“DoorDash only delivered half of my order an hour and a half after originally placing it. I find out it’s gonna take over another hour to get the rest of my order delivered to me. So I canceled the order and now I have to wait three days for a refund! I will never use DoorDash again. Y’all are awful!”

“Received an entirely incorrect order, put in a complaint, it had to get "escalated" (I complain a lot because I very rarely get everything I order and sometimes don't get it at all). This escalation resulted in no refund, despite the receipt on the bag I'm the picture not matching what I order or even my name. Horrible service. The only reason I use it is the free premium through Chase. I'd say over half of orders are wrong or go missing.”

“ill never use doordash again after seeing one of their drivers SPIT inside a child's drink. Fortunately, there were cameras that caught him, but doordash did not handle it well. They did not do much to make things up to the customer, and im sure there are many other dashers just like this disgusting person doing similar things.”

“DoorDash is the worst , as a dasher you can’t make any money no one tips , as a customer you can’t not count on any level of customer service, if you call they treat you like it’s some how your fault as the customer. As a dasher it’s no better , they truly do not care , it’s a big racket ..”

“I use DoorDash often, so that has given them multiple times to get it WRONG. On several occassions I have used the service to grocery shop for me. Everytime I get the wrong item(s) the company just throws a refund slap on it. My money takes days to get back into my account and I STILL DIDNT GET THE RIGHT ITEM. Today-I had a DoorDash shopper go to Aldi and get 2ilb of salmon, Brussel sprouts, red onion, and rice. The dasher showed up and took a picture of the item left at the door. I was working so I didnt go out right away. When I did go, there was only a bottle of lemonade at my door. I called DoorDash and they offered me a credit and a free option for another dasher to go out and get the food again. Then they asked if they could give me a credit. How does that make me have my food? The principle is the Dasher stole my groceries and nothing was done to that person about it! And I am stuck eating a cold sandwich tonight for dinner!!”

“They owe me money for money they charge on my credit card tried to contact them through their customer service your on hold for hours upon hours and they do it deliberately do not deal with these people whatever you do”

“My food was stolen by the driver. First they say they had to get another driver then when they girl said it was delivered I walked up and down the street pregnant looking for my food. I don’t want to use them again”

“I received the wrong order then between the company I ordered from and door dash they argued about who owed me my money back. Then when refunded me took it back again a couple days later. This company is a crook and needs to be shut down. It was almost 60$ they took from me and I'll never recommend or use this company again for nothing bunch of DAYTIME ROBBERS”

“The dasher didn't speak English & insisted I get someone who spoke Spanish. In my very limited Spanish, I told him that 2 women in the office speak Spanish. (He was standing next to the office.) Doordash called him & translated my instructions. My food was late & he greeted me with a frown. It seems that there's always something with their employees.”

“I have used DoorDash the last 3 times I have ordered food. 1st time I ordered from DoorDash the dasher stole my food from ChickFilA so I had to demand a refund. When the driver didn’t answer their phone DoorDash had no choice but to give me my money back, leaving me and my family very hungry and mad. 2nd time was delivery from Taco Bell. Some of my food was missing and the rest was cold and inedible to the point my 2 year old son wouldn’t even eat a cheese quesadilla! And the 3rd time was DoorDash had said they couldn’t find my order so I personally went to the restaurant and was able to get my food just fine because they said DoorDash has been having issues. DO NOT TRUST DOORDASH!! Their system is not working!!”

“Very bad service the most of the times the dashers picks up the order then cancel the order so new dasher picks up so basically u wait for min 2 hrs to get your food delivered if ur lucky the supervisors and agents are so unhelpful too they normalizes it by saying oh next time won't happen with no sorry. Bad bad service”

“This is the worst service. It can take up to two hours or never. I have had 5 out of 6 deliveries end with gross cold soggy food or a driver that never shows up. I refuse to deal with them everagain”
