, it arrives cold. A few times I ended up not receiving my food and having to contact the restaurant. I miss when restaurants hired their own delivery drivers. Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Amazon Fresh always find my house and on time.

I’ve spent OVER $10,000 with door dash and I’ve been a member for YEARS paying a premium. But the customer service refund system is a joke. I had a grocery order and two of the items were spoilt expired and tasted rotten. I requested a refund with photos and it was automatically declined. There was no way to get my money back even after calling them. So I will now be deleting the app and never using it again.

We ordered yesterday from DD and our food was delivered in a timely manner. We tried again today and the person picked up our drinks/food and then disappeared. Guess they were hungry. Door Dash could not reach the person and had no explanation. Kind of bad business. We did receive a full refund and I won't use them again because this isn't the first time the driver just didn't show up.

I just want you to know how unfair and wrong your policy on firing door dashers. My daughter has worked her hardest to do a good job delivering orders. She has a good customer rating, but was fired because McDonalds system was down and she had to cancel the order. What makes me so angry is that she has no control over what the restaurant does. I will NEVER order from door dash again after how my daughter was unfairly treated. Whoever is managing door dash needs to focus on how the dasher does the job, NOT their completion percentage.

We Firstly received the wrong order so we called our dasher and he said that he could do nothing about it we then called Taco Bell and they said that they can’t do anything on there end and it’s the dasher that gives the refund we then called the dasher back and he rudely hung up on us we then called the company and they said they would refund it they just had to look over it, we said okay and waited for the email after we read the email it says that they have declined the request for the refund this is disgusting and is very disappointing I would recommend ordering off Uber eats or literally any other delivery company I am very disappointed and upset about how they treated us. Gross DO NOT ORDER OF DOORDASH PLEASE GO ORDER OFF SOMETHING ELSE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED PLEASE LISTEN WE ARE WARNING YOU!!!! Very disgusting customer service DoorDash. Not happy

Thanks Door Dash, you're saving me so much money and headaches! I really appreciate what you've done. Because finally I switched to Uber Eats, after months of debating, i cannot for the life of me now understand why an order of $20, i have to pay $16 in fees, you know .. the fees, and the ... fees, and the .... fees for fees ... and the special fees that cover other fees ... and then the begging that you do with the images to try increasing the ridiculously high tips so you yourself dont have to pay the hard working delivery team! Anyhow, thanks, i wont use your service again now that I'm using UBER EATS; a service where the same order was $8 less! You are greedy, and greed will be your eventual end.

Very bad service I recommend no one works with this company first the resend is no good system online and no any right for yourself Maybe when you are driving about 5 miles , when you get There saying the order pickup by the other one and other problem same the it's show up payment $3.50 for 4 miles driving when you check it it's 10 miles for $3.50 also the miles don't show up in your app only minutes.

Dordesh is the worst delivery I have ever seen in my entire life. Once he brought me food from a restaurant, he had mixed up several kinds of ordered food. It was not clear what my food was. It was very dirty and messed up. I called Dordesh and they told me We will return it to your bank account but they had deposited zero in my bank account . Never order with DoorDash makes the delivery terrible. I wanted send the photo of my mashed foods but they didn’t allow me to do this was their answer We could not upload one of your files, please try again later or contact support.

Doordash delivered my order to the wrong house. They refused to give me an refund or redo on my order. I have only use them twice with no issues. I don't recommend them to no one. I have no food or refund. How is that fair. Sent me a picture of someone else house with my dam food sitting on the porch.

Opened account in earlier this year, my verification process was confirmed same month. Made a deposit and also made withdrawals for some crypto. Recently, transferred my crypto somewhere else. A small amount still with clearsave Suddenly, received a request to provide them with a selfie. All letters for a reference to the legislation or procedure clarification have been ignored. Customer service non-existent!!! My friends never received similar requests but are trying to start withdrawing their funds soon, to no avail, APEX ASSET RETRIEVAL .COM finally help us out.

Is it just me, or has DoorDash really gone downhill post-pandemic and this year in particular? It used to be great IME. My issue now is with the company and customer service, not with the Dashers. I always tip my Dashers a minimum of 15-20 percent, knowing how tough their job can be and what a great job they've always done. But the company itself and its customer service have become disturbingly and intentionally dishonest. Earlier this month, I requested a partial refund from DoorDash because my order arrived with damaged cups—holes in the styrofoam that caused smoothies to spill everywhere. I initially tried to resolve it through the app and live chat, but my requests for help were automatically rejected and it took two days to get help. I’d also sent multiple photos of the damaged cups and the product all over the counter and floor (and in the bags) over those two days to support my claim. I called the following day, and DD quickly refunded me the full amount instead of the two-thirds refund I had requested. Or so I thought. I thought the issue was resolved, which was also confirmed in chat message DoorDash sent me detailing the amount of my refund and the date/time it had been issued. But evidently that means nothing to DD in practice. Fortunately I had thought to take screenshot of DD's confirmation. So when I noticed today the refund still hadn’t been processed, I reached out for help through live chat and by phone. The result? Multiple CS agents denied a refund had ever been issued to me and tried to gaslight me. Their business model now appears to be to wear customers down by lying, hanging up, etc. assuming customers will just drop it. Even after I shared my screenshots confirming the refund and showing the date and time it had been issued, DD CS reps and supervisors flat-out told me they didn’t care if DD customer service had issued me a refund because they weren’t going to honor it and there was nothing I could do about it. Literally that is what they told me. That was unacceptable to me. This went on for 90+ minutes. Finally the third supervisor I talked to agreed to process the refund. After an hour of this back-and-forth when I was yet again on hold, I filed a dispute online with my credit card company. I should have done that first, but I thought communicating with DD was the proper action to take before disputing it. HOW WRONG I WAS. After filing the online dispute (with no upload to provide all my documentation), my credit card company very quickly sent me an email stating that the dispute was complete and that they had resolved it in my favor and credited me the full amount. Credit card companies must be very familiar with DoorDash and its shady practices because they closed the dispute in my favor while DoorDash was still refusing to honor its refund to me. I'm now done with DoorDash for good.

They stole my money. I ordered three times this month and every order they charge me twice. I call to try to get my money back and they said, you only has 48 hours to make a claim, the same time the bank takes to post a withdrawal for the bank account. by the time you realized they charged twice, the time to do a claim has expired. THEY ARE TIEFS - THEY ARE STEALING THE CUSTUMERS MONEY!!! BE CAREFUL- Horrible customer service at the phone, they do not help at all.
