Doordash didn't even deserve a one star. The dasher Quintonna in Brunswick ga does my did of at the wrong house. I watched her so it. When I called her as she was leaving i asked if she was the dasher and did she just drop food off at a house then back into a ditch might i add. She said she was the dasher and i mentioned that was the wrong house. She said she's already at the highway which she wasn't cause I had just watched her back out. She hadn't even left my road yet. Sir was not going to bring my food to the right house and she hung up on me when I asked what's gonna happen more cause she left my food there AND she got my tip. Do not use door dash. They are so bad at customer service and most of the dashers i met l have met are rude. This is the second time I have experienced this with door dash. Never again.

This is the second time I've got my food cold, not like warm but cold. The restaurant is literally 5 minutes away. Then I get the message my dasher is completing another order first and they are going in the opposite direction of my place. Maybe door dash should supply their drivers with equipment to keep my damn food at least warm. I have pick up food from the same restaurant and it has never been cold when I got home. I guess I can only use door dash for cold food orders and pick up my own hot then maybe my dinner will still have some heat. I think I'm done with Door dash. Cold food isn't a convenience

TWICE today they delivered to the wrong address! I have a broken leg, so I couldn't be out on the street to intercept the driver. I will NEVER use Doordash again. They cost me almost $80 today, plus I never got lunch!

many people lay on those Dordash CustOm;er Servi'ce +1 8O5 ( 41O) 56OO'' PHONE-NUMBER ), tables get wiped by those towels,lay in the table shower. Do you hear about the coronavirus? I would recommend this massage place . Is getting a cheap thrills worth it. Be smart .

Oh and the door dasher Rylee who brought my food says she went thru the order with an employee but that’s bs because she would have noticed and entire bigger plate and an appetizer was missing! And she pretty much called me a liar on top of it. And I even tipped never again!!!!!

Worst service ever from el super from DoorDash and from tractor supply corporations request a refund of 20 plus dollars but they lied to me about the refund I requested this is such a fraud they should be sue for not refunding the money back to their costumers this is emotional abuse

I didn’t get my food or my appetizer. My kids get to eat but not me because they refuse to deliver my food. This is the second time it’s happened. Don’t trust door dash because they don’t care or will even fix the problem or deliver the food you ordered. I’d love to give 0 stars but it won’t let me. Shouldn’t the drivers of door dash check the order? I feel like they should.

I ordered Pizza Hut. After the order i expressly stated i only had 2-20 dollar bills and for the driver to have change...i planned to tip the driver 7 dollars. Whwn the driver finally arrived she informed me she had no change.. how convienant for her...im quite upset and plan to never buy thru doordash again

I had a horrible experience on the phone I was trying to get a refund in this girl was extremely sharp and rude with her answers. I didn’t appreciate how rude she was considering. I was just trying to get my order that I never received very rude. Very disappointed very unsatisfied. Her name was Jmena. What a mean lady

I’m a Dash driver and they gave me a few address wrong in the app, made me waste my time and may gas and didn’t compensate me at all this company is a f u c k I n g rip off and they do bad practices.

I am still upset about my door dash experience! Delivery went to wrong house! The sad thing is it was accepted knowing that they did not order it! I WILL NEVER DOOR DASH AGAIN! They need to come up with some way to verify the person at drop off, wouldn't that be easier to do than having to refund orders.

It's only because I can't leave no stars. If I don't get my money back from my last order I will never order from Doordash again. I'm sick of being charged for orders that are late in meaning cold food and warm and wrong beer. Your employees don't know how to read an order and I have been screwed out of a couple hundred dollars from wrong orders and doordash doesn't want to fix the problem. Not to mention they pick up several orders on their way to me. I'm not paying for other people to get hot food and I get screwed. You need to fix your system to keep your customers happy. I work in customer service. If I treated my customers like all of you do I wouldn't have a job.

Dashers need to stop picking up multiple order. While they are waiting to pickup the second order the first order is in the car getting cold.

Food took more than an hour and was ice cold. They offered me a $16 refund on a $70 order. I'll never use them again.

Absolutely awful experience. After ordering a pizza and not receiving it after 1.5 hours I was told that the driver did not sign off on the pizza. However the store said it was handed over. Door Dash admitted to me that my pizza had been stolen and that this isn’t a one time situation. This is outrageous!!! Either they get their staff act together or people should not use it. I certainly will not

I door dash here and there but pay sucks and when u get an order it says example order $3.25 but it's a cash order and if u get that u have to pay it back which is crazy cause for all that u doing deliveries for free that's not right I see why I was told to go to UBER EATS
