This a hustler arrangement. Nothing is guaranteed; your food, your money, the driver. I wish I can give zero as review. Kevin drove to an opposite building, snapped veterans building door and went home with my food and the online chat DoorDash provided was sounding like they are doing me a favor to offer refund. 😂 Hustle is reall …even here🤤🤠

Doordash's in the practice. Tell him people's money and food on several occasions. These people have delivered my food to the wrong address. Missed items in on top of all. That never, ever gets received to my door and when I finally get fed up. Tell me they are not gonna fund me or even give me the courtesy of giving me my food. I will never ever use this service again. They have taken my FOOD and MONEY for the last time. You can clearly see in the photos that whatever fake delivery was made was set up as opposed to the outside of my home. My home has a front door and concrete slab, not somw furniture against the wall with an empty gift bag!!! Shame on you Doordash!!!

I'm a doordash driver and believe me it's no fun dealing with the company or the customers this is facts. First as a driver doordash cheats me out of rightful wages in every aspect of working for an this being I'm suppose to be a independent contractor.... Second the customers like you're selfs rewriting reviews can be over exaggerating and obnoxious... Some or a lot of you don't Even Tip!!! But will get on here and lie about your service.... My mother rest her soul told me you get what you pay for, a lot of you don't pay jack!... So if you get bad service remember that saying. Third if we all have such a bad experience with this crooked ass company.... Which by the way is robbing you and I why not as the consumer file a suit for change... We much rather do this than changing the real problem which is doordash..... Better work surroundings and pay get better work done.

Ordered pizza. Gave decent, but not overly generous tip. Brought to wrong room (of two), did not text upon arrival as instructed. Looked out and saw it, open. Walked over, and it looked like the driver either dropped or threw it on the floor, and maybe carried it up sideways. Finally found a number to call, got it to transfer me to a "live" agent, which was AI. It said the issue was resolved with a $5, which basically covered the tip only. Avoid DoorDash at all costs.

it took close to 45 minutes to make it 2.3 miles. By the time the food got here it was cold and couldn't be eaten. Of course my order "isn't eligible for a refund" through Doordash. Once my dash pass runs out Doordash will be a memory because canceling Doordash is eligible for me!

Got let go from doordash as a driver after 3 years and being treated like a badass criminal over a domestic misdemeanor charge in Rhode Island! Situation had nothing to do with DoorDash AT ALL! It was an ex roommate she spoke on my kids and death we got into a fight I got arrested! And since when is it ok for a place to do multiple background checks in less than a month?

Driver dropped my order outside my door. Could not get a real resolution. Just told via "live assistant" they have a high standard of service. Can't download photos from my phone, wrong format

Don't order from DoorDash employee Jorge in Lebanon, TN. He picked up the food from Chinese restaurant and never delivered it. Call him two times, acted like he didn't speak English and hung up. DoorDash is refunding our money. Hopefully they deal with this criminal driver.

Pending for DAYS. Most drivers sir until the last three last minute for other orders in area. I've had a few orders driver went to at least 2 other deliveries or some tangent with my frozen foods and hot foods. The app states that it provides refund or compensation but doesn't always follow through. Multiple orders through same establishment with same issues. Drivers regularly ignore delivery instructions. I'm standing outside right now and the driver just drove past me

The fact that these dashers can do multiple orders at once, add 20 mins to the arrival time, and hand me cold food after I spend a lot of money for the service is GARBAGE. If you need to make more money get a real job.

There is a dasher name - Nikhil reddy from DoorDash he grabbed my food from my door also post a picture that he left the food at door as soon as I came our started running with the food . It was worth $50 bucks . Just wow how cheap and disloyal delivery driver can be !!!

Worse delivery service I’ve ever experienced. I will not be ever using this service for any reason. It have to be with someone else money or an absolute emergency and even then I will exhaust my other resources before I do. A Dasher actually stole me & my daughter dinner. Over $100 Shame on your staff and company

Doordash gave me $7.83 after I received expired food from store 20 eglinton ave east MACDONALDS I PAID $36.10 I SPOKE TO MACDONALD COMPLAIN DEPARTMENT NO ONE WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THE RESPONSIBILITY START AT THE STORE THE PRODUCT WAS MADE .DOORDASH YOU NEED TO ENSURE ALSO THE PRODUCT QUALITY BEFORE IT LEAVES THE STORE SINCE YOU ARE THE COMPANY WE GO THROUGH FOR DILIVER AND REFUND

I swear this is the worst service. We order stuff for work and door dash is the one who delivers this stuff. I have to order early because there is always an issue with door dash. They constantly get people who can't read directions and don't understand how to find a simple building. And they do not speak English. Every single time I get a call, the person can only speak their native tongue, I have no idea what they're saying except that they cannot find our building (which is not hard to find at all). I can't explain anything to them because they don't understand me so I have to go out and try and find them and this happens every time. And don't get me wrong - I don't care where you're from, as long as you can do the job. But not being able to read a simple address or directions probably means you can't do the job. Today we order, I get a text that as usual, the guy can't find the building so I call - he won't answer. I got a doordash text telling me the guy is lost but there is literally nothing I can do since the guy won't call me and won't pick up the phone when I call him. So I call doordash "customer service." They have a menu system that won't let you speak to a person. If you tell them a specific problem, they want the automated system to "help" you, which it can't. After 15 minutes I finally get a person on the phone and she's one of those people who start every sentence with "I apologize..." but she's not doing anything to help. The guy finally shows up (late of course) and just drops everything off on a chair and runs out despite the fact he's supposed to "hand it off" to me. The lady on the phone says "we can update your directions online..." and I tell her I have updated them a few times, they couldn't be any more clear - the people do not read the directions and judging by their inability to understand me verbally probably can't understand the directions. This is not acceptable. If the person cannot understand directions on how to find a building, they should not be doing a job where that is literally the only requirement of the job. It's honestly gotten out of hand - I don't have a choice who these restaurants use to deliver their food - they use Doordash - but doordash uses people who have one job - deliver to an address and cannot do that. There is no way to get help. I'm sure tons of people have this same issue. How does this company stay in business?

I would say 0 stars. I placed an order a few weeks ago and someone at Door Dash leaked all my personal confidential information on the internet. My name, address even my birth date. I contacted Door Dash and they refused to do anything to investigate this breach and/or make sure it doesn't happen again. DON'T USE DOOR DASH OR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY END UP ONLINE. I have screen shots of this breach but this site will not accept the jpg file.

Ordered through door dash, placed order with a restaurant that ended up being closed. So didnt show that and 3 drivers turned up to a closed restaurant. Organised a credit and ordered from another restaurant and it happened again! Ordered third time and happened again. The customer service was terrible.
