First off this is the second time that this has happened to me within a two week timeframe the first DoorDash or literally got the food close out my ticket never delivered it second DoorDash, today never came to my house never delivered it. you call into the DoorDash or chat support and you’re expressing how you feel and it’s like everybody’s blowing you over and does not care. You can ask to speak to a manager because the only have one options I’m sorry the only option they have is to issue a refund and you wait three days to get your refund when it doesn’t take them three days to take it out of your bank account. I am really starting to feel like I am being targeted and discriminated towards. I don’t know what DoorDash has going on, but I feel like an event that your food is stolen by the drivers who you forces us to go ahead and give them an extremely huge tip when the food is not gonna cost that much if I went in in person and got it I just feel like this company sucks all you guys keep doing is getting horrible reviews because you really do not do any thorough check on your drivers if you did do thorough checks on your drivers we wouldn’t be talking about this incident happening two times in a row two different restaurants and two different drivers so there’s clearly DoorDash is not doing a thorough investigation of their drivers and the customer is never right with DoorDash. You barely can speak to anyone once you ask to escalate up to a supervisor each rep disconnects and hangs up on you. Will never get any other dollar from me and I will be removing this app off my phone and every chance I get I’m gonna write a nasty negative review.

If I could give no freaky stars, I would. This company has been taking money out of my account fraudulently. I do not have a DoorDash account, and when I called DoorDash support, they also confirmed I don't have an account. I have a new bank card that I just received last week. So how in the heck is DoorDash taking money out of my Cash App account? This is every month. I was told by the support person that there is nothing that they can do to refund me money that has been taken out of my account because I don't have account. The stupidest thing I have ever heard. No account, steal money out of my account, and can't give my money back because your reason is I don't have an account. I will handle this matter legally. DoorDash will regret they stole money out of my account. By the time I finish with you in court, DoorDash will no longer exist. Wrong person to steal money from. Don't do any business with DoorDash. This is a very unprofessional, unreliable company to do business with. Look at their reviews; it speaks for itself.

I ordered dinner, it was delivered but not to my house, the dasher took a picture and it was not my house. I had to hassle with them for 3 hours till they told me they denied my claim. I have never had such horrible customer service and I will dispute it with my credit card company.

Claim that orders are delivered,but they deliver to wrong address and when they are informed about it you don't get a refund. They are after your money and don't about their customers.

Door dash screws up and then blames the client was not home… I have you on video…. What a rip off. So I ordered from total wine Boca 4 bottles of bourbon and 3 cases of liquor show up… I did the right thing and refused the order because it was not mine. Then I get a notice email that it was returned because I was not home. I called and had to wait 30 minutes to get a refund and they would only refund me the bourbon not the delivery fee or tip … they said I was not home. I have the driver on video delivering the wrong order. Manager refused to get on the phone said it was not his problem. I am so done with total wine rip offs.

I have had drivers stealing food! They will send pics to show the food was picked up and then they have an issue and the order is canceled! Like...how is the order picked up and 5 minutes later the dasher has some sort of "issue"? Then Door dash wants to issue credits instead of refunds! No! Give me my money back, this is ridiculous! I will NEVER EVER order door dash again and I will tell anyone if you can't get delivery directly from the merchant.... don't do it!

My first and last DoorDash order. After I placed the order for the previous day I wanted to change the time of the delivery. DD changed the date of the order. When I called customer service they wouldn’t correct the date. I cancelled the order which was $298 and they only credit me back $44.00. When I strongly stated that was t right and that I wanted the full refund, The customer service person said “thank you for calling DoorDash and hung up on me. Now I have to do a dispute with my credit card company!!

On 11-22 -24 I placed an order for delivery, never received it and still have not received my credit. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint with CFPB. Anyone else having this issues should do the same.

Someone has hacked into the account information on your Apo. They are stealing EBT allowances from your customers. The reason I am saying this is that as soon as I put my EBT information on your platform my total allowance was stolen and you are the only ones that had my EBT information. I lost everything because your platform is not safe.

Ordered from an Italian restraunt to be delivered to Electrolux warehouse. Yall sent my food in the opposite direction then back to the restraunt. I want a refund. Yall are a joke. I'm deleting this garbage app as soon as I get my refund. I'll tell everyone about this bs experience.

Do not use this app. I never received my order and I messaged the delivery driver. The driver didn’t speak any English and I couldn’t communicate with them.

how does doordash expect for english talkers to understand a Spanish talker i was waiting for my order im standing outside and this doordasher talks to me in nothing but spanish that i dont understand how are tou going to hire someone that doesn't speak fluently english in AMARICA like count yalls days

Doordash customer service workers are awful and terrible, I almost had an allergic reaction because of a mistake made with my order and when i tried to get a refund they gave me partial money and not a full refund even though i wasn’t able to eat my meal and almost had an allergic reaction, when i tried to contact someone i had multiple people straight up ignore me, all they said was sorry but i can’t do anything, so doordash will allow people’s health to be at risk and there isn’t anything they can do to make these situations right. At one point i was on a chat with an agent for customer service, and i was trying to explain the situation to him and he straight up just ended the chat without even discussing my issue with me.

Doordash keeps overcharging my account. There were three separate occasions where they overcharged my bank account but their receipts were not adding up. When I talked to customer service they were very unclear about why they kept over charging my account. Absolute worst place to have food delivered from use a different source.
