“DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE They will have a photo clearly marked with the wrong address AND WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!!! Unfair and unprofessional and don't deserve to be in business”

“The Walmart sent door dash for delivery. Guy came with some pepsy and I told him it is not my order. Then he goes to car and bring another order. Again not mine order. He has no idea which orders are those. If I said yes he would give me someone else order. Than someone from door dash calls me and asks me what is the problem. I said guy brought 2 wrong orders. Neither is mine. Please contact walmart and figure out with them. If they can't find my order just give me refund. 10 min later I am getting my message that order is completed and nothing was delivered to me. Even the picture they put on is wrong house, not mine. When I called doordash they said to contact walmart for refund. I asked how is sm going to get refund when you said order is delivered and guy brought 2 wrong orders and than nothing after that. After that I had to call walmart. It is such a nightmare. I never again will order from walmart or use doordash.This is the picture they left as proof of delivered order. To be even worse that is not even my house. Guy doesn't care whose order is or what address is as long as he delivers something somewhere and if he has problem he just says order completed.”

“I had a gift card that I wanted to use but when I went to make the payment, it was charged directly to the card on file (a company card). No option to enter a gift card and/or use a different card to pay. I called Customer Service and they were no help either. If I cancelled the order, I would only be refunded about 20% of the total...meaning we would have to pay the other $43. All I wanted to do was to refund the full amount back on my work card and pay another way.”

“Just downloaded the app.. I got KFC Sic Pc chicken with four sides.. DoorDash pulled up missing two of my sides..I use to work at KFC they don’t make mistakes like that..Sorry DoorDash Columbia yall employees broke and be stealing customers Food. yall Do better”

“I placed an order and it was the wrong address so i cancelled it immediately and they didnt refund me. They told me because they already cooked the food they couldnt refund me. The dasher hadnt even picked it up yet. Whats the point of a cancel button if u cant cancel a transaction. Uber eats is significantly better.”

“Don't ever get a door dash gift card for someone over 60,I tried using it apparently the order didn't go through but when I spoke to support it says the card was used . I did look outside and nothing. Well there goes my 50 Christmas present down the tubes . And I had to use it here cause I'm from outta town and we don't have door dash. Ugh”

“The worst they have drivers who speak no English don't complete order and when you try to get your money back they deny it did a double dash and he brought half my order when I asked where the rest was he said I speak no English but on my app it said it was delivered while he's literally standing in front of me he sent it through and I never received the other half of my order don't use them”

“First time using Door Dash, hesitated, because it was about $20 More than me driving 10 minutes to pick up the food, but thought, I not try it. I saw the driver pick up my pizza, then the driver went 20 minutes the other direction away from my home. Then he drove back past the pizza place to come to my home, which from the time he picked up the food to my home took 45 minutes, and of course, the wings and pizza were totally cold. Will never use again, not to mention the $20 upcharge and tip were a complete waste.”

“Ordered a pizza at 6:15pm and it arrived 7:15pm. We watched live as the driver stop at 3 houses prior to delievering to us. Our pizza was lukewarm. A huge dissappointment. When i complained to Doordash they offered a $3.00 credit for a $35 pizza order plus $5.00 tip.for driver.”

“I would give a 0 if I could. Had to cancel an order and only got back a tiny amount in credit, not the full total and I lost a lot! Service is extremely rude, quotes they can refuse the right to give a refund even on an order that hasn't been processesd. This is absolutely disgusting, basically taking money off people just because. This business should be shut down. People do not use!!!!”

“I did a double dash order today. The dasher took over an hour to deliver my order and did not communicate the delay properly. I called support because my app would not work correctly and I couldn’t see the order on the screen. Support was super frustrating to deal with and it took an extra 20 minutes for them to get to speed in figuring out what happened to my order. I asked for a credit because my order took over an hour to receive my order. I pay 9.99 a month for a dash pass and have ordered quite a bit so it’s sad that this company can’t recognize this and treat their customers right”

“If there was option to award zero stars, that is truly their value. Maybe I’m misinformed, but I was under the impression that DoorDash was in the business of delivering things. If that’s true, they need to find a new line work. What could be easier than picking up food from a fast food restaurant (Popeyes) and delivering it to a location 10 minutes away? Ordered the food through the Popeyes site at 9pm. As I saw 3 different drivers assigned and ending with a cancelled order at 10:45pm - wow, such incompetence. When I escalated through Popeye’s site, I did get a call telling me they didn’t understand the delay, but would contact DoorDash. The result - crickets. I won’t consider using either business again.”
