Pas d'aide du service client !!! Perte de 140$ pour des pizzas fuckées...compensation de 20$ de Doordash. Pas de réponse du service client, aucune aide...une vraie blague.

I placed an order for food to be delivered. It was ready to be picked up, yet Doordash did not pick up my order until over 2 1/2 hours haf elapsed since it was ready. Doordash brought it thinking it would still be okay to eat. Food no longer hot and would no longer be safe to eat. If Doordash drivers can't pick up orders when they are ready, maybe they shouldn't provide the service. Such a waste of food and loss to the restaurants who they also supposed to be providing a service to. Then the deliverer says in their message they handed the food off to me. That wasn't true either. I declined to take it since the food was no longer good.

Delivered wrong meal while I was having a football party. Contacted door dash and they sent a generic A.I. response. Asked to speak to a human and they connected me to someone overseas who I couldn't understand. I just asked for a refund I will use UBER EATS from now on ( mistakes happen but the manner in which a company response is essential- Door Dash failed terribly)

I only left a one star because I couldn’t leave a zero star. We ordered 6 bacon egg breakfast sandwiches for our guests and ourselves and got 6 English muffins with nothing on it and they would give our $46 back. Will never use them again. 🤬

The worst experience ever! I have ordered several items and one of them was missing. I lett them know about it so they can resolve the issue, they completely ignored my request and said that they can’t do anything about it. It’s how their system is set up. Ridiculous!!!! I don’t want their money, I want my hard earned money to be refunded! Will never ever use their services again and urge everyone to reconsider using them! They con people as much as they can! Stay 10000 miles away from them!

I was a Dash Pass customer, however orders were taking almost 30 minutes after they were picked up from the vendor and were consistently cold when delivered. Trying to find out what was going on and getting hold of customer service is almost impossible. Online it kept telling me website unavailable, took over 30 minutes to cancel my membership and they continued to push for me to give them another chance. No Thanks

I ordered food this morning and my order was cancelled by the company I ordered the food from. They had took my money then I called doordash and the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with and you have to wait 5 to 7 days to get your refund back. Needless to say I will not be using doordash anymore.

This is the worst experience I ever had. Ordered food to be delivered, received text that they are having a hard time finding my house, so as I was typing the directions, and then I received another text stating the driver handed me my food before I even sent the text. After many phone calls & text messages with being promised to deliver the food, (3 hours later) they refused to answer the phone & sent me a text that they did deliver& if I have a problem just ask for a refund. So, getting a refund is like impossible, so here I am out $54.00 with no recourse. I will not ever use Door Dash again.

I had placed an order on Dec 30th, 2024. When I received text message about order I noticed it was for 2 of the same order. I called to cancel one of the orders to which I was told they could not take one of the orders off. So I canceled the entire order. I was told I would be refunded in 10 days. It is Jan 18, 2025 and have not been reimbursed. I called to ask about the refund. They found the order and the cancelation. Said they had to send it to another department and I would be receiving an email from them. I got the email and it says I will be reimbursed in 10 to 12 days or they will remove the charge from my bank account. I am unsure why this is going to take 10 to 12 days. I know they can put the money back and or remove the charge from my account immediately. So now I will be waiting up to 25 days to be reimbursed. So beware if you have to cancel an order you will be waiting close to a month to get your money back. I hope that they weren't hoping I would forget about the refund and then just not give it to me. Please make sure you follow through with the refund. If I do not get my refund in the next 10 to 12 days I will be back to add to this review. And may take other action.

The company in general does work well directions are wrong or you have to close out and open it back up to get the directions and everyone that answers the phones doesn't know how to fix anything all they know is how to transfer you to the next person really over all bad experience

ORDERE 2 LARGE PIZZAS, DRIVER DECIDED TO DROP OFF AT END OF DRIVEWAY INSTEAD OF FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS AS HE WAS GIVEN, MITE ADD HE PLACED BOTH PIZZAS ON A DIRT OR SHOULD I SAY MUDDY DRIVEWAY, I SO ENJOY GIVING A TIP THRU THE SITE WHEN THEY CANT EVEN FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS, MY NEW POLICY IS NO MORE TIP THRU THE APP, IF THEY CAN FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS LIKE ASKED AND ACTUALLY DO THERE JOB CORRECTLY THEN A CASH TIP WILL FOLLOW, I WILL NO LONGER TIP IF MY FOOD IS PLACED ON THE MUDDY DRIVEWAY

(Previous DoorDash employee here) Because a lot of people don’t tip and door dash doesn’t make tipping mandatory, you don’t make good money if you live in a very non generous area. And since door dash has a sucky base pay, you heavily rely on those tips to make a profit. Did I mention the app also forces you to accept non tippers no matter how far the drive is otherwise your acceptance rate goes down? When that happens you get less and less decent paying orders and you can get fired if your acceptance rate drops too low. Not to mention all the customers that lie about getting their orders just to get a refund. Then those same customers will give you a terrible rating which will also make it hard to get orders! And yes you can get fired if your rating drops too much as well. It’s just not worth it. It doesn’t pay well, it eats up gas and people can easily cost you your job. I feel DoorDash should make tipping mandatory if their base pay is going to be as low as it is and it shouldn’t be so easy for customers to lie about their orders. (Taking pictures of the customers order on their doorstep doesn’t work now either. The customer will just say the dasher took the order after taking the picture) just typing out this warning in case anyone thinks working for them will pay off

La verdad que decepcionada del servicio que tuve ayer contacte para ver si me habían solucionado el problema del pago de $96 dólares que no había tenía que ser , ya que yo estaba pagando el mensual y por error se me pagó el anual y cuando ví que me llegó el correo que habían cobrado eso me puse en contacto deje correos , me llamaron di la información me enviaron el correo que tenía que llenar pero nunca tuve respuestas , ayer me puse en contacto por medio de la app con una gente y lo único que hizo fue finalizar me el chat y decir que se habían usado los beneficios . Si Cuando me di cuenta que me cobraron eso el mismo dia que estaba pidiendo comida fue que avisé y estoy desde el mes pasado contactando mandando correo , escribiendo con agentes y solo le abren el chat y me lo finalizan si no saben y ni tienen paciencia para trabajar y no quieren hacer su trabajo para que trabajen en atención al cliente. A pero a fuerza quieren que se les de 5 estrellas cuando no ayudan en nada y son groseros en no dar explicaciones y enseguida finalizar o abrir chat estar un rato en línea pero ni siquiera responder y volver a finalizar el chat *LODRONES*

I canceled my account and deleted my DoorDash app. I ordered on 12/17/24. The driver took a picture of my order however when I went to retrieve my food from the porch it wasn't there! I think the driver took the picture and stole my food! When I demanded a refund DoorDash refused to issue me one! After all my orders with them in the past! They don't care about loyal customers. I'm done with them!
