“Im SO TIRED OF DEALING WITH THEIR INCONSISTENT INCOMPETENT B.S. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I MADE AN ORDER AND NO ONE DROPPED ANYTHING OFF AND THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THEY CAN'T REFUND MY MONEY!? ON TOP OF THAT THE DRIVER SENT A PICTURE OF THE ORDER BUT DIDN'T DROP IT OFF. SMH EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! I MOST DEFINITELY WON'T BE USING THIS SERVICE ANYMORE”

“Horrible customer service. Trying to get a refund for food not delivered and it’s impossible. It’s next to impossible to communicate with someone and they have a “sorry that’s our policy, better luck next time” approach. Just like everyone else, I will be going to uber eats.”

“My dasher came from Redwood City (miles north) for a pickup at the Stanford Shopping Center, picked up what was already melted, then sat in an adjacent parking lot for a full ten minutes before heading my way. Then he couldn't find our apartment, something most other dashers can do. When the order finally arrived, the Pinkberry yogurt (five cups for our family) was soup.”

“Door dash drivers clearly can’t read street addresses on the front of houses because every time I order Taco Bell or anything else on door dash it gets delivered elsewhere and I never get my food leaving me. Done with it. Will never use their app or order from businesses associated with them again”

“Door Dasher Tamika stole my order! It’s a shame people like that have to ruin it for others that’s actually trying their best to provide for their families. I will NEVER have my order delivered! Shame on you! I requested for my order to be handed to me because I live in a new area and it can be confusing to find. I didn’t receive a call or text. I even called and texted the driver! Nothing back! The only reason why I’m giving DoorDash a 2 star is because they did refund me my money and more! But shame on the person who stole my food.”

“The doordash driver Anthony not only delivered to the wrong address,when I called him to have him deliver to my house he got angry on the phone using the "F" word, again saying "Fu@@"when he handed me my bbn order in the middle of the street, then squealed his tires when he left nearly running me down in the process. Reckless driving and foul language don't impress customers. I did get a whopping $5.00 credit for his behavior and a refund for the order but that ino way covers his language or lousy attitude and reckless driving.”

“So I would highly recommend to NEVER make 2 different orders of the same item. I ordered what I thought was going ti be 2 medium pizzas from Shakey’s (I ordered from the order again section), but it turned out it had only done 1 order of a medium pizza instead of 2, so I had quickly added on another medium pizza. Fast forward to when my order is supposed to be picked up by *a* driver, I get a message from ANOTHER driver claiming that someone had already picked up my order. I was very confused as to why the same order I had from last week needed TWO DRIVERS!?!? Like sure, I had technically done a separate order for the other pizza, but it was literally the same thing, so two drivers shouldn’t have been necessary at all. I then get notified in the span of 10 minutes that both my orders got cancelled and I’ve been receiving a refund. It turns out I won’t be getting one for 5-7 business days??? Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic service right there; why can’t it be an instant refund?”

“When it works, it works, and I've loved it for years. When it doesn't and you're hungry, its quite frustrating. I get that their drivers are contract, so its a crap-shoot for what you're going to get, but delivering to a wrong address with the incorrect number in the picture is just lazy. I'll forgive once or twice, but I've hit my limit today. I attempted to contact the driver to no avail, and in my neighborhood, I absolutely don't want to creep onto another person's property in the middle of the night to look like I'm stealing food off of their doorstep. I'd have no problem paying the obvious markup for every restaurant along with service fees and tips if there were 100% consistency, but there isn't. Now I'm hungry, got my refund, cancelled my subscription, and am waiting another hour for food. I can definitely take some time out in this "free time" to leave a review for how I feel as well.”

“The most garbage app I have ever seen the mostttttttt sh***** app in the whole world!!!!!!!! For the second time the are stolen my credit cards and they never save people account and when I want to remove the card the won’t let u to delete it and when u want to to cancel the order they won’t let u to cancel it and immediately they will prepare the order for u even if u do it by mistake God take u guys who ever did this garbage can app!!!!!! I poop for the manager god take u as soon as possible mf***^ no one is breaking the money so easily to u guys still it for the second time im saying this app never protect people privacy f*** u”
