I had someone's else's order that I never even order from subway so hopefully they gave them there money back for it because they told me I could have it

This rating is focused on the lack of transparency and clarity for refunds on Doordash. I ordered a $20 menu item from a local restaurant and the item was delivered with missing components. I called the restaurant and the manager apologized but was unable to refund. He correctly indicated that this could only be done through Doordash. I called Doordash and was offered a $3 refund. After 15 minutes of "back and forth" I was informed by the customer service representative that it was the company's policy to not give full refunds. The maximum refund that I could receive was a little over $10. I asked to be directed to the policy so I could read it but the customer service representative said that she was unable to do so. So to sum this up, the delivery service at the local level is good with hardworking drivers. However corporate policies on refunds seems to lack clarity. This is troublesome because the issue here is the Doordash policy and not the restaurant or drivers.

Absolutely disgustingly overpriced. I bought 1 bag of pretzels from a store 4 minutes away from me with a gift card and the total WITHOUT TIP was $12. Use ANY other service but this one!! I will never ever support blatant theft.

Threw my delivery at road's edge, not even close to my house. Lazy a$$ drivers. If they don't want to get off their rearend & do the job get a job where you sit & ask if they'd like fries with that.

I had Doordash, but 2 yrs ago I canceled it. Heard nothing until October 8th, and November 8th 2024. They charged me $9.99 both months. Needless to say I canceled that credit card. It's the reason I canceled it originally. Nothing but a bunch of crooks.

THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR .THIS IS DEFINITELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF A COMPANY THAT I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED AND I AM 55 years old. Please choose anyone else but them to do your deliveries bc they do not care about anything but their money. I have tried contacting the COO, CFO and CEO 19 times; every day since the horrible experience I had with a terrible delivery person and no one has bothered to call me back. The supervisors are extremely rude, disrespectful and two have hung up on me bc I refuse to give in to their nonsense. I’m writing this to do you a favor and choose InstaCart, Uber Eats or something else…anything else! Their app is in the trash

Ordered food for delivery. My son's food made him sick the entire night. When I contacted door dash they refused to do anything to help, stating that I had to provide a picture of the issue. The food was gone and I told them that I didn't think they wanted a picture of what came out of him as a result of the poisoning. They absolutely refused to do anything giving empty apologies. Worst so-called customer service I have encountered in quite some time.

Yeah, they always leave my food on the ground when I tell to em to hand it to me in the app. I have multiple issues with them and today I told them I was going to Uber eats and they cancelled my account. Just wish I could see my history to see what they took from me. I’m sure they rob us both from both sides. I would gladly hire a personal driver! But DoorDash is just money Hungry and over lords you once you order.

I will never ever use door dash again poor business you would think they would want to make customer happy. Delivered to wrong address and refused to refund or send another order. I guess they don't value the customers. I will use Uber from know on

My experience with door dash is basically a hit or miss. Sometimes I get my food, and some times I don't. They can always tell when it's their fault. This evening for whatever reason they decided that I didn't need to be refunded when they can clearly see in the picture that where it was dropped off was not where I live. And they had the nerve to send me an email saying that they know that I'm disappointed but basically sorry for your luck. WOW I am hoping that they improve.

I keep getting ripped off with this dash pass I pay for it monthly but then they stick a 96 yearly fee on my account. I tell them I did not approve that or ask for them to change it to the yearly but they will do nothing about it they will keep your money.

First and last time i ever use this service. Placed a $103 order driver said the food was delivered when i texted to say i didnt get the food the driver was rude and said they handed it to me. Doordash refused to refund the money for the food that was not delivered and had a huge hassle trying to get my food reordered because the restaurant would not refund my money either. Terrible customer service do not use door dash they are thieves!!!!!
