Driver gave me the wrong order and my refund was denied so I lost all of my money. I couldn't even eat the food he brought. Never again! Eating healthy and at home from now on. Sick of losing money. My money can go on better things.

I placed a order for some Tacos they were made incorrectly with onion which I cant have. I let door dash know via the app $32.00 order that I could not eat the app offered me $.85 for a refund. are you kidding me 85 cents on a $32.00 order that's a joke.

BEWARE. My advice: Pick up your own food or use Uber Eats. Let's put door-dash out of business. I, too, ordered food for my first time using DoorDash. I waited and waited and have yet to receive my food. I called the store, and they informed me that the driver had picked up the food, but I had yet to receive it. They informed me this was the 3rd time on this day, but they could do nothing. I requested a refund, and it stayed "under review" for 3 days. I finally found a number; they denied my refund request and were unable to tell me why. I submitted an appeal, but who knows where this will go?

Once they took my money and were unable to deliver they are refusing my refund of $40+ Sounds like a great scam to me! Photos would be useless as I'm sitting in an empty hospital room. Are you looking for a doordash bag in a 20' x 12' room??!

Placed an order, had to add 2 items was charged for that, that’s fine. When dasher was “checking out” I was charged again for what I already paid for! Then you call and they say they don’t see that??? Then how does my bank get the extra charge??? There is an issue EVERY time I use them. Then you ask for a supervisor and they are NEVER there!!

Consistently delivers to Unit D...I am A. The doors are clearly marked...I wish Macy's would stop using them. Ive had items not recoverable when misdelivered..not everyone is honest.

I ordered a McDonald's meal and left instructions for driver to please come to side door. First I do not understand if you can't speak English how are you allowed to deliver food. The dasher couldn't speak English and brought my food to wrong address. I reached out to door dash and they said I had to wait 50 minutes while they reviewed the claim. I was denied my refund and spent my money on nothing

Most orders arrive missing at least 1 item. Most recently my order was duplicated somehow. Although I only received 1 order I was charged twice. I called to dispute and they would not reverse the charge. Will never use them again. Poorly run company.

Driver didn't follow directions so my items were returned to the store and I was charged a undelivered fee. Yet it seems so hard for doordash to give me my money back

Today was my very first and only time using door dash and I will never do it again......spent my whole lunch hour looking for the person who apparently could only speak Spanish why would u send someone unable to comm with the customer asinine I don't understand the idiocricy of it all completely useless company they couldn't even process the refund what is it you fo not deliver food???

so long for a driver I called DoorDash CUSTOM;ER SERVICE' +1 8O5 41O 56OO)PHONE NUMB ER the store of where I placed the order they said they were waiting for a dasher to pick up my order and my food has been sitting for 25 min I then called DoorDash and they asked if I wanted to cancel my order they said that they can but they wouldn’t refund the full amount that they would only give me half the amount I paid even though

Horrible service. Paid the $2.99 for them to come to my house first. They obviously didn't. Food was over 20 minutes late and cold. Then you try to go through their customer service and a live agent never comes on the line. HORRIBLE.

I didn’t get a full refund for an order I waited so long for a driver I called the store of where I placed the order they said they were waiting for a dasher to pick up my order and my food has been sitting for 25 min I then called DoorDash and they asked if I wanted to cancel my order they said that they can but they wouldn’t refund the full amount that they would only give me half the amount I paid even though it wasn’t my fault I told her to speak with her management team before cancelling and she canceled anyways and said she couldn’t do anything because she already canceled the order was already prepared for over 25 min and there was no driver to pick it up they kept canceling the pick up im so angry this is theft and I’m not ok with this type of service I literally hate this company literally robbing my hard earned money especially in these hard times I will never prefer from this nasty company ever again and I will continue to write reviews till I bring them down literally thieves how is this even ok? They will get sued for this I’m not going to be easy wasting my time and the stress I have to deal with is not ok with me!!!

orders arrive late and incorrect, drivers cannot follow delivery instructions that are place on the order ticket, the drivers do not speak or read english, unable to get refunds or to speak with customer service

My first time using DoorDash and it was to order groceries at Aldi. I left instructions to have certain items refunded if out of stock while a couple items I asked for substitutes. The shopper assigned to me indicated on the app that they substituted two items (chicken drumsticks) with more expensive ones whereas when the package arrived, I had exactly what I ordered. So I was charged extra for items which were never substituted. Secondly, I had a coupon on the app that allowed me to get an extra item on my shopping list - a buy 1 get 1 free coupon. The free item never arrived with my order.

Today marks the 3rd time that DoorDash has not delivered my order on Chili's apps. I will NOT order anything that has to do with DoorDash again. The doordasher marked that the order was delivered but it never arrived and then won't answer my calls. Hoy se cumple la 3ra vez que DoorDash no me entrega la orden en Chili's apps. NO VOLVERÉ a ordenar nada que tenga que ver con DoorDash. La doordasher marcó que la orden fue entregada pero nunca llegó y luego no me contesta mis llamadas.

Your Dasher, Anouar, has arrived but is having trouble finding you. I called and messaged this person several times. He did not answer my calls or messages. He was probably eating my pizza!! Order never arrived. Absolutely no reason the driver couldn't find our apartment complex

Sun Pacific Organic Green Grapes (1.5 lb) Grapes were disgusting. The bag wasn't even half full, but they looked like they were rotten, old and expired. It looked like mold was starting to grow in the bag.TARGET shouldn't be selling rotten food, the Doordash driver shouldn't be selecting rotten food for their customers, and Doordash shouldn't be ok with all of this & actually expect their customers to pay for rotten food they never should've even received because it belongs in the garbage!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I REPORTED ISSUE TO DOORDASH AND THEY DENIED MY REFUND REQUEST, EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN CLEARLY TELL BY LOOKING AT THE PHOTO THAT THEY ARE ROTTEN. I TRIED TALKING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH THE APP VIA CHAT & CALLED AND SPOKE TO THEM ON THE PHONE AND THEY BOTH DENIED THE REFUND REQUESTS AND REFUSED TO EVEN LET ME SPEAK TO A MANAGER.
