I never received my order!,and I received a message that it was delivered!,doesn't the driver ask for the person's name before handing off my order?,I'll never use Door Dash again!

i asked for a refund and they refused and said the order was already placed and when i called the store they said they did not prepare it and they could cancel it so i called doordash and they said that the order was already prepared and i needed to go pick it up and there was no possible way i could get a refund on a $20 salad

I have issues all the time with door dash. it’s the store not getting the order right to the driver not being that driver is says it is to support sucks. To stores giving my food to someone else.

Ordered Taco Bell tonight 25 Minutes before they shut drive thru down. I know its late, but that should have been enough time. Doordash takes so long assigning a driver that the location closes. Support then cancels and reroutes the order, which they told me they can't do, but double- charges me so now I'm out $36 for a pair of burritos instead of just cancelling it and crediting my account so I can fix it myself. Thanks a lot, Margail.

I really do like door dash I like it more than uber eats I only like them cause they cheap on deals but takes forever wit the order and wit door dash is easy and fast and will refund the money right away uber eats be giving me a hard time but it was 2 times door dash did messed up my order 1, when the driver stole my food he did picked up my food and disappeared on the app I had to get a refund back . 2, the order was so wrong everything was wrong didn’t give me the right favors of wings I wanted . & wrong drink and forgot the sauce .

Door dash does not like to take accountability for their late dasher. Rather you were late because of a double dash or not I tipped according to the time frame I was givens for my food to arrive and even if the restaurant is 10 minutes away it take 1 hour to get to me. If it's easier and way cheaper to get my own food, then why use this service. I'm ok with paying more however food should always arrive hot and never cold and I have had my last encounter with door dash. It seems like whomever have the biggest tip will get their food hot. No thank you

Your drivers are incompetent and lazy. I did not receive my order and they don't want to compensate me. Doordash is always a problem. Anyone out there that has had problems with doordash we all need to come together and sue them.

Every time I order burger king the dasher delivers other peopled orders so every single time the food is cold I'm so done with wasting money and being disappointed

Ericka Booker wrong order & it's cold/NOT done i will use UBER EATS FOR NOW ON since DOOR DASH don't care to fix the incorrect FOOD or refund my credit for items I didn't oay for.I'm leaving EXTREME reviews on DOORDASH website in a negative way,thanks to a negative EXPERIENCE with Cracker Barrel💯 The Dasher seems to be confused because she called me immediately and told me she is at the restaurant & I told her she's there to pick up my order.I informed her to show the Restaurant her phone with my name on it & then they'll release my food to her for delivery.I just hope it's not cold due to her being a first time dasher not knowing where to go.DASHER did call me first. My entire order is INCORRECT. I've ordered a chicken dumpling & meatloaf sampler that comes with only mashed potatoes in brown gravy,macaroni, & buttermilk biscuits.Chrck the Dasher app & then it's cold.I'm extremely disappointed now.I did not order those greens & corn.i'm allergic to that

I almost never get the order right nobody can help and refunds never happen and food cold doesn’t get checked before leaving restaurant the only reason for ordering is out of not being able to drive I think driver shouldn’t be able to leave until order is confirmed with receipt it’s stupid to leave an unchecked order at a door with a picture not being confirmed by driver or buyer

Ordered breakfast today from ft Meyers florida. First time ever. Said the order was delivered and sent picture. Wasnt this house. I was visiting so i started looking arount and saw the picture was the house next door. The order was bo longer there 10 minutes after delivery. Rang their doorbell and they dont answer. Texted doir dasher and he never replied. Called him and of course he speaks no english. Waiting fir reply from door dash.

driver was one hour late with delivery even though the food was ready after 15-20 minutes. the driver never contacted us until we reached out to her to ask what is going on. she said she was stuck in traffic and where i live and where the restaurant is, it is a very suburban area and it was 8:00pm on a Thursday evening. So there was definitely no traffic and even if there was she should have contacted us. One hour delivery for a small order from a burger joint is ridiculous. never using door dash again.

I ordered a carne asada quedadilla and chile rellenos. They brought me the wrong food. I tried getting a refund and they kept refusing saying I dont qualify for it. That is horrible.

Ordered for my sick son in another date as a gift. We received a pic - no house number. Order delivered. Not his house. Complained- waited- ordered the same order again while waiting for customer service, this time having delivery driver hand directly to my son. Get an email that no refund of the first order could be granted. What??? You didn't deliver to the right house, you didn't take a pic of the house number, I'm out another $50 and you can't help me! Never order again from door dash! Horrible customer service!!!

Door dash just lost a longtime client. I will NEVER use this company again. I never received my order because of their incompetent driver Sindy delivered to the wrong address she did not coordinate that she was lost. She did not follow protocol in trying to contact me, in fact I messaged her if she was lost and she never responded. See images below, does the address 4194 look remotely close to the address 4235? NO. So why did she leave it there?? she left my pizza at some random address that was not even close to being my address. Then in the description from the driver she tried to make it seem like she contacted me. When clearly she did not and is a Liar. then when i called customer service and spoke to a handfull of ppl whose names i only remember are Marinel and Diana. They did not help or process a refund for me.Diana was trying to say I didnt verify that i was even me or it was even my order and argued with me about not giving me my money back. It was ridiculous. Clearly i have the reciepts and it WAS my order but she wouldnt help me. Then Marinel would not even hang up the line when i spoke with her about it so i could leave my customer service review because she was so worried I would call her out on her bad customer service well I am calling her out now. Marinel you are the worst customer service agent I have ever delt with I hope the call I made to you was recorded so your boss can hear how you left me on the call for over 40 minutes because you wouldnt transfer me to do my servey. Door dash do better hire better drivers who at least speak english. And customer service agents. And stop robbing people of their money. Recieving a refund in 12 business days is a load of crock and you all are robbing people. I better receive my refund in the next day. I been waiting 4 business days not counting the weekend which is 2 days already so thats actually 6 days that you all have stolen from me. Never again will i do buisness with you. I am deleting my account. Hope you don’t treat any of your other customers this way.

I made an order and it was immediately canceled and told my money would be returned in 5-7 days , when I called customer support the guy refused to do anything to help me, said that the merchant cancelled it so I called the merchant and they said they had no idea what happened that they never did that.

They’ll sign you up for the door dashbpass by default so be aware while ordering!! The chekbox to subscribe to pass is default setting which i feel is not ethical rather should be unchecked and let the user sign up if they really need them .
