I payed for a order and a hr later it was cancelled by door dash they sent my order to another place where I wanted to order and recharged me all over took the money out of my account with out my permission said they refunded and I never received my refund customer service talked to me said what she wanted to say to me listened to just a little of what i said as I was still talking hung up on me did it twice if I could I would not give no stars worst ever

Waited 3.5 hours!!! We had 5 different Dashers assigned to our order and seems every time a new one is assigned, the restaurant remakes the order. The app lies nonstop saying the Dasher is there, the times updated, they will be there at this time. After all that time and an actual person for there the restaurant was so fed up they canceled the entire order. For all of this pain in the butt and now have to head out; they might refund me just the cost I paid for what I didn’t get. Will not be using them again for a VERY long time if ever!!!

I normally have no issues with DoorDash but this driver named Luis today was rude and very unprofessional he could find my place do he made an address up the proceeded to tell me that I should of provided correct address because now I cause him money and he’s late for next order and on top that left my food some random abandoned apt and asked me to go fetch it oh hell no never again.

IF I could leave zero stars I would. Doordash charged me nearly 50 dollars then cancelled my order and I am still fighting for my refund. All I can get from them is that "we show we processed your refund" and then they close the chat. DO NOT USE DOORDASH!! THEY ARE A SCAM!

DoorDash would be a good idea if it was a company that cared & wasn’t about just making money. My orders are either messed up or missing something. Lately, the drivers have been the worst! 1 that didn’t bring the order, 1 that left it in front of the wrong door, & another that just left it outside.

They deserve no stars! DoorDash is terrible!! Their customer support is a joke. The options they provide for what’s your issue is ridiculous. I ordered a sub, checking the NO CHEESE box AND wrote it in the instructions text box, and the sandwich came with cheese. I first contacted the restaurant and they told me to contact DoorDash because that’s how the order was placed. So I wrote into the app and there was no complaint option for making the food incorrectly. So I called customer service to tell them about the cheese being added to my order when I requested no cheese and they stated they would only refund me $3 for the cheese ingredient and told me I should have ordered something else. They are absolute sh!t, they screw up all the time and never take responsibility. Places need to go back to doing their own deliveries.

CAN I CHOOSE NO STARS. I ORDERED FROM WENDY'S BEFORE N WAS TOLD A GIRL WAS GETTING MY ORDER N HERE A GUY COMES SPEEDING AROUND THE CORNER ONTO THE SIDEWALK, EATING MY FRIES, SUPPOSED TO BE A BAKED POTATO N SMOKING WEED!!

Door Dash does not accept the Qld Digital Drivers Licence for alcohol delivery and the poor awesome delivery driver had to wait around for 25 minutes while nobody could make a decision on the phone as it was `outside their approval'. So the order was returned to the store and the poor driver lost so much money in time. How ridiculous, when every other alcohol delivery service accepts it.

Placed an order through Applebees and DoorDash was supposed to deliver the food. I received a message that the food was delivered, but it never came. I called Applebees and they were able to make it right. When I tried calling the DoorDash customer service, I got the run around. The fault clearly fell on DoorDash, but they refused to take responsibility. I am very thankful that Applebees made this right, remade my food and I ended up picking the food up myself. Thanks for wasting my time and money DoorDash.

it has miserable experiences for the past seven times they ruined our Burger King orders and now we have McDonald’s order so we ordered two large fries one medium fry two happy meals and four cokes DoorDash forgot two large fries, one medium fry and our straws we paid for all of the ones they forgot and we had to order again and pay more

They screw up on a regular basis and even sometimes mess up your whole order making it inedible but do not want to give you a refund or a partial refund on a meal that you either don't receive, don't receive any time and matter, or cannot eat due to dietary restrictions because they got the order wrong.

We still didn’t get paid this week I now believe that DoorDash is a fraud After taken one third of our revenue It is difficult to pay us our hard earned money I have directed my staff to stop taking order from DoorDash in all our locations and will stop paying the loan you gave us Soon you will hear from our Attorneys for depriving us of our hard earned money and other damages this deprivation of funds cost the restaurant

After reading they delivered on Thanksgiving I placed a delivery order and waited over an hour to receive numerous messages meant if my items were out of stock. (I contacted the store prior to my order to confirm what I needed was available.) With that in mind I requested items to be refunded and waited for delivery. After 40 mins I received a message from my Dasher stating her payment card would not go through and to cancel my order. Upon reaching out to customer service I was informed they would give me a credit and persuaded not to go with wanting a full refund. When I asked why they were not attempting to rectify their problem and fulfill their contractual obligation customer support disconnected and closed my account.

Please do not order with Doordash. I made a $60 order of alcohol (I was sober so I remember everything very clearly), and when the delivery driver came to the door, my valid licence apparently showed as "underage" (he showed me this on his screen, and said that there was nothing he could do about it, and he would have to take the order back). I thought, okay then, I'll be refunded... I wasn't. After multiple calls and frustrating attempts to get through to Doordash, on what should have been a very simple case, they still have refused any sort of refund. So they have stolen $60 from me, due to no fault of my own. I tried for at least two months to get them to listen to me. At one point, one of the Doordash customer service workers acknowledged that I should be refunded and they could see that it had been cancelled, but it never was. When I contacted again after that, they only sent me emails saying that they had reviewed the case and I didn't qualify for a refund (???!). Absolutely deplorable excuse of a company, stay far away.
