The dasher Patrik never delivered. He took a picture from his car. Then he messaged that he left it on the street near the hospital entrance. They tried to refund $10. The double dash order cost $80. I use DD often, if this is not resolved,I will neverrrrr

Well, I got ripped off by doordash again. Last time, I ordered a whole bunch of food from McDonalds. A couple items were missing. A large meal and an extra side order of fries. I contacted DD support in the hopes they could having my missing items redelivery. Instead, they issued me only 6 dollars worth in DD credits. The missing items cost me over 15 dollars. I complained to doordash and they upped the credits to only 9.72. I complained again that I wanted to be compensated in full or have redelivery of my items. DD dug in their heels and refused to do anything more. Giving me the runaround about kicking this up to their specialized team. I never heard anything back. Now I made the mistake of ordering through doordash again. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 heroes from a pizzeria. A chicken parm hero (14.75) and a meatball hero (13.75,). The pizzas arrived, but not the heros. I contacted their support and they saw fit to compensate/refund me only 13.14! 13.14 for 28.50 worth (not including the taxes and fees) of missing items. I contacted support only to get the same runaround, the same act of them digging in their heels and refusing to properly compensate me, the same nonsense about kicking it up to their specialized team, the same nonsense about having to wait 24 hours to hear back. When I started using doordash a couple years ago, they were very, VERY good about compensating or redelivery missing or wrong items, no matter how few or how cheap or expensive the item was. Now, they rip me off for missing items. I am NEVER ordering through doordash EVER again.

I placed my order. nobody picked it up then the next person came up on the tracking to pick it up but nothing happened. It had been over an hour so I canceled but told they could not refund my money because food was cooking. Didn't even refund the tip for the non existing driver. I'm done with door dash never again

Doordash is extremely unfair!!!! Is screwing his workers!!!!!! Customer service is horrible!!!!! Untrained workers handling customers issues They can Not provide Help Ever!!!!!!!!!

I cancelled my door dash pass almost immediately because I signed up by accident. They deducted $4.99 from my account anyways. I have emailed them several times asking for reimbursement, but as of this date I have not received a response or my refund.

Door dash decided not to refund me for pizza and ice cream when the picture from my driver literally showed no proof of a pizza box or parfait cup. They lack the common sense and decency to do right by their customers and will eventually run out of business with this structure

Customer service sucks! You will be talking to people in Egypt or the Phillipines. They will not give you a full refund even if your food comes cold and soggy after 2 hours. Total rip off!!!

On 11/15/24 I ordered items from Dollar General. The ETA was 8:30pm-9:00pm. I received period updates from DoorDash app saying the Dasher arrived at the store. But the store closed at 9:00pm. Then I received messages that the Dasher Ezekiel was on his way to deliver my order. 11pm, 12am, 1am, 2am. Still no order. DoorDash said the order was delivered at 10:38pm. The Dasher either never shopping my order or he did and kept it, or delivered it to the wrong address. All I know is I never received my order and DoorDash couldn't be reached until the next day to speak to a live person who keeps telling me the issue will be reviewed, then I get two emails stating that I'm not eligible for a refund. What?! I want my money back or DoorDash needs to get the items to me that I paid for. The DoorDash driver never delivered my order. He did not enter my building. The building is staffed 24/7. The driver has to enter in the front door and be let inside by the receptionist. The driver must use the elevator to the second floor and place order on the table outside my blue door. The building receptionist said no delivery came for me the entire day. The receptionist checked outside the building and there were no bags placed outside. The building is also monitored 24/7 via camera and she said there was no one seen dropping off a delivery order. I waited hours for nothing. I paid for items I never received and I want a full refund of $31.20 or my items. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Ohio and San Francisco, California DoorDash corporate offices; and the Ohio Attorney General. I'm sick of raggedy customer service. I can't speak to a supervisor or manager and no one is doing anything but clicking a button to shoot an auto reply mail declining my request for a refund for items I never received. This is ridiculous. I want my money back or give me the items I paid for! After this I'm done with DoorDash! This company is trash đź—‘ to me!!!

Door dash service is so degraded lately .takes forever to assign shoppers, customer service essential told me to put up with it or cancel my order. Wheni canceled my last order within seconds after placing it and before the confirmation in the app I was told they would refund only the tip and ser I e fee. GOODBYE DOOR DASH HELLO GRUBHUB

For more times than I can count the dasher does not deliver all items. For the life of me I don't understand. Person shows up at restaurant to pick up and order with 4 items...they get 3, question where is the 4th? What sent me over the edge is the dasher said they would go back to retrieve missing item and lied. Cancelling account i can't take it anymore.

I waited over an hour and a half for food that was supposed to take at most 50 minutes. The dasher had been sitting for over 15 minutes in the same spot at the time I finally canceled. So long story short, I never had dinner and wasted and hour and a half of my time, just for DoorDash to do nothing about it.

I ordered from a local Chinese restaurant my order was to be delivered before 6:00 with instructions to knock on the door and hand me the package. When it was 15 minutes past my delivery time I called the restaurant and they told me that I had to call doordash. I called doordash they told me they could not give me a refund at this time it would have to be reviewed. I had called the driver and he spoke only Russian and hung up on me. Doordash has the most awful customer service I have no idea where my food is and I am out over $31. I will be contacting my credit card company to voice a complaint against doordash. If you can go pick up your food yourself. Can you imagine hiring someone who only speaks Russian and no English to do a delivery in the United States? Do not use this service and I will be placing a complaint with my credit card company against doordash. I got an email that they have reviewed my case and denied my refund.

Paid for same meal twice and only got it once... I placed an order after the site requested I enter my address. I entered my home address and they tried to deliver it to my work. Contacted doordash and was told I would have a credit (for an amount that didn't even equal the cost of the order before taxes and delivery fees. After not hearing anything I got in a chat with customer service and was told they would be contacting me within 24 hours. This was 48 hours ago and after not hearing anything I figure they earned this review. I have never had any problems with any of my orders and am EXTREMELY displeased with the lack of any results on their end when there is a problem.

In the few years that I used DoorDash, there were multiple problems with my orders, and I did not receive reimbursement for most of the errors that occurred. The errors were because the franchises did not supply the correct products and did not contact me if the items were out of stock or simply was being given a completely different item than what I ordered. I was denied refunds multiple times without explanation, the app simply stated “you do not qualify for a refund” and the CS team was unable to do anything. I no longer do business with this greedy nonsense business since they like to steal money from their customers.

I ordered via DoorDash. The order never arrived. The dasher left it at the wrong building. (Love in an apartment complex). They did not deliver it to the correct address due to the door dashers own error. There are several building in this complex. The correct address and building has a green door and a brown mat. I went ahead and even took a picture of my door. If they look at the pictures of the delivery from the dasher, it is clearly a blue door and a completely different building. You can see it is not delivered to the correct building/doorstep. I reached out to DoorDash support, and advised them if this, they refused to provide any refund at all. I appealed it, and they still refused to either deliver the goods ordered or provide any form of refund. This is theft and highly unethical. Door dash with needs to deliver what was ordered since I paid for it, or provide a refund since they didn’t deliver it.
