Horrible.. arrived at a different time than app said and left with our ordrr and we were charged 25$ return fee. Would not redeliver and customer service horrible

I couldn't redeem the 50% off gift card I was sent in the mail because it didn't come with a pin, nor did it come woth instructions on how to find it or create one; and I can't edit my delivery instructions once I've submitted my order. Also, the countless added fees made my total expensive just for four tiny things in this economy of stagnat wages and inflated prices. I won't be using DoorDash again.

Absolutely no respect for there driver. They never answer the phone after 8pm in support. There new crimson card is worthless no phone number that works for the bank card itself. No way to contact bank that has ur money

Absolutely horrible company!! STOP USING DOOR DASH! they promise refunds you never get. Don't work with the customers keeping them in business and the lies are unreal!

I had a hand to me order for a coffee. I watched the dasher pull up to my mailbox never get out of the car and then pulled off. I texted and called the driver. I contacted door dash forum to report my issue was denied a refund then escalated it. Had an employee state driver said it was left...with no picture when I mentioned that the employee on the phone he said very valid point. Now mind you this is my first time ever using door dash as a customer. I was a dasher for over 3 years and to be denied twice when I never received my goods blows my mind. Looks like a dispute with my financial institution is going to have to happen

Your company is so dumb, you have the wrong address for Napa Autoparts in my area and I even called and said something but why should you care? I get between 6-10 dashers here everyday for the last three months, the address for Napa Autoparts isnt even on the same street as my business which makes your company even dumber. I have spoken with Napa but they say the address listed is correct, yet all the drivers they use for deliveries come here instead, and I see their phones, and all of them have my address. Some of the drivers that speak english will even argue with me LOLLL the others who dont speak english just look at me confused. I had to print something out in spanish let those drivers know that we are not Napa Autoparts. I should get 10.00 a head for every driver who comes here daily that I have to direct or give the correct address to let me know how that payment will be made to me 801-661-6244 just text, I dont talk or answer calls I dont know. $10.00 x 10 dashers per day is $100.00 each day x 7 days a week...

Absolutely horrible experience. Our dasher decided to take a personal meeting in the middle of picking up our order delaying food for our kids over an hour. We had to wrangle something up for them because they were so hungry. Contacted support to be told that we could only get a refund or our food but not both when my husband and I’s food.

I often have issues with receiving the correct order. DoorDash makes no effort to fix issues that you have with your orders when received from them. This service seems convenient but it not and is too expensive for bad service. Don't waste your money.

I am beyond disappointed with the utterly frustrating and time-wasting experience I have had with DoorDash's customer service. Six months ago, I took the time to complete a survey for DoorDash, with the promise of a $50 gift card as compensation. I received a confirmation email thanking me for my participation and assuring me that I would receive the gift card as promised. I even printed the email for my records, expecting to receive the reward as agreed. However, that gift card never arrived. Over the next several months, I contacted DoorDash customer service multiple times, following their instructions precisely each time. I was given a reference number and repeatedly asked to send screenshots of the email confirming the offer. Each time, I was assured that a representative would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Despite my compliance, I was constantly left waiting with no follow-up, forcing me to repeat the process again and again. On each subsequent call, I was asked to explain my issue once more, even though I had already provided the necessary details and reference number. When I specifically questioned why I had to provide the same information every time, I was told that they could not find the reference number. This led me to wonder whether the reference numbers are just a tactic to give the illusion that something is being done. After wasting at least 4 hours of my time across 8 phone calls, I have finally given up. This entire ordeal was never about the $50 gift card; it was about the principle of being denied something that was promised to me. I told the representative, “You broke me. You won. Congratulations.” This experience has completely shattered any trust I had in DoorDash’s customer service, and I am left feeling incredibly disrespected and frustrated. It is truly appalling that a company of this size would treat customers this way, especially over something as simple as honoring a promise. Gino

I ordered a $35 order, there were no dashers in my area, and all I got back for a refund was $10.88. doordash is a rip off and they keep your money and that's how they make money cuz they don't give you back the refund when it's their fault not yours.

First off I ordered at 11:30 pm and after about 5 minutes I finally got someone assigned to be my driver. They drive all the way to mcdonald’s which is not far from my house and then park in a random parking lot and cancel it. Then I get a new driver who gets to mcdoanlds parking lot and just sits there for 20 plus minutes so finally I message him asking him what happened. He says my ordered was delivered and good now. I finally decided to cancel my order and go to sleep an HOUR later. I am absolutely taken aback and disgusted and I will never use doordash again. Also not to mention after having 2 un successful driver I cancelled my $20 order and I doubt I am getting a refund. I believe my food was stolen and door dash is not going to do anything about it

Support didn't try to do anything to solve the issue. Then support accused me of submitting false reports to get a refund after I proved that order was not delivered to my door. Will not use Doordash anymore, because Doordash doesn't care about it's customer.

DoorDash is under contract through my local grocery store. This is the second time I’ve had no one show up from DoorDash to pick up and deliver my groceries. Apparently their employees just don’t show up. I had a $40 tip waiting for them due to the Christmas season. I can’t even get through to customer service to get a refund on the fee. I called the 855 number and there’s nothing but a steady tone over the phone. They saved me the $40 and also lost a customer so I will go pick up my monthly groceries from now on so I don’t have to use their service.

Terrible customer service, attempted to buy a giftcard worth several hundred for a friend and doordash was unable to process the transaction on a card (with an available limit significantly north of $50k) I attempted to reach out to support via the website and was literally disconnected multiple times about 30 seconds after an "agent" entered the chat. I then attempted to call the company using their support number 1 (855) 431-0459 and waited until someone picked up only to be told they were having difficulties and they asked me to call back in 2 hours.

Unable to set up account to redeem $50 gift card. Codes sent four times to my mobile and non of the codes worked. Help line, no matter what button was pressed, was in Spanish only. Unable to reach any one to help with problem. Total waste of time and money. Do not recommend.
