I really hate to write this review as I love wingstop but I had a bad experience with them and doordash. I ordered 61.00 worth of food from the wingstop website to be delivered by doordash, an hour later my dasher text me and said he was there and my order was not even started yet and he had to cancel so he could go do more deliveries, a little while later I talked to wingstop and they said someone had picked up my order (I hope you enjoyed the food). I have reached out to wingstop manager and doordash they blame each other. I know this will not make a difference in either business I am just upset that neither one will will call me back or take fault.

Wrong order Recieved a $12 order when actual order was $60. No offer for refund, no offer for new order, no resolution. Horrible customer service.

I have never been treated this badly as a customer! I placed two orders with Doordash but only one order arrived in the bag. The delivery person who took a photo of me walking away with the bag, used the photo for both purchases as proof of delivery. I immediately filed an 'item not delivered' complaint on the Doordash website. The only response was a popup message saying the review of my complaint was taking longer than expected. Frustrated, I phoned customer support the next day and was told to wait 48 hours for an email. No email arrived so I once again phoned Doordash customer service. After being on the phone for a long time while the representative left the line several times to speak to superiors she finally returned to say my request for a refund was rejected because the time for requesting a refund had expired! I asked to speak to someone higher up and I was told there was no one else to whom I could plead my case. Are you kidding me!!

I will never use door dash again. The price that I ended up paying was 10.00 more added to my meal. No way. No thank you, not worth it.

Save your money. Do not waste on this company. The reasons your food is cold and missing items is because you have thousands of Illegal immigrants being paid by Doordash that showed up overnight and have taken work away from actual citizens, who drive mopeds beczuse they don't need a license to drive them, they drive like they're asking for a death sentence and most of the time they are bring you your orders in a bag that js hanging off a handlebar, drink in other hand or in lap. Reason why food is cold and items are missing. DoorDash refuses to take responsibility for their internal issues and let me tell you that there are many! I was deactivated a few months ago because my completion rate was 89% and not 90%. The 10% of orders that I didn't complete were due to unforeseen incidents that were out of my control and that I reassigned before even picking up these orders. I had chunks of metal in my tires one time, screws and nails in other times and please see attached for the rest of the review! Thank you

It’s a scam with cheap quality. They don’t pay for gas or other stuff. They lie. I’ve been rejected by them sooo many times. They don’t work with you and try to fix problems but opposite. My neighbor lets her kids use her account and they all get high while driving. Alot of times they take the food and say it wasn't ready or says she doesn't have base credentials

Honestly, this service makes no sense. I just had a driver take off with my delivery and what’s to stop another one from doing the same? Just turning off the phone and stealing the food. DoorDash is a waste of time

I’ve been dashing for 5 years and everything was good until illegals arrived and they killed the dash company. I almost completed 10k deliveries with 5 star rating and I got deactivated cuz I declined to many orders with 87 percent acceptance rate lol šŸ˜‚ I don’t think I’ll ever deliver for DoorDash ever again. It’s a scam with cheap quality. They don’t pay for gas or other stuff. They lie. I’ve been rejected by them sooo many times. They don’t work with you and try to fix problems but opposite. I hope trump deports all the illegals back where they came from and DoorDash loose a lot of drivers lol šŸ˜‚ it’s a pathetic influence. Ubereats and grubhub are wayyyy better to work with and they always answer phone calls fast and pay is better. DoorDash SUCKS

I ordered through door dash and got a call that the store is out of stock for kimbop that i will get a refund. They didn’t tell me how many days it will be processed. I followed up and they said they can’t provide a refund because days have passed. I never got a refund. LIES. I’ve had a dash pass since 2023 but i’m so disappointed. Cancelling my membership. Poor customer service. Their agent was rude and didn’t help at all. Don’t bother ordering from this app.

I ordered food using doordash. I work at a hospital and wanted it delivered there. I was messaged when the driver was on the way. 15 minutes went by and the driver, named Martha, stated she was on her way. Never showing up I got a $4.00 refund then a call from some guy thanking me for lunch, the driver. I called doordash and was told they do notnissue refunds. I toldnthem there dasher was having lunch on me. They apologized and asked if I wanted to reorder and pay again. Ot is time to stop using doordash.

I just don’t understand why if someone pays $4 for the extra quick delivery, why they still send the dasher to another house first, paid the extra money and though it might not be a lot of money, I still should’ve gotten the order in 10-20 minutes and it’s been almost 30 minutes. Not upset with the dasher, I can just see that he went to a different location first, door dash should know he can’t make it to two different locations on the opposite end of city in 10 minutes

Door Dasher had problem not his fault completing an order & had to cancel it at my door. DoorDash has charged me for UNDELIVERED items NOT MY FAULT. Denied my request. DOORDASH STOLE FROM ME. WITH IMPUNITY. Caveat emptor beware beware NOT WORTH the membership.

Door Dash will only ā€œrefundā€ a small amount of your order! I had to cancel my order when I realized there’s was a $10 delivery fee! I called the restaurant to cancel and then door dash with in minutes. And I am only receiving $11 of a $50 order! No food and charged $40! Smh

At first I thought investiva was amazing because the returns were incredible but they employ a martingale strategy that resulted in my colleague almost losing everything. He lost it all, A I X A L T D . C O M made it almost because they got all the money lost back to him.

Trash! Driver lied and stated he waited for 10 minutes at the valet station!! Total lie! He took a picture of the front of the hotel, failed to pull around to the valet and call me! He didn’t deserve a tip!!! I hate this company. Never again. I miss the old school pizza delivery drivers! Door dash sucks!!

Worst delivery ever. Guy came to my house driveway and never delivered the food. I would stick with Uber eats from next time. You see door dash, run and do not look back

I ordered food for delivery but for some reason it was made for pick up I tried fixing it through the app they have no way of fixing it so I cancelled the order told I would not be charged I was still charged contacted their support and they then called me was told on the phone that I would be getting a refund to give it a hour and that they would be calling me back after two and a half hours no call and no refund so I contacted them again and and was hung up on so I was made to call back now they are trying to say I will not receive a refund so Im being charged for food I never got and was told they flagged my account for to many refund requests this is the one and only time I have ever made a refund request they don't even deserve the one star it makes you give them to leave the review trash company don't give these people your money they will not make it right if they screw up and you'll be forced to pay for food you will not receive
