Doordash needs to crack down on their drivers asking for tips, and/or additional tips when a tip has already been applied. The drivers lately have been out of control. I understand many of them call the tips a "bid for service" but until Doordash changes the verbiage on their app to match this opinion, this needs to end. This is coming from someone who always tips 20+%.

We specifically had instructions on the order ticket not to have dressing and cheese on a $20 salad and it came with tons of dressing all over it and the restaurant says they can’t do anything, so DoorDash gives me a $6.85 random refund when the whole salad can’t be eaten. I’ll go pick it up next time and DoorDash can become like WeWork…non-existent!

I HATE THIS COMPANY I HAVE USE THEM OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN,BUT THEY STILL MANAGE TO DISAPPOINTMENT ME .. I ORDERED A SMOOTHIE AND WHEN I GOT A NOTIFICATION SAYING THEY GAD ANOTHER STOP BEFORE ME I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO VE A COMPLETE DISASTER!!!!! I LITERALLY STAY FIVE MINUTES AWAY,BUT I DON'T HACE A CAR AT THE MOMENT AND DECIDED TO TRY IT AGAIN BECAUSE IM NOT FEELING WELL..NOW JUST LAST NIGHT THEY LEFT MY SIDA OFF MY ORDER..THEN ALL THEY WANT TO REFUND ME IS $3.00 OF A $20.00 ORDER OK KOOL.. NEVER I NEAN NEVER AGAIN.. Trying to upload a picture of the Cup of Green watery colored water I received that supposed to have been a Smoothie 🤮🤮🤮🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I ordered a meal and the charge was about $30. I didn't mind the charge but service was terrible. The delivery driver didn't speak english which seems to be the norm lately. Mistakingly, I had the wrong address for delivery and I repeatly tried to contact the driver to notify her of the correct address. First I was hung up on,then I sent several texts with no reply. My order was never delivered to me even after several attempts to contact the driver. I called doordash to try to rectify the issue and was directed to the restaurant, then was redirected back to doordash. Wasted over an hour on the phone, just giving a runaround. It's not the customers fault that most of drivers they hire don't speak english and will not try to talk to you. Just easier to just not answer the phone or texts. The last three doirdash orders never reached my house, poor service because they can't communicate.

Ordered my son's birthday cupcakes in Kansas City MO like I do every year. Doordash driver texted me that the cupcake bakery did not pack them well because they didn't use cake toppers and they were damaged. Also told me it wasn't that bad and they were edible. I told him NOT to deliver and to get more and he said the store had refused him and blamed him. Called the store and they said they had not heard from him and they would gladly redo the order. He delivered them anyway. Please see the photo. Called "corporate" because they won't supply a local number and they refused to redeliver but gave me my money back. A simple birthday gift gone ruined due to the incompetent drivers Doordash hires. Never again!

Doordash delivered to wrong address and declined refund. I guess doordash can just deliver where ever they want! Don't use Doordash!!!!!! Their customer service sucks! Reported to BBB not sure what else I can do :( BS

They charge you for express service an additional $ 2.99 I got my order in over one hours (more than any single delivery) and today they were expecting me to wait for an hour and a half since they did not have dasher This is not a service at all

Ordered Mr Sub from Waterdown, driver did not deliver my sub although i received notification that Varinder confirmed he handed it to me when in fact he didnt! Missed my Lunch at work!! If I could leave ZERO stars I would!!

Me and my girl been doing DoorDash for only 3 days and have ran into other Dashers getting orders and we should get priority on it, had to decline is few for distance but other than that take everything and always get skimpy low pay orders and have had 5 issues in just 3 days. Even after investing in a huge, appropriate & approved expensive pizza case and no pizza orders. Dunkin Donuts in Belleville, Ohio is closed after 9pm and there’s no place to leave a message about it. ~terrible experience so far and half credit on a few dollars doesn’t matter after 1/2 a tank of gas is gone. They don’t have an easy way to get ahold of a person and/ or leave a Dasher comment Almost feels like a scam and I want to be done with it but keep giving them a chance but with the difficult times just to reach customer service when simply pressing 0 is of no help I feel like we should just try a different app. I hope they fix these issues soon I can’t find anywhere to report that Dunkin Donuts in Bellville, Ohio is closed early at 9pm for a week. I actually like DoorDash but service for Dashers is a joke right now and who knows how many better orders we missed for partial credit on an out of the way drive. Argh, sigh

I used Door Dash for the first time a few weeks ago. The order and delivery were fine. Yesterday, I had a $9.99 charge on my card for Door Dash Plus. I didn't authorize the charge, and I didn't receive an email that I was enrolled in it. Also, when I went to my account, it showed that I wasn't signed up. I attempted to chat. The wait times said less than one minute for over 20 minutes. An incompetent foreigner began the chat. I explained the issue. The agent continued to ask me about the delivery charge. I escalated the complaint. I received a call from another incompetent agent. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, canceled the card and had another one reissued. And, I won't be dealing with them again. Grubhub is the best; and, the least expensive. And, credit cars information is safe!

They deactivated my account for 1 delivery they said I didn't complete and that's a lie I've always completed my deliveries I need MONEY I mean I'm not doing it for fun

I ordered Pollo Tropical through door dash did not get all items and still have not got my refund day 10 and neither my bank or door dash want to take responsibility.....will never order from door dash or Pollo Tropical again.....it should be better checks and balance

Door Dash group of thieves and thugs. I ordered thru this app 3 items and received only 2 . Called the restaurant they said we skip. I complained to Door Dash they issued me half the refund of that item. So I received nothing and paid for the item along with taxes and their in competent fees. Their customer service is pathetic you can not chat with them they always shut the chat by saying they can not do anything about. Every body should boycott this Money suckers app. Shame on you Door Dash.

Doordash is terrible! You order food and then they pick up other food and deliver it before your food. Never mind the complete disregard to somebody's food that they're getting, they understand bacteria and bacteri starts growing within a certain period of time. Unacceptable, shame on you Door Dash

You have got to stop hiring drivers that don’t speak list and that are not from this country. I am sick of dealing with your drivers who don’t speak English. It’s not my job to teach them English, to teach them where I live! This is United States remember that.

The delivery fees change from what's advertised on the face page. When you go to the cart, they double your delivery fee. The restaurant is only 2 miles from my house and I have never paid $6.99.

I'm late to the food delivery game and let's just say my first experience will now be my last with Door Dash. I ordered via a restaurant, put in a 25% tip and then saw that my order had been delivered so I went to the lobby of the hotel and there was no order. I called the restaurant and they shared with me that this often happens with Door Dash as anyone can sign up to work with them and they don't use any identity verification to check to make sure the person is who they say they are. So essentially I was out of $38. I will make sure to order from Uber next time as I know they do use online identity verification and they also provide/share tracking of the driver. Amazing that they are still in business after reading some of these reviews. CRAZY!
