Door dash just lost a longtime client. I will NEVER use this company again. I never received my order because of their incompetent driver Sindy delivered to the wrong address she did not coordinate that she was lost. She did not follow protocol in trying to contact me, in fact I messaged her if she was lost and she never responded. See images below, does the address 4194 look remotely close to the address 4235? NO. So why did she leave it there?? she left my pizza at some random address that was not even close to being my address. Then in the description from the driver she tried to make it seem like she contacted me. When clearly she did not and is a Liar. then when i called customer service and spoke to a handfull of ppl whose names i only remember are Marinel and Diana. They did not help or process a refund for me.Diana was trying to say I didnt verify that i was even me or it was even my order and argued with me about not giving me my money back. It was ridiculous. Clearly i have the reciepts and it WAS my order but she wouldnt help me. Then Marinel would not even hang up the line when i spoke with her about it so i could leave my customer service review because she was so worried I would call her out on her bad customer service well I am calling her out now. Marinel you are the worst customer service agent I have ever delt with I hope the call I made to you was recorded so your boss can hear how you left me on the call for over 40 minutes because you wouldnt transfer me to do my servey. Door dash do better hire better drivers who at least speak english. And customer service agents. And stop robbing people of their money. Recieving a refund in 12 business days is a load of crock and you all are robbing people. I better receive my refund in the next day. I been waiting 4 business days not counting the weekend which is 2 days already so thats actually 6 days that you all have stolen from me. Never again will i do buisness with you. I am deleting my account. Hope you donโ€™t treat any of your other customers this way.

I made an order and it was immediately canceled and told my money would be returned in 5-7 days , when I called customer support the guy refused to do anything to help me, said that the merchant cancelled it so I called the merchant and they said they had no idea what happened that they never did that.

Theyโ€™ll sign you up for the door dashbpass by default so be aware while ordering!! The chekbox to subscribe to pass is default setting which i feel is not ethical rather should be unchecked and let the user sign up if they really need them .

This is strictly a complaint on the dasher. My dasher gave a different eta four separate times then following his journey. I see him passing my entire neighborhood and going to another neighborhood. I spoke to doordash chat, I donโ€™t get why they have a โ€œlive personโ€, they all read a script. They canโ€™t do anything for you when the dasher is going to different places. We canโ€™t give you a refund because we need to pay the dasher and restaurant. Take some accountability as a company where you hire bad workers.

It sucks when you order food to have it delivered and you get charged $10 extra. I either take the charge or walk. If I had a vehicle I'd just pick up my own food. This service sucks. The bad part is the app said no delivery fee, yet I would have been charged $10 extra if I decided to use this service. If there's no delivery fee then what was that $10 extra dollars about. Forget doordash! I even thought I'd order from a cheaper restaurant to help with the cost, however their fee isn't worth it. Let's boycott doordash. Go pick up your own food and items! I on the other hand will give my friend $5 to help me get food; or I'll just walk! I need the exercise anyway!

I recently started working for door dash and I literally did my best but for the drivers we are all working with a app from door dash that sometimes takes us behind buildings and said that you have reached the address. Sometimes we canโ€™t even reach the customers and then we canโ€™t reach door dash. Their app has a bad glitch and they donโ€™t fix it. They will give the drivers an order and then the driver gets to the pickup no order itโ€™s already picked up says the restaurant because the app deletes the order and the store canโ€™t find it and neither can the driver and sadly the customer is left hanging. Most door dash drivers are good decent people who are really trying to do their deliveries in a timely manner but an app with a glitch is the absolute worst. Door dash blames the drivers, however we are following their app. Door dash even blames the drivers for being stuck on freeway in traffic, because their app doesnโ€™t detect that there is traffic on the freeway. Door dash is unfair and they will deactivate a good delivery driver for simply being stuck in traffic and canโ€™t move. They do not understand that Houston Texas is a city full of heavy traffic. They donโ€™t pay for toll roads either, so most drivers will use the feeder road to avoid paying for the toll, especially since the drivers are not paid well to begin with. I believe most bad deliveries are caused by the door dash app because it has a glitch. It once took me to a burnt out building and said that I had reached the customer. The customers need to know that itโ€™s not only them getting frustrated the delivery drivers are working with a company that refuses to fix the glitch in their app and the confusion starts there. Leaving the customer unhappy and frustrated and the drivers getting blamed for something out of their control, we follow door dash app. I have had the app to say turn right and I turn right then it says make a u turn and the driver does and then it takes the driver back to the same turn right spot and around in a circle. I have had to use my own GPS in my car to get to customers because their app does not know what itโ€™s doing. I have complained to door dash and was told by a customer service representative that they are working on fixing the glitch and another one said that it would cost too much to fix the glitch, but in the meantime customers suffer unnecessarily and so does the delivery drivers with the drivers getting blamed for door dash glitch problems.

A dash was assigned to my order then drops it on app. The door dash AI they use for help is worthless. After I get my refund Iโ€™m deleting the app

I ordered a $68 ordered and never received it. I tried to contact the driver but wasn't successful. I contacted door dash and was told we need to review it. Never ever ever will I order through them again. And I bet the driver won't be penalized for screwing up

ive used them approximaty 5 times. There has been a problem with every order. I had a message to call driver and he cant speak English. He saysโ€Textโ€. Im done. Not ever using Door Dash again. ive used other services anf no problem. Says how late was my order? I never got them Or just received a partial or they were left at other locations.

1 hour of my life I will never get back. My order was picked up by a driver who then canceled the pick up on his end. Another dasher was assigned the task. That driver gets to the store and of course there is no order. However, I was not informed. I contact the driver no response. The second driver then canceled the pick up and a 3rd drive was assigned. Same thing happened and a 4th driver was assigned. So contact customer support, and after several requests and persistence I get them to investigate if my order was in fact at the store or stolen. And then I get a call from Door Dash saying sorry the wrong drive picked up hour order (bs). The caller says I have ben given a refund for my inconvenience and I can replace my order and then hangs up, without letting me say a word. So, I decided to drive down to the restaurant and just order to go myself. I get there and I talk to the manager who personally handed off my food order. And he told me the 1st driver took the food and he confirmed the drivers name (which did appear on the app) so I knew it was indeed the 1st driver that picked the order up. Manager at the restaurant also confirmed with the driver theborder, name and confirmation number. He also confirmed that other drivers arrived to pick.up said order. It's not the first time this has happened but customer service has got to a point that it is not worth the hassle to order through this company. I would say just go directly to the restaurant or store these 3rd party delivery services are a waste of time and energy with very rude customer service practices.

My order was stolen by a person who claimed to be my driver. The restaurant said someone came in showed them my name and order my food was handed over. The actual driver arrives was told the order was picked up. The driver calls to share my order was stolen, Manager confirmed what happened. Nothing they can do call doordash. Doordash doesnโ€™t care doesnโ€™t have a secure system not in the US. No more doordash. Customers have made them filthy rich off of raggedy customer service, poor security methods, but have no problem debiting accounts!

Every time something is missing their response is CRICKETS!! use another service!!! Absolute garbage! Missing meals!!! Missing sides!!! Missing sauces! Nothing but crickets from this service. THEY DONT CARE NOTHING THEY WANT TO DO!!!

I tried to place an order tonite, using my current credit card. When I placed the order, the final screen said that the order was placed using a different credit card which has expired (which is why I used the current credit card). I tried to change the credit card number on both the app and the website and neither permitted me to change my credit card number. I tried to connect with the online Chat about this problem, waited at least 7 minutes and the instant I stepped away from my computer waiting for the Chat to reply to me, I received a Chat message saying that since I had not responded, the Chat was ended! I attempted to engage the Chat again and I was told to delete the app and try again. Before giving me a chance to try to change the payment again, the Chat said that it would be ended because I hadn't responded. I replied, saying that it hadn't given me enough time to try again but it ended the Chat stating that I could contact the Chat again after trying again but it didn't work. I called the customer service number on DD's website(1 (855) 431-0459). Someone answered and asked me a couple of questions, which I answered and the person who answered hung up. When the call hung up, a voicemail message asked me to stay online to provide a review of the service I received - to price 1 if my issue was resolved or press 2 if my issue was not resolved. I pressed "2" but the voicemail message again asked me to press 1 if resolved and 2 is not. I pressed 2 again - same problem. Then the voicemail said words to the effect that because I had not responded, the call was to be disconnected. Then I received a text message with a photo supposedly showing that the order had been delivered but it wasn't! I then received a call from DD and the person could not do anything to help me change the credit card info. I told the caller that I was trying to do the right thing and make sure DD, the driver and the restaurant I ordered from were paid. The caller replied (in a non-sequiter) that I need to dispute the charge with my bank but that was a credit card, not a bank card and since the card no longer exists there's no one to dispute the charge with. Finally, after trying to make sure the caller understood I was trying to make sure that DD, the driver and restaurant got paid, the caller offered me a DD credit for my next purchase. Terrible experience beginning to end.

If I can give less than one I will ordered 8 pc Popeye family meal missing items chicken raw come on yall Ipaid 61.00 they saying I can't get my moneyback if I can't I will just delete the app don't order from this company.
